The manager there Priscilla is amazing!! She works with the customer gracefully she completely takes care of anything the customers need.

Employees ignore you and the self service machine for printing doesnt have clear instructions, so sometimes you can end up paying more than you should.

The customer service has improved over the years. I recognize many of the staff from prior years and the seasoned employees makes the store better. Sometimes you do have to look for help, but they are ready to help.

This Office Depot is always well stocked with everything you need. All the staff is great from the people on the floor to the people in the printing and services department. Quick, friendly, and accurate, what more could you ask for?

Was at this location today your employee asked me to leave the store due to the fact that I didnt have a face mask, I have done business for the last 15 years with office Max and office Depot, I will no longer be doing business with you. Its your business and I respect that but its not a law and I wont submit to this .

Because as soon as I walked thru the door and asked my question and the associate was ready and willing to help me. I like that I didnt have to stand around waiting for someone to help. Thats why I gave 5 stars.

There are very good products sold here, but almost anything I find here I can find somewhere else for less.

Went to get some cards printed up for a memorial service and after finding the card I wanted in the Custom Printing catalog, gave the attendant at the printing desk a 3 by 5 of my photo only to be told We dont do Custom printing. When I showed her the Custom Printing catalog she again told me we dont do Custom Printing I asked her then what is this and she said I dont know but we dont do custom printing. I guess things are not what they seem at Office Depot.

Office Depot has really bad customer service and I hate it when I walked in there they stereotype certain people that is not right this is not the way of the world The office Depot in Madera California employees you guys need to practice better customer service and quit stereotyping people that walk in with backpacks or somethingif you dont like somebody walking in with the backpack put a sign up and say you leave backpacks up front its very simple learn how to run a business but you guys are running your business into the ground signed the nice guy that you will never see my money again

Great place for office supplies and good staff

I went in a few weeks ago to have a resume printed for an interview. One of the workers (I believe her name is Traci) in the printing center was snappy and rude. Ive heard her pop off to customers 2 other times before she did it to me. I unfortunately do not recommend Office Depot in Madera for any of your printing needs. You can try Pecks Printery also located in Madera or try an Office Depot in Fresno.

This store is located in a small shopping center next to McDonalds. Its fairly clean and a decent place to shop, but I try to avoid it unless its completely necessary because their prices are outrageous. Prices are sometimes more than double what you can get on Amazon. It works for Madera because there arent many options (if any, outside of Walmart) in town. Occasionally, especially around the holidays, they have some really good promotions for specific items that are worth checking out.This store carries a variety of paper goods, pens, pencils, desks and desk supplies, computer chairs, envelopes of various sizes, computers and tech gear, etc. You can also get prints and copies made and pick-up online orders.

What a complete rip-off and lack of customer service skills! I went online and placed an order for 16 pages to be printed, laminated, and cut. Each had 2 copies of a sample check. It was all good until I went in to pick it up at my local store. The dimwits at Madera Office Depot, who apparently didnt pass math class, took my order and only printed 4 pages! Without so much as apologizing, the lady said (in a dry and irritated tone), Come back later and Ill have them ready for you hun. So I come back and pick the order up and leave, and as I check my laminated prints I realize they only printed 15 pages! And to top it all off one page is creased and some are cut in a sloppy and uneven way!Instead of fighting it, I decide to print two pages the next day and personally take them in to be laminated. And what a surprise: they end up ripping me off! While I paid $1.50 per page and less than 75 cents to cut online, they charge me 2 dollars per laminated page and 3 for cutting! Eight dollars for two measly pages... are ya kidding me?!!What a complete disregard and rudeness for customers! Both times that I went in that same lady was chatting it up with the customers, yeah how about you shut up and converse when you actually finish doing your job correctly! In fairness, the last 2 copies I took in to be laminated came out looking really good and professional; but probably cause another girl did them for me. However, that same annoying lady decided to go and chat it up with the girl she was doing my order. This kept her from concentrating, and made me lose my time. Congrats lady you win Employee and/or manager of the month!My take on Copy/Print services at Madera Office Depot: 1-they treat you like crap, 2-they do their job like crap, and 3-they charge you an arm and a leg for a simple service. I warn ya: dont go there unless you wanna be ripped off...or unless you know that chatty lady and she gives you a special offer. Either way, shell probably do a crappy job of it and make you waste your time and money. THANK YOU MADERA OFFICE DEPOT! I can always count on you to let me down!
