At US Celluar here in Macomb IL has been nothing but a joke.. They act like they don’t want to help with anything like they r all just act like a bunch of kids who rather just play on their phones and shove customers out the door fast. AND DONT READ THEIR NOTES CORRECTLY ON COMPUTER WHEN THEY PULL YOUR ACCOUNT UP. My husband and I have had nothing but problems with this store here BUT I do however have to say Steve is about the only one who takes the time and knows how to do his job. The rest of them really need to go work in place where they don’t have to deal with customers!

I love us cellular I have really good service the only thing is they dont have 24 hour customer service I have tried to get a hold of someone about getting my new phone activated online and I cant get a hold of anyone because I couldnt get the order to go through because its 11pm and no one is available
Them folks slang the phones like its going outta style
Great customer service! Zach was very knowledgeable about the products and services and he even ran past their normal closing time just so he could get my girlfriends phone set up for her. Great people here fast and friendly service!
I have always had great customer service at the Macomb Store. No one has ever talked down to us or tried getting out of helping . We have had some very bad experiences with the Canton Store and have always ended up back at Macomb where they actually helped us. They explain things so we know exactly whats going on. Everyone has always gone above and beyondfor us and we really appreciate that. Definitely great customer service!!
I love this US Cellular store. Whenever I have a problem with my phone they are very helpful. Once I had a problem while out of the country and they helped me!
Horrible customer service. Pretty sure his name was Sean. He was very rude and inconsiderate of my concerns. I was interested in buying a new phone. The service was horrible.
Every time I go in there I am greeted by someone who doesnt even make eye contact. Takes forever to be waited on Ive taken my phone in to find out how stupid calendar works and even they couldnt figure it out. When I bought the phone I was sold a glass screen protector over year later when i went to replace it was told it was a 3rd party item. The company that owned it phone number no longer worked so warranty on that worthless. Will go to Cellur Plus which is closer to downtown from now on never had problems with them and actually get treated like valued customer
I like the company of US Cellular, but our store...is slow on a usual day.Now is covid issues. But, 3 workers and they are only allowing 1 person in at a time. Our 30 min wait has been one hour now. And we are 2nd in line.
Embarrassing customers by providing false information intentional or unintentional without contacting an external source to verify is a sure way to lose my business. I would recommend calling the us cellulars help line as they provide excellent customer service. Sometimes commissioned based employees lose focus. All customers are valuable even if they bring their own devices.
The customer representative took time to answer our questions. He was very polite and positive. We did not have a long wait.
Came back to get my fiance a new phone because Andrew P was such a big help last time. This time we worked with Steve and the service was pretty bad. We didnt understand all of the bill changes that would happen and instead of trying to explain, he just texted on his personal phone or staired at us.Will come back ONLY to work with Andrew.
Try to make sales for their own commission, annoyingly keep trying to get you to buy more stuff when telling them your there for one thing. Talks highly of products with bad reviews they really should look into products before suggesting them so highly and aggressively.
Very nice and quick good job
We waited for over an hour to see a representative. There were 2 reps when we went in one was playing the dating game with 2 college girls and the other was giggling with the other couple. We called cellular plus and it took longer to drive to the other strore than it took for that rep to answer our questions and fix our issues. Sad to waste over an hour for nothing.
Both kids phones quite at same time so had to get them new one, it was a tragedy to be without there phones, I guess Im old I remember my parents had a rotary phone
