The staff members who work in the print services there are always so helpful and kind. Today Jill was so sweet, helpful, and efficient, and I greatly appreciate it! I always go to that location for my printing needs, and I always have a positive experience.

Was there to buy a cable modem and requested a price match to Amazon (shipped and sold by Amazon). A manager declined because it was on Prime (which only gave free 2 day shipping). I logged out of my account to show the price was the same, but he still declined.Went to Best Buy instead, and they already had it at the discounted price.Either dont offer the price match, or honor it.

Manager was rude. Wants to “quote” COVID requirements but the store is not following sanitation requirements. Was all about being right. Very poor customer service. Will not be shopping at this store any more.

Got help right off the bat walking in, then the cashier/associate that helped me check out price matched the website to ensure I was paying lowest price they offered. Definitely appreciate saving the 30ish bucks.

Our local Office Depot stands out among the best . My office needs,for whatever school or VetsRoll project I am currently involved with, are always available to be found at the store. I receive quality care and the finest of computer expertise from the Tech Guys...Ron, Chad and Jon. It is SO important to realize the need to help maintain the retail stores nowadays. I could not have survived today’s mess with PC if not for that “in person “ touch. You just can’t do everything over the phone. Thank you David for allowing me to get frantic and allaying my $$ fears at a crucial time .This store and staff are exceptional folks.

Similar experience that Abimael Medina had--he rated OD with 2 stars. I am only giving them one. Ryan, the rep I spoke to was curt and condescending. Did not want to address my return issue. Wont step in that store again, EVER. Very poor customer service.

Coffee and hot chocolate was kind of pricey but good clearance area.

I came to the store this afternoon with the incorrect ink I was previously sold. The staff at this location was very helpful in identifying the correct item which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. The problem arose when I needed to process the exchange, the manager was unwilling to work with me to correct the mistake even after understanding the situation and viewing my extensive purchase history with Office Depot. This inability to work with customers and rememdy issues with past purchases is why Brick and Mortar stores can’t complete with online retailers like amazon. Customer service in stores is dead. Yes the selection on Amazon is great but their service is better. The same can’t be said for Office Depot. Keep your receipts folks!

Update : 5 days after it was supposed to arrive it finally showed up in a unmarked van. Called back becaue the supervisor said to once it arrived and they would issue a full refund then once I called them they told me they could onky issues a partial refund becaue it was a black Friday sale I said I was promised a full refund becaue of all the issues Talked to anther supervisor and she said yes it stated in my history I was told I would be given a full refund and she refunded the rest of my money .Ordered something was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago cant tell me anything about where my shipment is or when it will be here said it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago !! All they say is its out for delivery for 2 days now . Cant tell me who is supposed to deliver it have called several times and get nowhere Im done with this place . Will never order anything from here again took well over a hundred bucks from me and have nothing for it service is horrible

Great for a quick trip to get what I need. They are always friendly and knowledgeable, and things are easy to find.

The gentleman that tried to help us didnt have a clue what he was doing. You get a coupon and cant use it on technology thats a quarter of what they sell so coupon useless.

Average office supply store, nothing Id drive out of my way for items and supplies seem and appeared to be low quality.

Seem to have whatever a person might be looking for regarding electronics. Seemed some of the sales people didnt know much and had to refer to a manager.

Prices arent the best, but the selection is really good
