I was just at the Sprint store in Janesville, where I wasn’t greeted or asked what I came in for at all. I felt like I was a bother more than a customer. I had a completely different, pleasant experience at this location! I was greeted immediately and asked what I had come in for and felt welcomed. The customer service rep (I didn’t catch his name but he was a handsome young man) was very helpful and answered my questions with ease. I had only come in briefly, but he was personable and helped me out with exactly what I came for. My phone was in good hands, thanks for the great and speedy service!

Beware..Its all about commission here. They will tell you wrong information, if it can put money into their pockets.I checked the Sprint website AND called Sprint Customer Service to check if I can go into a Sprint store and buy a new Sprint sim card for my new phone. The website stated I can as well as the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone to get confirmation.I ended up going to this sprint location to buy a sim card and was asked if I had the phone with me so he could attach it to my account. I told the guy that I did not and that I can go home and either activate the sim card either online or by calling customer service. He then told me he could not sell me the sim card without the phone. I told the guy that thats not correct and that I worked for a cellphone company before and we could always sell a sim card to the customer. The worker said I dont think we can, but Ill check. He walked to the back of the store and came back and said nope, we cant sell the sim cards without the phone.I left the store upset and quickly contacted Sprint to see if what he was telling was correct or not because I had been told that I could go into a Sprint store and buy a sim card. The Customer Service Rep informed me that the Sprint worker at the store was wrong and that he shouldve sold me the sim card. I told the Customer Service Rep that I know Sprint reps get commission per device activated and that the reason he wanted to activate the phone was so he got the commission. The Customer Service Rep agreed and offered to ship me a new sim card, but I told her I would go to a different store and get one instead. Which I did and had absolutely no problem buying a sim card. They just asked for the imei of the phone I was putting the sim card into, so that they made sure to give me the correct one.I did file a complaint with Sprint as well about this incident. Like I said, its about making a fast dollar here. They prey on people that dont know much about cellphones, cellphone plans, promotions and other cellphone related things. Their job is to line their pockets, no matter if theyre feeding you bs or not.Be careful and do your own research before going to this store!
I’m writing this review specifically for one of the sales reps. He always helps us out when we come into the store. I can’t remember his name but he is white, light browish hair, balding a little (sorry) and average height. Maybe 35 at the oldest. He is so nice! The others are okay, but he is the best in my opinion. Only complaint is the service does not always work well everywhere.
I was there today because I had some questions and needed help with my iPhone 7 Plus. Myriam was very helpful in providing great customer service and alerting me to a feature I can access under my current plan I wasn’t aware of. Thank you again! Appreciative of the quality of service!

I drive right past the Sprint store closest to my home in order to use this particular Sprint Store in Machesney Park. It is immaculate. The staff are friendly and helpful and take the time to fully explain the products. Shaun was of great service today, but Ive never received poor service from any employee there!
If you want superb service, work with Kayla. Kayla is super helpful, very knowledgeable, extremely nice and I recommend speaking with her if you need help with anything in the Sprint store. I cant speak for the other staff other than they seem friendly enough. This is not a review as a paid solicitation, just a very satisfied customer. She mentioned if I had any issues with the screen protector, bring it back and shell correct it for me, which she did just 5 minutes ago and it looks perfect! Thanks Kayla, very much, for your help! You rock!
Just wanna say thank you to retail consultant Myriam Aguilera. I went in to buy 2 phones and she let me know that they would be on a promotion if I waited for 2 days and I could save almost 50%. Now thats service I love saving any money I can. Thanks again so much Myriam. 😀
I was with this Company less than a year before going back to US Cellular. The service with Sprint is horrible. They kept finding little things to keep upping my bill. It was never as it was supposed to be. When I called to cancel my ENTIRE account when I was leaving, they only cancelled the two phones on there and not the tablet. They kept charging me without my knowledge until I got a huge bill in the mail. When I called and asked why they didnt cancel it with the rest of the devices on my account their reasoning was it has a different phone number.. Well so did the 2 phones on there but you cancelled them. I didnt think it was fair. I told them I would pay as soon as I could but was struggling financially at the moment. The costumer service lady was very nice and said no problem pay when you can. Well now I look and they just withdrew the entire amount right out of my bank account without ketting me know!!! Im sorry but that is very poor customer service. I feel completely taken advantage of and my privacy invaded. I will NEVER step foot in a Sprint store again!! I also make sure everyone I know, knows exactly what they did and how they screwed me over.
Had a great experience with this store and Samantha in switching to Sprint after AT&T decided to start being idiots. Samantha and the entire staff was very knowledgeable about everything and was able to cut my bill in half as advertised. So far, my service is as good if not better than I had. Thanks Samantha for everything!

Spoke with Sprint over the phone PRIOR to my visit to confirm if I could charge an accessory to my account. The rep on the phone said no problem, just go to the local store and get the item and charge it to your acct...so I did, and I was told to put half down and I couldnt charge the whole amt...smh
Service is horrible. The idiots that work here are even worse. When you try to cancel they say they can’t give you your account number and harass you about why you are leaving. You just have to keep pushing with these jerks and get your info bc they legally have to even tho they say they cannot. Don’t let them boss you around.

Hey where do I start, after a horrid experience with US Celluar my wife and I were looking for a change of carriers. This brought us into Sprint, We were greeted by Eric! Hes a rockstar, super professional not pushy he suggested things and even steered us away from from products we didnt need! There is a reason his card says Best of the Best because he is! If you need anything regarding a new phone or with your current one hes the dude for it!
Terrible. Weve had the service for a month and are completely unhappy. They were even sending all the bills to our 10 year old. Well be switching service before the next bill is due.
Sprint service is not that great, and they have gotten expensive over the years. Aside from the company itself, the guys in this specific chainstore are arrogant, not very helpful, and do not listen apparently! I was on my boyfriends familys plan for a long time through Sprint and his mother authorized me multiple times on the account to get a few things settled... well very single time they claimed we never did an authorization when we WENT INSIDE and did it with a human representative! They also lied and said, after I got my Galaxy s10e phone, that it would be $15 a month and my phone bill itself was like $25 a month... so $40 total right? Well I was paying over $80 a month! Save yourself a little money and go elsewhere!

Store is understaffed, and slow to process orders/returns etc... Had to return a phone due to poor service at house. Eventually, I was able to get this done after 2.5 hours of waiting. Then a month later got a huge bill as they did not process something right and now I was being charge an ETF for the phone I returned after owning it less than 24 hours. I have to chase this around and take my time to get everyone at Sprint to document everything was done correctly on my end, and then theyll waive the fee. MORE AND MORE time Sprint is sucking from my life :(. Wish Sprint worked by me as they have reasonable plans, but their service leaves alot to be desired for SURE!
Watch out for hidden fees. They will lie to u a screw u over. I talked to the lady on the phone to confirm what my next payment would be and got a bill with 60$ added to the current bill.
Absolutely terrible service, I was never told when i got my new phone from these bastards that I had 30 days to return my phone if I didnt like it. Went back to today and NOW they tell me I only had 30 days to return the phone, and now im stuck with a phone I dont like for 2 years. Dont listen to these lying bastards.

Switched from Verizon to sprint a week ago, Terrible service. If I don’t have WiFi to connect to I can’t even send a text message. Had the same customer service rep each time “Alyssa” and she did not back up my phone before earasing the old one so I lost a lot of important pictures and text. She’s very unprofessional with an attitude. On top of that she has music playing through out the store with one curse word after another. Worst mistake switching I would never ever recommend them. The hotspot thing sounded nice but when your phone doesn’t even work with out WiFi then obviously that’s not any use. It’s only been a week n I’ve gone through 2 phones. Never ever ever will I do business with this company again. Not happy.

Absolutely awful, I have been there three times and am passed over each time. The service reps are rude and seem to pick based on what they think a person will buy. This store is a complete discredit to the service industry and personifies why sprint has such a week foothold in Winnebago county. Worst Service I have ever had.

This store is ridiculous and I hate the fact we signed a contract with them... they have screwed us every which way they possibly can... we were supposed to buy one get one and they have charged us for 4 phones and when you call no one knows what your talking about... never received the prepaid Visa card for porting over from different carriers...they are horrible and service sucks too....

Went to the Sprint E. State Street store earlier in the day...the service there was beyond poor. It would appear no one in that store wanted to be working that day. The store was slow, and the assistance was so poor to the point of the sales associate telling us to go on eBay and buy our phones there!!!! Really???? Ive been a Sprint customer for over 12 years.
