Very Nice Employees. Amazing and fun children section Had all the books I was looking for and book from my childhood.Need to go again has all the best sellers I love them!

Not a big reader, however I do love Barnes & Noble for its variety. Everyone in the family can find something there. Its like Toys R Us for adults. Yes, I grew up in the Toys R Us hay day.

I love being in a space full of books and obviously this is just that. The staff are very helpful and will frequently check on you to make sure you dont need help and always offer to order a book if for some reason they dont have one in stock. Starbucks is the icing on the cake and pre-covid it was a great place to sit down with a few books and make a decision about what you want to buy.

It is a great place to bring kids and let their imagination loose. It is hard to take my kids out of the store

I absolutely love this store. Mr. Terrell is the G.O.A.T. I love his spirit. Hes always pleasant and patient. Im so indecisive but Mr. Terrell remains kind. Barnes and Nobles has a true gem in him.

It was late at night and there was an older man outside who catcalled my friend who was alone. She went inside the Barnes and Noble and asked the barista at the Starbucks if there were someone who could walk her to her car. The barista said, absolutely. She was very friendly and just let her coworkers know where she was going. My friend made it back safely thanks to the barista. I have also been here myself and will say that all of the workers are very friendly.

Always a great experience at the cafe, the baristas are wonderful! They are friendly, address you by your name, really take a few minutes to get to know you (especially if you’re a regular like me!). Never have had a bad experience.

Theyve rearranged their store! Instead of just rows the now have book nooks for each subject and/or related subjects. Much easier to shop. Kudos B&N.Magazine section is fabulous!If youre looking for autographed books, the selection seems to be getting smaller. Id like to see that improve.The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Its refreshing.Worth a stop. And while your there grab a cup of Joe!

Barnes and Nobles is one of my favorite stores; leaving without buying at least one book is nearly impossible for me.

Always have loved book stores in general. This one here is nice. The selection is grand and you can easily get lost for hours here.

I love book stores, I do, but I was really disappointed to find that not a single book I was looking for was there. No Agatha Christie, one James Joyce book, no Dostoyevsky, two H. G. Wells copies of the same book (no doctor Moreau), and no Ballad of Black Tom.These dont seem like they should be difficult finds, but they really were not there. Overall disappointed because who knows what other classics cant be found here?

Great food, perfect for the season & the customer service was excellent. Friendly & quick. They have there own mixed & blended drinks. They have a good variety of different foods & flavors 2 choose from.

Everything that I asked about where it was, the staff was happy to help me find it with a smile on their faces.

Staff greeted us and were very helpful in finding what we needed. Cafe cleanliness was fantastic in this pandemic madness. Things felt a bit roomier for social distancing in the store without feeling too empty. It really was nice to be able to enjoy a bookstore and feel safe but still feel normal

I was running in from the rain because it was downpouring and I was headed to the coffee area. One of your associates Chased me down to make sure that I put a mask on. I complied and then once I got to your Starbucks area they told me that they do not take Starbucks gift cards but I still ordered a coffee I asked what brew they have going and she said Pikes place and I asked about the Sumatra that they had advertised. she said no were not brewing that today. But when I ordered my coffee I had to wait because they had to actually brew the pikes place for me to have a cup of coffee while everybody else got their stuff 1st

This Barnes and Noble is always well stocked and full of helpful and knowledgeable employees! The new layout allows much more space for social distancing and makes it easier to find the books you need!

I have always felt that a coffee shop inside of a bookstore was a bit of evil genius. I seem to be incapable of not taking advantage of the convenience.B&N has a welcoming vibe. Its got a little more energy then the library, what is calmer and usually quieter then a stand-alone coffee shop. So this bookstore has become my go-to study location.The Wi-Fi is consistently speedy... Or at least consistently tolerable. There is also an extensive inventory of music and unique, outside-the-box gifts. Ive gotten more than one Christmas present there and one time I got a last minute birthday gift. This place is a lifesaver.

I had a terrible experience at the Macon, GA Barnes and Noble location. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting, and in the middle of a pandemic I am highly disappointed. Gross.

When it comes to a bookstore, most people think of a nice quiet place to check out a book before they buy it. They also think the coffee shop there is also quiet. Not here! The staff that runs the Starbucks here are loud as can be. Laughing, talking about personal things and just being boisterous.

I was in with my family for a while. Always fascinated by the selections there.

Book lovers paradise! Its so calm and inviting! We love to go as a family and pick out books, get a snack, and hang out. If you have children, they have readings on Saturday or Sunday mornings sometimes that are a lot of fun! There is also a great game section and a coffee shop that serves Starbucks!

A typical Barnes & Noble. Books are in order the employees more or less know where they are if not then they will look it up or if you don’t want to talk to people there is a kiosk for that. Coffee shop is good, WiFi to accompany it is nice as well. Only complaint is the tables don’t get the attention they deserve and are often sticky. It would be convenient if they used the Starbucks app but I understand that’s a corporate decision just know that they don’t.

Clean, well organized, and the staff were helpful with out being intrusive. And the clerk didnt fuss at ringing up my 40+ books so that was nice. Definitely recommend them.

Love going in to Barnes and Noble. The atmosphere is comfortable and their staff is friendly. You can also grab a Starbucks while you browse around before making a purchase. They have really great pretzels also. I love hitting up the clearance and bargain sections. There is always something good in them!

Not impressive. The B&N in Columbus GA is far and away better.

I was asked to leave because I did not have a face mask. And was told if I didnt they would call the law. All I was looking for was communion crackers and the employee wouldnt even let me get those.

I called here Tuesday morning to see did the store sale a book titled Finding Me written by author Michelle Knight. I dont know if it was one of the supervisors or an employee I talked to, but he sounded very friendly and pleasant and told me that he would hold the book for a few days. I told him that I would come pick it up Saturday and he said that was fine with him.That said, the book was held for me until I came to pick it up this past Saturday. You are employees who know how to do business. I can tell that the employees and supervisors are well trained enough to provide accurate customer services and answers to questions when needed. I also bought several word search workbooks and the checkout was a breeze.I have thought about working at Barnes and Nobles as a cashier or bookseller because I have the desire, passion, and is well dedicated enough to serve and work with the public.Great job Barnes and Nobles. Keep up the fantastic work.

Really fun store! Big, clean, nice selection of books, games, music, journals, and even things like tote bags and puzzles. Ive never had a bad experience here and Ive been going for years. Its a well-organized store, the bathrooms are usually pretty clean, and you can stay forever since theres food and drink sold inside the store! Its a bibliophile paradise.

I love this place so much! I go here almost everyday and the employees are so nice to me! I love there variation of books and games. They have books for every person and age group, plus they have music cds and figurines that they sell as well! Barnes and Noble is just an all around amazing store with amazing people and I love it.

Barnes and Noble is definitely one of the best stores out there. It has a wide variety of books of all types! Cooking, business, art, romance, and anything you can think of really. They dont only limit themselves to that. They have a wide variety of board games, cards, toys, plushes, and they even have a Starbucks in there. Its really a chill place to be. And the prices aint half bad.

Really big Barnes & Noble corner location, with more than one entrance. Helpful staff. Lots of comfortable seating for reading. Great smells wafting over from the cafe.

They had a fun Lego Movie 2 event, which the kids enjoyed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of books. Youre guaranteed to find something you like!

I love this Barnes and Noble location! My partner and I visit a couple times a month. There are many places to sit and read, and the store has a great selection of books. I found quite a variety between locations, and this is my favourite thus far. The staff is very nice, and I have gotten many good deals here.
