Perfect timing and job well done for my pine floors. Price to refinish was less than half of what my other estimates were. Great experience over all

I applied here and received an email back saying that as a a secondary part of the application I would need to come by the attached address. I called about 15 minutes after the store opens asking to speak with either the manager or the owner. I then asked when would be a good time to come by. Well whoever was on the phone with me decided to hang up. Giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it just disconnected I called back a few minutes later. Once again I stated that I had just called a few minutes prior to figure out a suitable time to come by. Well yet again I was hung up on. Very Rude and Unprofessional.

New oak floors all warped. After repeated calls he will not address the problem. No expansion gap around edge seems to be the cause. Considering legal action. Stay far away!!

This guy is an idiot. Miserable person. Doesnt deserve one penny of your hard-earned money.

Please find someone who will respect you and the work that they do. I will never do business with Wayne Hudgins again!!!! I was extremely disappointed with his level of respect for me and my house. The floors are nice, but the molding around the walls in each room was awful. After his crew was done with the floors in my new home, I took pictures of the molding around the walls. I sent them to him via text. He called me back yelling and screaming, “DON’T TEXT ME ANYTHING, I DON’T TEXT. IF YOU WANT TO SEND ME SOMETHING I SUGGEST YOU EMAIL ME.” (Which I wouldn’t have a problem with if only I had an email address to send the pictures to.) Then he hung up in my face. I was in disbelief that this man had the nerves to handle me “The Paying Customer” in that manner. So, I texted him again, “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.”He has a bad temper and he doesn’t care how he handles his customers. Oh! The workers are nasty too!!! They do not clean-up behind themselves. Urine was all over my new bathroom floors. My white doors throughout my house was banged-up and marked-up with wood stain on them. FYI, they never came back to fix the molding. I had to paint the molding and my doors myself.

I hired Wayne Hudgins Floors to remove some tile and put down wood floors. He did a horrible job. He did not sand the floors as we discussed. He partially sanded the areas that we wanted sanded. The sanding job was so unsatisfactory to the point the floor was still rough! He did not even sand some areas, just put polyuerathane over the floor when we had clearly asked him to sand the entire floor. He destroyed quarter rounds on my base cabinets and some of my trim on the walls. He did not properly put enough of the finishing coats (polyurethane) on the floor. I called him numerous times during the process and he failed to return my phone calls. He became very rude and insulting when we questioned his work. He also had the nerve to state that he actually completed the job correctly. I will never use Wayne Hudgins again for any type of floor work. Now I have to hire someone else to actually do the floors correctly. I would not recommend him! Do not use this man to do your floors or you will be sorry. 4/27/15
