My Experience At the mercer university location was awesome. Tiffany was my sales person. She is very knowledgeable. You can not go wrong with her. Also Tubo the other sales person. She is also very knowledgeable. They both are nice and sweet. Very helpful and explain all details of what ever your reason for going into the store. Very unprofessional went into the store at 6:30, employee stated I should’ve called first because the customer that was already there was going to be her last customer. I was like wow you close at 7 she goes on to say how busy her day has been and she wouldn’t be able to serve me. I have been a customer for several years and I have never been treated so rudely, the worst customer service ever.

Had a strange experience at this store yesterday. Arrived at the store a little after 6 pm (Google says the store closes at 7, but as I came to find out, the store closes at 6.) I walked up/pulled on the door, but it was locked. The lady working in the store saw me and told me the store was closed (in a slightly hostile manner. I didn’t realize it at first but she was closing out the register/counting cash and I must’ve interrupted her count). I held up my phone to show her that Google says the store closes at 7 - I sincerely meant this to give the store a heads up. Then I walked back to my truck. Apparently I angered this employee because she unlocked/stormed out of the store and approached my truck, yelling at me the entire time. It was very strange - she just snapped. I assured her that I didn’t have a problem and was merely trying to let her know that the hours online are incorrect. She went on a long tirade about how she’s the only person running the store and suggested that I contact corporate if I have a problem with the hours. She also instructed me to go on google and change the business hours. And persisted that I was so rude and went on and on about how overworked she was, single handedly running the store day in and day out. It was very strange and a crowd was gathering. Eventually, she stopped yelling and went back inside the store, locking the door behind her. Needless to say, I went to another AT&T store (that was still open) and got what I needed.

Went into the location spoke with Tiffany and was told that our bill would be taken care of upon receiving due to us being in the store two days in a row still unable to get service situated. I was given a totally new number that was never used or intended to be used I wanted to keep my same number I have attempted to contact the district manager several times with no call back at all in reference to my concern . This is really ridiculous now my phone is off due to no fault of my own. I reached back out to the store only to be told that Tiffany took a leave and they have no clue when she would return. I wouldn’t recommend at&t to anyone stay with whoever you’re with.

Everyone at this location treats you with hospitality. Diandra always sales me what I want and gives me the best deals available. I love coming to this location. I will be back soon.

She was also very patient with me as I was getting my old carriers info in order to transfer my phone number. The other lady working with her was also very helpful and pleasant. We went in search of the most helpful AT&T Store we could find to purchase our full set of screen protectors and accessories and we sure found it! Tiffany and Dee Dee were immediately friendly, helpful and responsive. They were patient with ALL of our questions and once we did select our screen protectors and cases, the care given to installation was excellent! Our phones look great and are well protected. Drive here and find them- I promise its worth it!

Walked in for a new account. Told the girl we are looking for the cheapest iPhone se seem to be it and then later she said the 11 is the cheapest after everything was done. They are nice but sales they need to go back to school for that. Will not be going back att on riverside is by far better knowledgeable.

Lost an hour of my life trying to add a line and possibly a phone upgrade. Ive been a customer of ATT (or any of their numerous mergers) for decades and this ranks right up there with the worst experience Ive had. The staff were nice, but distracted and unable to ultimately help me. Finally, after being told it would require a $300 plus dollar down payment on a phone that had a $24 promotional purchase price, I gave up and left. Not a good way to retain longtime customers with so many other options out there.

Everyone was nice. The lady who help me she explain everything to me and she took her time she wasnt rushing.

Oh my God I love this store the customer service is amazing the people here make sure that they get everything you need for you they ask questions they make sure that youre happy before you leave this is my favorite store I come here my lunch break to pay my bill and they know me by my name this store is distorted comes to so if youre in Macon Georgia you have to come here to buy your phone you will not be disappointed I love this store
