Orderd a beer cave less than a year ago. It goes off every other day. I called them regarding this issue and their response was to call the local technician. 15K down the drain.

I had been looking for walk in cooler shelving for weeks and the folks at Easy Refrigeration not only helped me obtain the shelves I needed, but they worked with me better than any company in our industry! They were responsive, professional, and very fair. Not only would I recommend them, they are my go to supplier from this point forward. If you dont use them for your refrigeration material needs, youre just wasting your money elsewhere.

If I could give this review no stars I would. Bought 3 coolers for a new store I am opening. They claimed to have checked all 3 of them prior to delivery but that was clearly not the case. One of them was not working and I have no idea what the problem is. When I called them they said its not their fault and that they checked them and they would not accept return. So now Im stuck with a malfunctioning cooler which I have to pay even more money than I intended to just to get it fixed. If I were you I would NOT trust these people. This is by far the WORST experience Ive dealt with. They seemed like nice people but showed their true colors after they were done screwing me over.
