Very good costumer service will shop again and again

The owner was incredibly sweet. Ive been crafting for a while, and she introduced me to a type of vinyl that I hadnt worked with before, and she took the time to explain, as well as write down, the best temps and pressures for it! Its a major bonus for me that the shop is Black owned. 100% will be visiting again when Im back in town, and ordering when Im not!
