I called weldstar and asked if they could look at my new Miller welder. The unit died after an hour of use. I was asked if I bought the unit from them. No, I bought it online while I was In Mississippi. He informed me that since I did not buy from him that they could not get to the unit for 3 weeks. Then he went on to tell me if I had bought from them he could get to, y unit right away. Since they are listed as the Miller warranty repair facility for the area, I was not impressed. He also mentioned they did not like to do warranty work, as he stated there was no money in it. Wee, not to worry, I took my equipment to another shop, had the problem diagnosed is 30 minutes including a call to the manufacturer. Parts delivery and repairs took 4 business days........from a competent dealer in another state. If you can take your equipment to another dealer do so. I won’t be back.

Was looking to buy a personal welder, and had limited knowledge, but Kyle did an awesome job explaining everything. He helped ensured that I found the product that would suit me best. Truly a stand up guy that you can tell has experience in the industry and throroughly enjoys what he does.
