Buyer beware, the local Karen has become the manager and demands you respect her authority.guns are all marked way up, damn near everything in the store says made in china, and when you ask any of the employees somethin 9 times out of 10 theyre just going to lie to you and walk away. its almost like theyre being paid minimum wage.

High priced for most of the items

High Prices. They will not price match. They put clearance on outdated, unwanted items, yet they are ridiculously high priced still. They have a great selection, but dont expect to get a deal. TSC had a pair of boots for $40 dollars less. They basically said drive to Galesburg. No I ordered from TSC and got free shipping on footware. They dont care about customer retention. 😒

Your cashiers service attitude is terrible! Every time I go shopping, your cashier gives me a ugly face when I check out! Today is more than enough! 09 / 11 / 20, 12:44, cashier No. 4. A young girl, after scanning the code, threw the items on the counter twice with disdain. Then she talked with me in a disdainful tone. Then she threw the receipt to me, even didnt give me the shopping bag! If you need evidence, I can video it to you next time I go shopping.

Great inventory, half the items didnt have prices. I went as far as to snap pictures of two items I wanted but had no price. I took pictures to office and was told to go back and take picture of barcodes. I responded thats your job. She turn away and started talking to someone else.

It was hard to find what I was looking for, but they always have interesting products for sale. Sells yetis. Yeah I like to buy clothing there. Unusual pieces staff friendly and helpful. Also sells fishing equipment.

Selling some items that were about to expire at discount prices and then they were discontinuing the line the expiration date give you about 2 weeks

Very clean place and I always enjoy looking around due to them having a wide selection of items, however the cashier we got today wasn’t very kind and our products rang up 13 dollars more then it was marked. Perhaps it was in the wrong place? I don’t know but cashier acted like it was our fault.

Farm king has been a great resource for many year with my family thru many of thier locations. Macomb has the best service of all. I only wish they would branch out to more places like the quad cities or Quincy or even Peoria

Farm King has a lot that you cant find elsewhere in Macomb. We filled our tank for our grill today. Brant helped us and was a very kind, helpful guy!

High prices horrible service

Needed plumbing replacement parts for standard repairs. Farm King was out of 2 of the 3 items needed. Really disappointing. Required 2nd stop to hardware store who had necessary items. Farm King usually has required parts.

We were very disappointed. Our son bought a riding lawn mower and went home to get our trailer to pick it up. When we got back they told us it was broken from the factory and they would have to fix it or assemble another one. Either way we would have to make another trip to pick it up in two or three days. What kind of store puts a mower out for sale without checking it out first?

This is a copy of the email that was sent to Cooper Tire Corporation in regards to Macomb Farm King failure to properly replace a defective tire with less than 200 miles.I purchased (4) Cooper Evolution HT  275/65R18 tires on Saturday,  February 9, 2019. The tires have less the 200 miles on them and while driving down a clear highway on February 11, 2019 a hole blew from the inside out about the size of a 1/2 inch square on the outer side wall. There was nothing hit on the highway to cause the failure.  The tire was taken back to the merchant, Farm King in Macomb, IL,  for a replacement.  Farm King adamantly refused to replace the tire saying that no road hazard was purchased.  They were informed that no road hazard was offered at the time of purchase and that it wasnt a result of a road hazzard, but of a defect in the tire. They still refused to replace the tire, but then offered  to sell me another tire, mounted and balanced for $100 and then give me road hazard free of charge for all 4 tires. I told them with these tires having less than 200 miles it should  be replaced under warranty and they still refused. Having no other choice, because of no other recourse,  I  had them mount another tire on for the $100 and then after the tire was on, he reneged on the free road hazard.  I retained the defective tire as proof and I have all the paperwork given to me at the time of purchase.  I strongly feel that the tire should have been replaced free of charge due to the fact it had less than 200 miles on it and that Farm King greatly treated me unfairly in this matter.I did inform them that I was going to contact you the manufacturer in this matter for a resolution.
