Love this place! We had a diving board put in by them and they not only did a great job, they were also the most reasonable price in the area. They also do a great job testing pool water and helping you keep it balanced!

Very knowledgeable. Friendly. And helpful. Theyve tested the pool water samples that Ive brought in. They let me know what i could use help with and how to fix those levels. This gives me peace of mind knowing our familys pool is safe & clean like it should be.

So far so good still planning stage, will let you know how it went when it is all done

After numerous trips to both Great Escape and Sonco we absolutely decided that Sonco had the best product, service, and price. Our sales man Mike was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we understood every aspect of our new hot tub. Our service from Sonco is excellent our new Hot Springs Limelight Pulse is amazing. No regrets!!!

I recently purchased a new hot tub from Sonco Pools, the entire experience was incredible. Mike Tucker there walked me through everything and made me feel knowledgeable, since this is my first hot tub purchase. Delivery was quick and their install team was friendly and fast. They even let me bring my water sample in so they could test it to tell me their recommendations for chemicals. Great Experience, would recommend to everyone.

Both times I called I got the same thing..well why dont you want a fiberglass pool and kept pushing it. We already knew we wanted a vinyl liner pool down to the size, depth, patio etc. they should have respected that. Just dont like how pushy they are and their attitude. They lost our money! We took our business to Poolside Pros and love them!

If I could put 0 stars that would be more appropriate. WOW! Terrible!!!!!!! If you have ANY questions; this is NOT the place for you. Been trying to get estimate for pool heater for several weeks; every time I contact them there is some outrageously dumb question they have before they will give me estimate. Went there today and the question was is pump sitting on ground, deck or cement. Are you serious?!?! I stated it may be best for them to just come look at it and give me estimate and the old lady looked at me like Id grown 2 heads. This will be a 2-3 thousand dollar add on feature and we are paying cash and were ready to hand over cash in full today. No one knows anything here and it takes forever for them to get back with you. Defiantly would not recommend to anybody!

I have recently started working for sunco pool and spas and i have to say this company really cares about their customers as well as their employees. In all my years working for companies this company by far has been the very best and makes me proud to be able to represent and be part of a company that operates in this fashion. Great job sunco, keep up the great work!! Well as an update i have left this establishment for personal reasons but be rest assured this is still the very best pool and spa store out there today, i can very highly recommend that anyone out there only deal with this store for all your needs, A+++ all the way bar none!! Its graduation party weekend and you know what that means....all hell breaks loose! I called Nicole yesterday and 9am with a pool liner problem that could of stopped the swimming and she had my problem fixed by noon the same day. Now that is service! Thank you Nicole and the tech that drove from Peru to get me up and running.
