Love the store and depending on whose working the majority of the ladies there are extremely helpful and very friendly, love the huge range of product and the store is usually pretty well stocked up and clean, some of the ladies there are very helpful with whatever you might have questions about, there have only been a few times that I have actually had to deal with not so friendly staff, nothing major thank goodness for them because poor customer service is something I have zero tolerance for.

I walked half way into the store at 3:55pm.. The worker who was working told me that the store was closing at 4pm. I thought that was rude and poor customer service. You would think the goal of a business of such nature is to make money instead of pushing customers away. I will never go into that place again. Yes, just off this incident. They dont deserve my money. I went to Sallys across the street and the customer service was great....

So glad that we have a friendly supply store here. Always very helpful too.
