Very friendly and professional staff! On time, showed me the damaged parts that needed to be replaced. Had the parts in his van and was very quick on the repair time. Also, office staff was very helpful, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for any appliance issues you have!!

Bought a dryer from them great price did have and issue with it within the first few weeks but they came out immediately and repaired it with no charge for service call. They are very friendly and great customer service. Just recommend to my neighbor.

I had a very pleasurable and professional experience at Appliance Magic! I bought a freezer from them. I could not have done any better if I had waited 3 weeks on Sears.My old freezer stopped working and I went everywhere looking for one. Most stores told me they could not get any because they were coming from China. ( Covid19 issues )My veggies, meat, and 🍨 were frozen an hour after they were put in the freezer. Thank you guys for being so helpful.
Appliance Magic is truly one of the best customer service businesses that Ive encountered. My dryer would not heat, but it not the heating element. It was a reset button that continued to trip (2017 and 3 trips this request). Steve, the repairman, worked diligently to find the problem. Jason, the owner, contacted me by phone and email to help remedy the problem. I was charged a service call plus repair to reset a button behind the dryer (which was a low cost) HOWEVER, when the reset button continued to trip, Jason advised until the problem was determined, I would be refunded my money. On the second visit of this one service call, Steve determined the problem to be a sensor and high limit thermostat (BOSCH DRYER). Those items were replaced. on the third visit. Appliance Magic did not charge me for each service call, which other business do. I really appreciate the the communication between the service repairman, the owner, and me. I dont know many owners who would take the time to contact a customer more than once, if at all, to find the problem and work hard to solve the problem. The total amount paid on the service call for resetting a button, that wasnt the overall problem, was used toward the total amount toward actually repairing my dryer. APPLIANCE MAGIC is the best!!! HIGHLY recommended.
I am a single mother of 4 and they helped me fix my dryer. I am very grateful for this company. Need more people and companies like this one.
Appliance Magic has done business since 2011 at Ridgecrest Senior Property and I have not had any problems with their work. Jason continues to do an outstanding job for our community.
