Such great customer service. I had an issue with my account. Antonio was stocking and he took the time to answer my questions, provide me with contact information and followed through to make sure it was resolved. I called the number Antonio provided and received a call back from TJ within minutes. TJ was able to fix the issue so quickly, it was very impressive. Great food. Reasonably priced and convenient. Exceptional customer service.

Canteen has been a part of UPS now for a few years in our cafeteria. They just got a new system and now we check ourselves out. With the pandemic still happening I find this highly unsanitary. For us to scan our item is one thing to limit cross contamination but for all of us to be touching a screen to check ourselves out is a bit ridiculous. Taking my money elsewhere unfortunately.

Everything is overpriced. You can buy a whole carton of eggs for a dollar but these guys want to charge 3.50 for two hard boiled eggs. The prices are absolutely a scam.
