Devin is AMAZINGLY helpful and made my experience worth while! Its not very often, in my experience, that I receive the customer service I deserve from being with game stop for so long. However, he definitely changed that! He is in the right place. And made it clear that controllers offer insurance as well....when a different game stop told me otherwise. I was able to purchase the insurance my son needed and was extremely happy with the way we were treated. He said he was having a bad day due to an unsatisfactory customer, but I told him, you would have never guessed it because he kept his composure and made sure we got the help we needed! Thank you Devin! We will definitely return to this store which is actually further from my house than the other!

I got great service from them in person and over the phone. I traded my 360 system and seven 360 games and got enough back for another new Xbox one controller. I also took my Xbox One S controller that came with the system back because the RB button got stuck when I dropped it and they replaced it with a new one with my receipt from last month with no problem.My boyfriend bought the one year warranty, so if I have any problem I am covered. Its worth it too.This Game Stop store is awesome. I recommend them to all gamers for any system. You wont regret it. They have great sales, discounts, rewards, and benefits with the pro game card. The employees here are always welcoming and love the games they sell. Theyre very knowledgeable and even if they dont know much about a game they will look up information about it for you to help you decide what is best for you. The manager, Mrs. Brenda, is very kind and she knows her games! Im very thankful she recommended I get the warranty on my systems because one of my systems bit the dust randomly and what would have cost me over $100 to replace was only about $35 (it would have been completely free, but I upgraded to a better 3ds). The employees here were some of the first people I met when I moved to Macon and they were the first people to make me feel like I belong. Ill definitely be back many times in the future!

The staff at this game stop is amazing! Theyre not just cashiers, theyre real gamers that know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers! The only down side is that I can never get out of there in under an hour because we always end up talking games and I love it!

Great shop for games. Prices are going up more but still better than buying brand new.

My son came in for a game but when it came time to pay for the game, someone had stitched it out with a movie. The lady at the counter checked the disk and case and told us that it wasnt what we wanted to buy. After seeing the disappointment on my sons face, she checked their whole inventory for another copy and when she couldnt find one, she called another store of theirs and told them to hold it for me. Now thats dedicated service!

The blonde lady that claims to be the manager is very rude. She told me they were closed and was visibly mad when me and my family walked in with 5 minutes left before closing. I could see the item I needed and had money in hand. This transaction would have only taken half a minute but the manager did not have time to make the sale because she just didnt want to even though they were supposed to be open still. Needless to say I left without making my purchase because of this poor experience and wont be coming back.

Staff was friendly and helped me fix a situation that shouldnt have been a problem to begin with. Gamestop is going through yet another strange buisness transition. It seems the online store is now an entirely different buisness than the brick and mortar stores. Placing an order online and asking for in store pickup should not require two phone calls and an hour of your time. Either buy online and have it shipped or preorder in store and pick up on launch. One hand does not know what the other is doing when it comes to gamestop...

Always have great customer service. Shelves are usually pretty stocked.

I have been there a few times. Actually will never go back to any game stop again. The game I decided to buy was on the shelf. But not available for purchase. Asked if they had something else. In turn they didnt. So I went home and bought both items online and save $80 total. Thanks for running a poor business.

They sold my brother a PS3 mic that needed an adapter to work, but didnt give him the adapter. And we found out by failing to get it to work and going online to see what the problem was. When we went back to ask about it, the clerk swore up and down that the adapter came with the PS3 system. Whether he was mistaken or just lying, its not good for business. Im aware that we couldve gotten a refund, thats why Im giving them 2 stars instead of one. I also dont like the fact that, as every serious gamer probably knows, Game Stop resales games that they know dont work.

Their assistant manager Jeff messed up my preorder by putting it on another item and processed to blame it on me saying I must have told him the wrong thing. He the processes to refuse to cancel the incorrect preorder! Will NEVER do business here again!!!

I had the worst experience ever never going back again me and all my family and friends. I been with GameStop for years and that new manager is running that place to the ground this my last time being a pro or elite member.

Was told they were going to hold a nintendo switch for me. When I got there they sold the one they held for me to someone else! Even if the employee did make a mistake they still should of called me and told me they dont hold the switches yet and they couldnt hold it for me!!!
