Great service but I was charged 2 months in a row for alterations when I only got alterations for my daughters graduation gown the one time. Still waiting for a call back to get the credit back.

Super bad service from the lady ! I went in to get a dress not get body shamed the lady was saying that with a waist trainer the dress would fit me when she was trying a dress on that clearly wasn’t my size!

I already had my dream dress but other boutiques didnt have it in my size & were not willing to help me find it. As soon as I spoke to the lovely lady she helped me find it right away, talk about stress free! Two other places were going to charge me double the amount. They measured me & had it altered for me before ordering it. The best part is that it was in the store in a matter of days!

The lady in the front was so nice i really reccomend these place .. Its the best one in Madera... And they are not rude they actually treat u like family and reassure you everything is going to come out perfect!

The owner and photographers there are very unprofessional. They take you for your money and give you very bad quality photos and videos. They are nice to you when you book them for the event, but after they are rude and they dont accept their mistakes. They have the photographer taking pictures of the guest serving themselves and eating which nobody wants to see. I dont recommend anyone using this company because they ruined my daughters quince and I dont have any pictures I would show my family and friends, so please do your research before giving them your money. I wouldnt give them any stars if I had a choice.

The entire experience in working with this business was pleasant. wonderful service, and courteous staff.

Staff is nice, but the photographer was unprepared. I paid a good amount and the video was not what I video quality was ok and sound was bad.. would not go through them again
