Ordered my part on Friday. It was in by Tuesday and they put it on my car on Wednesday! Awesome!!

I seriously do not recommend this place. My sister dropped her car off here over a month ago to get the bumper, tire, and paint work done for an insurance claim from a car wreck. They told her it would be ready to be picked up in 2 weeks and we are going on week 5. We call about a week ago and the lady told me it would 100% be ready this Friday! Well we just called and guess what? They FORGOT to order a part for her car and it won’t be ready until Monday. That’s even if they are telling the truth about it being ready then. This is absolutely ridiculous and don’t recommend coming here for any kind of work. Because you never know when you’ll get your vehicle back. They lie about timelines and make a million excuses.

Went to get a quote and they were responsive and as nice as ever. Would love to do business with you as you will with them!

I’ll schedule an appointment three months out for my truck to get painted all over with the cost of $7000. I dropped it off August 23, 2021. They kept my truck for 4 weeks and did not touch one thing. When week 3 came around I received a call that they couldn’t get my truck to start. Due to work, I personally couldn’t go to the shop and they would not stay 30 mins after closing to let me go figure it out. I had to send my girlfriend who lives 2 hours away to go see what was wrong and after 5 minutes of being there she figured out it was a dead battery. Then about a week later, I got a call randomly out of the blue that they can’t paint my truck because they have too many insurance jobs that they have to do. They scheduled me months ahead of time, and then let my truck sit there for 4 weeks. I had to end up borrowing someone’s car to go back-and-forth to work after my rental car was up. I ended up picking my truck up with a dead battery (yet again) after they let it sit for 4 weeks. I heard good things about B&H Body Shop, but obviously was very wrong.. it was very unprofessional the way I was treated. I am very disappointed. Now I’m having to find someone else to paint my truck. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone…

Had a deer run out in front of me and damage my car pretty good. Took my car in, B & H worked with my insurance agency and took care of the entire process after I made a decision to go with them to repair my car. I was very pleased with the service provided by this body shop. A little less than a year after having my repairs done, I noticed a small issue with my AC not cooling which was part of the previous repairs, so i called and explained my concern, took the car in, they checked it, ordered the necessary part and fixed the issue, no charge and no problem. They honor their warranty and do good work at reasonable prices. I have not had any other issues. I would highly recommend B & H to anyone in need of car (body) repairs!!

Kept my car for 2 months and I never got an estimate to repair.Very nice people but I needed my classic car repaired

Honestly have never been here. However, when driving last Saturday, the B&H body shop red truck almost drove us off the road. Way to go and advertise your business while acting dumb. You unwavering lack for safety and senselessness is unparalleled and uncalled for.

Went here because a friend recommended it and I actually live right down the road from them. Upon arriving for the estimate evaluation I got turned away. The elder man that came outside to do the estimate told me that what I needed done was too small of a job and that they werent interested in it. That I should go to some other body shop and that they handle insurance claims mostly. So apparently my money is no good here. What horrible service! If they only service insurance claims then that should be explicitly stated.

They were very easy to work with. My insurance company said that the quote they gave for the damage to my passenger saide front door was very reasonable. Work was done within 4 days. Good turnaround.

~~~~~MUST READ!!!!~~~~~The lady up at the front desk, Delena, was great. She was very sweet and kept me up to date on everything going on. I messed up the front end of my car and took it there because a friend recommended it. My wheels were painted so when I got my car back I expected it to just have a plain color rim on there. Nope they matched the paint perfectly. I was extremely impressed. So impressed I took my car back to get the other 3 done. But upon further inspection the paint job quality was trash. Bubbles everywhere. Excess paint build up at the schreader valve. (Didnt even remove the valve) and it started to flake. Okay so I take it back. Delena was very nice and got me back in the very next day to have it stripped and redone. Okay so I leave it up there for a week to let the paint cure so there will be no problems whatsoever. WRONG! Paint started flaking while driving down the interstate. Less than week after that I am driving and my car is shaking. I just cant seem to figure out what it is. My last idea was to check the lugs. Yup you guessed it, my lugs on the front driver side werent even tightened down. I literally turned each lug on the wheel at least 2 whole revolutions. A month later I changed my brakes and rotors by myself. (Obviously not their fault) I changed 3 wheels without a problem! When I go to take off my front passenger, 2 of my lugs were crossthreaded and snapped off. I am a very easy going person, I believe in second chances but I will never, ever go there again. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Customer service is great, employees are very nice, but the simplest work to be done on a car like tightening lug nuts wasnt even done correctly. My wheel wouldve fallen off and someone couldve gotten severely hurt. Would not recommend!
