Kudos to Macedonia Walmart. A noticeable change in store appearance and staff. Store was clean and not cluttered. Asked two associates where to find items and they took me to the items. Was greeted by a friendly cashier and another person bagged my groceries. The greeter at the door was going outside to bring in the carts that people left at the doors. WOW. Very impressive. I hope they can keep this great service.

Pickup delay, will never come back to this location. It says they are super busy and are delayed picking the order… I’m the only car in the pick up area… I’ve been waiting an hour and it still shows delayed. I have a newborn and toddler losing their minds in the car… as am I!

Giving this Wendys a 3-star for lack of speed and quality, the last few times I have been, my food was below average for a Wendys and slower than some other. On the other hand, this is the fastest fast food in this town so it gets a little bonus love.

Youre staying up on technology .They keeping the stores clean .The employees seem helpful when they can but the store seems too massive for them to know everything.To the one employee who was sitting in her car taking pictures of people and talking about people with her friend last Monday morning around 930 am thats not a good thing to do.

My Mom and I shop at this location frequently. We like it and its not too far from home. Its a pleasant place to shop with friendly employees.

Store was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was orderly,even the to merchandise they were putting up. Prices were very good. Nice sale prices on the merchandise. The staff was courteous, friendly, and Prosperity. I will be shopping there again.

Walmart rearranging the store, I felt lost for awhile, asked for help, the female c/s rep didnt know where the hair product moved to, then asked a male c/s rep who answer my question and updated me on changes, I appreciate him, and several c/s associates greeted me and saw I looked confuse them other just walked by making no eye contact which made me feel uncomfortable bothering them. Overall not crowded & clean store.

Out of everything the store was dirty. They have employees harassing you as you leave the store asking for a recipt for no reason. Becoming a unwelcoming store to shop at.

Having been in this store since 2005 or 6 but it was business as usual clerk was very helpful in and out process gladly looking for a repeat. See their smiles 😃 keep you wanting to return.

Answer your phone!!!!!! Website is horrible trying to figure out what you have in stock and noone will answer the phone. Unexceptable. Non existent customer service. And you want 15 an hour? For what staring at the self check out lines? Do some work then ask for more money.

This Walmart is laid out differently than any other store Ive seen. Large directional displays make it easy to navigate but shorter aisles make it seem scattered at the same time. The staff appear to be continually busy but in a pleasant mood.

The scan and go does NOT accept cash, and there were only 2 check out lanes open with lines backed up. They clearly dont care about customers waiting in line longer than the customers shopped. Its obvious WalMart doesnt want my business.

This store is always easy to access what you need. Lines are quickly taken care of, the store is clean and for the most part the associates are friendly and helpful.

Found plenty to buy but no ladies dress shoes. Found some other clithes I bought. Helpful employees but like all Wal-Mart stores too mucch focus on selfcheck.

EVERYTIME I order curbside from this place it’s a issue either it’s a 2-3 hour wait or they just plain delay your order with no warning explanation or call at your pickup time. In this particular instance I place a curbside order on Sunday for a Friday pickup at 7 which is their last spot. I got a notification at 9am they were prepping my order. At 7pm I’m Enroute I the rain and BOOM delayed at 710pm when pickup is 7-8 I waited and started calling NO answer 8pm rolls around their closing time still NOTHING continually call and still nothing. Then when they mess up they simply offer you a 20 buck credit on your next order. Which they never even apply.

Tonight I shopped at this Walmart everything went well until I stopped at the fabric dept. I waited about 5mins so I asked an employee that was walking by to call someone to help me..she said yes and went to electronics dept and paged for help..i waited another 10 mins and no one!..so I used the measuring table and cut my vinyl took the sticker to the cashier and told him I had 2 yards @$2.97 per yd..the sticker would not ring..so he got someone from customer service to go help me..well she didnt know how to measure, cut, Nothing At All..lol..!..Finally a gentlemen by the name Tim came found me a price and sent me on my way..Thank You Tim👌btw I was going to pay $6 Tim charged me $5☺

Store is poorly stocked whenever I go, especially the dairy items (cream). Employees shopping for pick up orders constantly block aisles and access to products. Fresh bread should be ready for sale by noon on Sunday but isnt at times.

Stopped in for a quick visit while passing through the area. Store seem reasonably clean and well stocked. Variety of some of the items I looked for didnt seem as vast as Ive seen at other locations, but it was adequate.Relatively fast checkout during my visit, but it was the middle of the day.

Shelves were half empty . Disappointed in selection available. They need to keep up on it alot better then they are . Walk down the freezer sections and saw empty shelves everywhere .

This Wal-mart is AWFUL, most of the young boys and girls that work there have no customer service skills at all and have nasty attitudes, the store wasnt clean and many of the shelves were empty. I realize people shop there because its the only store of its kind in the community. There needs to be better training of employees or shut the store down permanently.

Store is not always well stocked. Aisles are often blocked with carts and displays. Will travel to Bainbridge or Cuyahoga Falls before Ill go to this Walmart. However, Pharmacy deserves 5 stars. Staff is exceptional and lines move as quickly as they are able to get people through.

Depends on when you go. Sometimes its fine and other times its super busy and you cant seem to get through the isles. The staff is very friendly but the costmers are absolutely obnoxious. I only come here if I absolutely have to.

This Wal-Mart location is horrible!! Everything gets locked behind glass displays, its Macedonia, not Steelyard! Its annoying and ridiculous! People need to stop stealing and get a job. The prices are higher then the Streetsboro location, no doubt to compensate from the high theft amount from the store.

I usually always enjoy Walmart ! Everything in all in one store, no running around to 3 or 4 stores and prices are usually reasonable !

Furniture department not great. A piece of furniture was on display that was broken. Wish hardware had more selection of fasteners. Food is great. Fruit and veggies are generally fresh. Bakery is good. Pharmacy is great and equate brand is very price competitive. Prices are low but not on beverages. This walmart has been around 35+ years and still looks good. Some items are only at certain walmarts like lactose free ice cream.

Horrible horrible. I waited in line 7 minutes to do an exchange... Is next in line. Then I went to get my fabric... No one in sight... I asked a lady across from the fabric to help.... She told me it was electronics job. I had to all her to at least tell me where electronics was. I get to electronics and the man behind the counter looks freaked out saying... No one was around, he didnt actually work for Walmart but he paged someone. After15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Then stood in line another5minutes to complete my exchange. Once to the counter it took another 4 minutes to complete an even exchange! Sweet ladies at the desk but very very very slow workers. The fabric section was a mess! Will NEVER RETURN!

Truck Drivers are Not welcome here !!!They will give you Parking Ticket !!!This store is a big mess inside everything is upside down! I love that the Store Manager was sweeping the store and helping out the associates.

Its a Super Convenient place to shop. The store always seems to be stocked well. The workers never seem to have a problem helping steer U in the right direction through out the store!

I will never shop at a store that only has a handful of self-checkouts with long lines. I left my cart with groceries and walked out. No one has time for that nonsense.

Never have working motorized carts greeter is rude starting to hate going here unless I get taken out to Olmsted or Strongsville
