My favorite store ever! Great selections and CLEAN store! Restrooms that are universal use, love that! Chinese food is great when available my favorite is pork and mushrooms w egg rolls and crab racoon, my hubby loves beef broccoli or orange chicken and we both love fried rice! Tyler in the deli is very helpful and has an accommodating nature. Hes so nice and goes out of his way to help disabled people, a keeper for sure!

Dont even bother doing pick up orders. They forgot all my meat on the counter and didnt call me until 25 minutes later and I live a 30 minute drive away. At least I got a refund for the items I didnt receive, but now I have to make another trip. Other times getting pick up I have gotten meat that expires the same day and numerous other missing items. I have also noticed an item was missing told the employee the manager brought the item then noticed there was a whole crate still of items missing. All within the last year!I suppose its my fault for not checking every item every time. But pick up is supposed to be convenient and save time. I will be going to the Keokuk Iowa location from now on.

Hy vee is a good market. Fresh produce, meat and bakery. Has a nice area for dining on deli meals.

They have an awesome selection of fresh garden items, deli, meat counter and bakery. I love shopping there and earning fuel saver points! The employees are always courteous and helpful!

My family and I went to dine in for breakfast. We waited 40 minutes for our food. There was only one server and she was also the cashier. She wasnt too pleasant either. Maybe because she was overwhelmed however, that wasnt our fault. We overheard her complaining to another worker about how the tables werent numbered correctly in the system and how she needed help. I hope they get this fixed. The food was good. If I decide to visit again, Ill order to go.

Was there for breakfast, totally change from last year no price out front on the price board, they told my group to go sit down waitresses will be over to take my order and that was different for sure.So we waited for a good 15 minutes till she came I never look at the menu didnt have my glass didnt matter I ate there for 10 years.So it was 45 minutes later our food came out orders were wrong but we just ate it was getting late.When up to pay for it, heres where it gets out f control western omelet and coffee $12.75 I lost it I asked how can 3 eggs cost 11.25 she said price when up.So if you go there look at menu before buying.My friend was charged 5.00 for two pieces of bread.Out ragest prices, then I when to store manger and question about the price of eggs he said it came from the corporate listen up corporate your losing money big time.My the way when into grocery side dozen of eggs cost .99 wow go figure that out.

I am so disappointed in the Deli service. It went from ok to just terrible. The food was old and dry. We took a few bites and then just left it. The cashier seemed not to care and just said sorry. Mostly it was my fault for trying it after I saw it. whailooked

Great place to shop. When they dont have what youre looking for or make a mistake they usually give you see kind of deal. Good staff and service. Prices are decent. You can find some good deals cheaper than Aldi and Walmart sometimes.

I used self check out for my purchase.When I approached the checkout, it was covered in what looked like was a spill of some sort that hadnt been cleaned up. The store was very busy or I would have just used another register. Scanning my items the bagging area was empty so it would not let me continue. The man who came to assist was very rude. He was also rude to the woman on the opposite side of the checkout when she had problems.His name was William I believe. He was very disrespectful and arrogant. I will take my business elsewhere.

I don’t know why I only go to Hy-Vee when my boyfriend is in town, because I really love it there. Plus, I know there are some items that I like to buy that I can only find there, so I will make sure to visit more often!

I am antisocial so I tried the new self checkout. Self Checkout kept asking me questions and tried to get me to engage in conversation. Not a fan. Would give 5 stars if self checkout kept its lips zipped and left me in peace to scan my grocerys. Very disappointed.

Great store excellent service at cashiers.

The produce and meat is best in town. Subscribed to Aisles Online and have had nothing but issues. At least every other order has had some issue. We have received expired meat, wrong quantity soda, and delivery issues. The only reason why I gave 3 instead of 1 is the Aisle Online Manager is easy to deal with.

We had lunch today at hyvee in Macomb. I saw they had corn beef. I love corn beef, but after trying to eat this stuff it will break you of eating corn beef. It was cold and tuff as shoe leather. I had mash potatoes which were also cold and cooked broccoli and that was cold also. Just not my day.

I was in town to bury my brother unfortunately. Before leaving Macomb I wanted to leave flowers at my Moms, Brother and Grandparents gave, it was now Sunday, nothing open! But I thought of Hy-Vee. Im so glad that I did. I wish I could remember the young ladys name in the floral dept. But she was the best! I told her that I had 6 graves to take flowers to & she made things so much easier for me! I cant imagine that I wouldve gotten that type of customer service at an actual florist!

Always helpful. They refunded my money without issue when I found a discrepancy on my receipt..no questions asked. Also refunded my money 2x when I bought outdated products.

5 people behind the counter at the deli basically staring at me as I waited to be served. I never did get food. I just left the store without buying anything.

Usually very satisfied. The gentleman at the deli counter was very accommodating. The folks at the butcher case as well. Service desk and checkers friendly. My only issue is with a vendor employee. The Frito Lay stocker is a jack a**, unfortunately there is nothing Hyvee can do about him. I havent shopped at Walmart in over four years. Hyvee is the best choice for a green grocer and butcher in Macomb.

Easy to find want we need and helpful staff

Buy my groceries there whenever we are in the Midwest prices are reasonable,staff friendly and answered questions whenever you need. Top quality products. Even has a Starbucks inside. Safe distancing followed and staff wore masks. They had the plastic covers in place at registers and cleans the conveyor belts after each customer. Great job!

Incredible selection and a wide variety of products. Very courteous and friendly staff. Grocery shopping doesnt seem like a chore when I go to Hy-Vee.

Their old slogan of a friendly smile in every isle seems to be still pretty true. Everyone that works there seem to drop what they are doing to help you if you ask a question. Not sure about the smile because they all have mask on. Just love the help they offer if needed.

Prices aren’t always the lowest in town, but there is a great selection, and they offer a student discount! The Chinese and Italian sections are also decent for getting a meal.

Hy-vee in macomb is the nicest grocery store in town. you get friendly customer service and a large variety of items. Theres a on-site dietician who is friendly and helpful. A pharmacy and online ordering, they even have an in-store Starbucks. The mobile app helps with coupons and discounts and if you play it right you can save some good money. I havent had any bad interactions with the staff
