Great place to rent when you cant afford to buy outright.

My mother is 63 years old and is on a fix income but she has been doing her best to get things that she wants for once in her life. So I told her that she should go to Rent A Center in Macomb and get a computer that way so we did. She paid it off within a few months and was happy because she could play games and not feel so lonely all the time. It gave her something to do. Then right before christmas the computer stopped working so I took it to a place to get looked at and it turned out the mother board was bad and it would cost her another $350 dollers to fix. She had this computer for less than 4 months and I feel like she was taken advatage of. I took the computer back in to rent a center and they said it would cost her $35 dollers to get it looked at, even thought I had already gotten it looked at, and then she would have to pay what ever the cost was to fix it. They said if she would have payed $12 something every month then they would have fixed it for her for no cost. Well I was with her and they never told her that and they will not fix it for free. I am very disappointened and she is as well. I will not EVER tell any one to go there and get anything. I feel like she was taken advantage of and I am very disappointed.
