This place was better in the past than it is currently. The employees were all sitting around in a circle talking and were clearly staring at me whilst I looked around at their selection of products. I was asked several times if I needed help finding anything to the point of annoyance. I told them numerous times that I was not shopping for anything specific and that I was there to look at their selection since I havent been there in years. Upon first glance, they moved their small selection of electric guitars into what was the acoustic guitar room (which is very small). They also moved all the acoustic guitars into the main area. Why? I understand that they may sell better there, but that room was literally engineered for acoustics. In addition, they put up signs asking for assistance for playing each guitar in the shop as well. I dont think they can make it any harder to actually buy something here. Here are my recommendations for improvement. Employees should maintain a professional manner and not have mannerisms that resemble a lunch get together where you are sitting in a circle chatting with one another. Secondly, the acoustic guitars need to be in the acoustic room and the electric guitars need to be back in the main part of the store. The sole reason that room was constructed was for sound acoustics. Finally, listen to the customers. Its evident when employees dont listen to customers. In my case, I said that I did not need assistance, yet I was sequentially asked four or five times if I needed any.

Super large variety of instruments available. Theres also an equal amount of accessories available for competitive price to todays online shopping. Easy access from two major highways. Fun interesting instruments for the kids for affordable prices such as harmonicas.

Staff was very helpful and caring. This seems like a great community-style store whose employees want to know their customers. They had a good selection of instruments from keyboards and guitars to band and orchestra instruments. Ill be coming back here

Fantastic service! From the time I called to inquire on repair services to when I went to pick up my kids clarinet. Thank you! I honestly called a closer place but the kid on the phone was rude so I chose to drive further and Im glad that I did. Thanks again, Happy Holidays 😀

The store seems OK at first glance, but I had a question about sales tax, and the associate (Drew) didnt know the answer. The manager wasnt in, so I asked the associate to take my name and number. He flatly refused. I was flabbergasted. I called later and spoke to the manager who didnt seem to care very much. I went back later in the week. Drews still around. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I bought an Alvarez acoustic/electric guitar (model ad60cesb) on November 19, 2015. John sold me the guitar and he was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right one for me, being that Im a beginner. It came with a lifetime warranty and when Im in the market for an electric, which will be soon, I hope they have something that fits my needs and wants. Im sure Ill be doing business with them again !

Owner is so friendly, so is the staff, they replace violin strings for about 20 bucks I also got my kun shoulder rest from there for about 40.00
