We are very pleased with this company. They are service oriented and very responsive. Andrea is fantastic at answering questions, returning calls, and helping costumers understand the product. Tim, the owner, came himself and did a total professional installation job, and took the time to train our dog with so much patience... personalized service. Their prices are very competitive but they won us with their service. I tried calling many different places to get estimates and Dog Guard of Rockford was the fastest to answer our phone calls and provide us with a fantastic customer service. We would recommend Dog Guard of Rockford to anyone.

Great system. Great company. Great relief that my dogs wont run onto a very busy highway in front of my house. My dogs took 1 day to adjust to it and it works perfect. 100% worth every penny. Great service all around.

Dog Guard has exceptional customer service. Within a day of me requesting a quote they called me back and within three days we had our service completed. It took about 3 hours and the representative was knowledgeable and professional. He treated my dogs with kindness and was great with explaining the process. I highly recommend this company.

Tim was amazing. He came out by himself and installed the dog fence, on what I would call a rather large yard. He was very insightful and helpful in teaching not only me, but my dog, the ins and outs of the fence. They claim it takes about 3 hours, but he was done in 2. He installed the fence, walked my dog around the yard, got down on the ground to play and pet him, and then basically gave us the keys. He was very friendly, and Im proud to have The Dog Guard Of Rockford Fence in my yard. Thank you Tim!

Service and efficiency was awesome! We had 3 dogs to train all with different personalities. Tim did great helping each to learn their boundaries! We have only had one quick escape since then and all 3 have learned their limits. Thank you!!

The two gentlemen who came to install our fence were terrific! They worked very well with our dog, and he was 95% trained when they left that day. He had a few oops moments after that but learned very quickly to stay within the boundaries. We love it!
