Never used Sales or Service. But parts i use all the time. I will say Chase is the best. He will find it and get it fast and the price will be as reasonable or matching any other in town. Hands down the guy has kept me and my mechanic happy. Chris is as good also. If it isnt those two,, i just leave.

Do they get the problem fixed? Yes. I cant take that from them but the fact that they have people taking things out of your truck that doesnt belong to them is unacceptable. A yeti cup was stolen from my truck and I dont even care to have that one back. Just the fact that I cant buy that size in a red anymore blows me. Im sure these guys make enough to afford a $30 cup so why steal

Just wanted to shout to to Shawn and the ladies up front! This is first time I’ve used this place and I’m new to semi trucks etc. They were great the ladies upfront are super nice I can’t tell you how refreshing that is especially now a days. You don’t find it like that anymore! Then Shawn the shop foreman answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He worked with me on some ideas I had and was super great! I had a little incident when I brought the truck home I called and man they were right on it! Shawn sent someone out to the house to fix a problem they accidentally missed and I can’t thank him enough for doing that for the reason we were going to be running the truck after 4th of July holiday! Thanks nextran for really taking customer service to the next level. It’s like ok’d school customer service we were use to growing up you can’t find anymore. You walk put feeling appreciated!

Small lot. But the location is easy to find. Not a ton of parking and no signage directing you where to go if you have never been in there. Kind of wierd to enter the service area through the copy machine room.

This business is totally professional. There is a other business that do work like they do we use to go to and Nextran fixed all of their work.

Cheapest semi truck batteries in town. Been doing business with them for years, courteous and knowledgeable staff.

They are losing control. Most of their Rental/leasing trucks are back to the yard now . The new manager John is prickly . Im sure he is not realizing what is he doing by now . But hopefully the Owner realizes this soon and get his company on the right path again.Please be aware and stay away from this company.

Im new to this area and this was my first time going to nextran for repairs, and my experience was a great one . The service dept is awesome, they just handled everything so professionally and I appreciated that. Quick and courteous service

For a Mack service / dealer thats not so elaborate or to not have the best of location - Nextran was easy to find . . . Even though the service Bay seemed full, Nextran had me a new turbo installed in a timely manner and sent their shuttle driver to pick me up from the motel . . . They handed me the key and was thankful for my business . While out on the road I called Mat - at Nextran - to tell him how well the new turbo was performing . . . It made the 2014 Mack pull like a brand new one .

I work there

Went in because my 2012 Mack was having problems starting. Here it is a week later and Im still sitting here stuck in a hotel. I call to get updated on the progress of the work and I cant ever get a straight answer. To top it off my father in law died on Sunday morning so I need to get home and they have no concerns about this. If you need your truck on the road in a timely manner I suggest that you not bring it here.

This is a great place to handle any of your tractor trailer issues whatever they may be. The staff is professional and courteous.

Terrible service! Took truck in for repairs on rear door off track and dash noise. Picked truck up dash still making same noise rear door was completely rebuilt and cable still off one side. Took truck back Service Manager had attitude but said he would take care of it. Picked truck back up opened door one time popped off track, tools and bolts left in floor, dash loose wires left unplugged.

They found the problem and repair it in a respectable amount of time. Service guy was very helpful. Thanks a lot from OnTrack Logistics Transport.
