Could have been better, if they were more apparent with their warranty (used car). Promised to fix my windshield but 1.5 month goes by and they never contacted me. I called them to call them out on it. Was in the sales contract to fix my windshield. A little after 1.5 month check engine light came on and it would cost me $150 to have them scan it, declined that bogus service because parts store will scan it free for you ( some). I had my own scanner, so it was free for me. I only financed this vehicle for 15k and thats a lot of money for a vehicle to go bad already within less than 2 months. So much for their used vehicle inspection point system. They did give me a rental vehicle while they have my vehicle for windshield fix but I still have to drive out to their location. They did not disclose that the GAP insurance was optional instead they claim it was mandatory and tack it on. Finance company disclosed to me it was optional the following week. Dirty sales is whAt I dont care for. Wish it was a better experience but now i gotta fix the issue with the check engine light since its not covered under their super limited warranty.Thanks for the experience, will never recommend anyone in their direction.1 star added for the rental, and rental fee deposit waived.

I would have given them 5 stars for service to my car but… they messed up my rosary and broke it into several pieces and tried to hide it by trying to fix it themselves. Well, they made it worse and it is not cool. I could have posted a picture here if they let me.It would have been ok if they told me and gave it to me so i can fix it properly.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: After speaking with the service manager Al last Saturday, he extended a apology in behalf of the entire dealership. He also said that he will try to fix the rosary and have it delivered to my house personally.I got a call yesterday, Tuesday and he told me that the rosary is fixed and he would be able to bring it to my house tomorrow. I opted to drive to his office and get it myself, so I did. He did a great job and we had a good conversation about it moving forward.

Al service dept supervisor and Marty gm very rude and condescending. Customer beware. Be vigilant about everything about your vehicle inside and out.

Well, twice now we have had a OK experience. We had asked on both occasions for our seats to NOT be moved. And what happened twice, our seats were moved. The seat is at a specific spot for the driver who was injured in a car accident. Everytime the seat gets moved its a challenge to get it corrected. We bring our vehicle there for maintenance and such, not for someone to make our vehicle theirs by adjusting the seats. And the fact we specifically called it out and it still happened, thats pretty bad.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car to get service done yesterday, which I had made my appointment a week in advance. I took it at 7am and was the first client they had. They said that it would be done that same day at 4pm. I live about 40 minutes away, so when I went back at about 4:15pm they had done zero work on my car and didn’t even bother to call me and explain what was happening. They were going to give me a rental, but also failed to do so. I asked the manager if I would receive an extra discount for when they actually can get my car fixed and he just laughed in my face. The advisor helping me was Frank Caldron. Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Definitely would not recommend. Wasted my entire day.

I went in for an oil change, only to be notified by Frank that I couldn’t be serviced because I own a Lexus and that they do not carry the proper oil filter for my vehicle. I’ve been serviced here a couple times before With no problem. I call Toyota (Madera) to confirm the oil filter for my vehicle, another service advisor answered and let me know that they do in fact carry the oil filter for my vehicle. Frank put in very little effort to help me out. Ridiculous.

This is the only place I will ever buy a car from! They went above and beyond to correct a problem I had with a vehicle I bought from them with no warranty! Even though I bought a used car, as is, they still corrected the problem. Their customer service is outstanding!! Tony in financing was amazing! my sales person Isabel was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Kitty in service was also very helpful. My first time visit at Madera Auto Center. First time repairs on my 2016 Chevy Cruz. I was definately nervous, after conversing with different staff members i quickly became at ease. But one employee in particular i gotta say went far and beyond . Ventura Contreras definately gave me options and different routes to choose with the repairs on my car. from shuttle service, keeping me posted with the on going repairs, and a line of credit that was available to help off set the cost of repairs...i was approved!! yayy!! He deserves more than a Thank You more like a heartfelt handshake but i couldnt because of Covid-19. I thought it was a little odd that we spent 20 min looking at cars before anybody even approached us. Maybe just an off day or shorthanded. Other than that we are always satisfied here and purchased our 7th vehicle. Luly helped us this time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and quite entertaining.

I’m not sure why it even has 4.7 stars when in reality most of the sales representatives there are very selfish and could care less about you. Once you sign the paperwork you can forget about the sales representative helping you with further concerns.
Awesome sales staff they really want your business, however the one star is for after you purchase your vehicle. You can purchase all of the warranties youd like from them but they will find an excuse to squeeze $$$ out of you for service repairs. I would advise to shop around & compare deals first.
Salesman Rob English was so nice and kind and patient with me as I asked questions and took my time deciding on a car. He definitely made my shopping experience pleasant. Rob gets 5 stars from me. Why 4 stars? His boss...well, not a 5 star guy. :)
They almost always have an appointment available the same day I call in or the next day. Other Toyota dealerships in the area dont have any appointments available for a week. Ive never had any problems with the staff or their service, very friendly all the time. They provide an in town shuttle service, a comfortable waiting area, but within walking distance of several places to eat and/or shop. It would be nice though if they offered some refreshments other than nasty coffee. They used to offer fruit. I dont know what happened to that idea.
I called them regarding a light whistling sound that seemed to be coming from the tire and the lady said it was $145.00 just to check it. Unbelievable!

Wow! Madera Auto Center was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. They are a family-owned business, and one of the few dealerships that still understands that the core of their business is based on the relationship with the customers. They really put their customers first, which was evident by the way Lisa, Houa, Lupe and the rest of the staff treated us when we bought our car.
Mike Delgado was the best!!! HE did great with working with me and getting what I was wanting and took extra care if me.Terry did great with following up from my internet search and staying in touch and setting things up for me to make the trip to Madera from Fresno.

Have bought my parts and had previous recalls repaired here before and everything went smoothly up until a week or so ago went to have a recall fixed set up the appointment everyone was really helpful up until I took the vehicle in wasted an hour to be told they cant do the recall because of a modified part then proceed to tell me that should have been pointed out when setting up the appointment hope for better results in the future

I live 2.5 hours away from Madera Toyota. I had been shopping for a style Toyota Tacoma which they happen to have in stock. I had felt with numerous dealers trying to get a hold of this truck but Crystal at Madera made it happen without me even stepping foot on the lot. It only took 2 days and jhon and Lisa delivered my truck to my front door. I cant be happier with the service I was provided, and encourage anyone to give them a visit.

He also didnt try to sell me any car just to get a sell, he asked questions like if I comuted far and how often to suggest the best car for me. Crystal Galicia was also very helpful and did everything she could to get me the best financed.
My fiancé and I went to Madera Auto Center as returning customers hoping we would receive the same service we did when my fiancé purchased his first truck two years prior. Our first experience was smooth and easy and the sales manager and loan officer we worked with explained in detail what we were getting and what the breakdown in all of our cost were going to be. As returning customers we expected the same customer service the second time around but that is by far what we received. We went in with the intentions of trading in a fairly new Chevy Silverado that was is excellent condition with very low miles for something similar but brand new and a different color. The initial sales representative that helped us was nice and did his job however once the so called “manager” Ed stepped in to assist with the sale all else failed from that point on! Ed did not once explain what the trade in value of our truck was going to be nor did he explain that the lo jack system that was already installed in the truck was going to be an additional cost to us as well. We singed all of the paper work and drove away thinking we had dealt with an honest sincere company that would make sure their customers knew EXACTLY what they were being charged for! Well, that was not the case! The very next day we were reviewing the contract and that is when we noticed the trade in value of our truck was estimated at approx. $2,500 below Kelly blue book therefore this deduction was taken out of the $4,000 rebate that apparently they were advertising we would receive if we purchased the truck. Secondly we noticed that we were charged $1,000 for the lo jack system that the truck had pre-installed. We were never once given the option to opt out of the lo jack purchase like we did the first time we purchased a truck from MAC, they just figured they would sneak it into our cost and hope we did not catch it. When we contacted Ed the “manager” the very next day and expressed our concerns about the additional fees he made it seem like we were complete liars and that he had done his job in making sure this was all explained to us prior to signing the paper work! This was of course a complete LIE! After going back and forth with Ed this so called “manager” we refused to speak to him anymore and asked to speak to someone above him, this never happened either! All we wanted was for the dealership to reimburse the $1,000 lo jack fee they tagged onto our bill without disclosing, the trade in value of the truck was something we could no longer change as we had already financed the vehicle. We did however feel that we were ripped off $1,000 because no one told us that the lo jack was an extra fee so we wanted this reimbursed. After going back and forth over and over with the same idiots the conclusion was that the dealership would only reimburse half the cost of the lo jack which was $500.00. At this point we were 4 weeks into trying to resolve the issue so we decided to take half the reimbursement. Apparently the check was put in the mail and after receiving verbal confirmation that the check was mailed out we still never received it. We called to follow up one week later and now we were told that “legally” they cannot issue a check! Sounds like a bunch of BS to me! This dealership is full of liars and managers that will try to cheat you out of anything they can! PLEASE BEWARE!! Our experience as returning customers mind you was a complete disappointment!! We will NEVER return again and we will make sure we DO NOT refer anyone to this place either!

I went to Madera Auto Center because my dad convinced me to stop and look at the Toyotas (I really wanted a Honda Accord), I didnt think I would leave there with a brand new 2015 Toyota Camry. Jaime R. Greeted us upon arriving and was very helpful showing us a few different cars. I ended up liking the Toyota Camry & Jaime was very thorough in explaining all the great things the Camry has to offer. I immediately became interested and after I test drove it I was impressed with how smooth the ride was. Im just very grateful because I was able to get a brand new car with a great warranty & two years of maintenance (which Honda does not offer) and Jaime pretty much changed my mind at that point when he informed me. Im very pleased with my new car & super ecstatic, I love it! And definitely recommend this dealership👌 all the staff were friendly & professional. Josh showed me how to use the functions in my new car, he connected my phone for me through Bluetooth & even let me have a charger since he overheard me say my phone was dying. MAC legitimately made purchasing my first 2016 Toyota Camry as smooth as could be. Brandon was my Salesman. I couldnt have asked for better service. We walked out with 2017 Rav4 with a sweet deal and it couldnt have happened with out the great team that serves Madera Auto Center. To seal the deal I even got catered with food by Mr. Houa :) All we can say is greatly appreciated as how we treated and never once felt like we were signing away our lives, we walked away with a family car that will last us years to come but also walked away with an extension to our family!
