The donuts are delicious....the owner is very sweet, friendly, and nice to talk to. He remembers his customers and enjoys seeing his customers. He always works with our parent club when we want to get donut holes for the first days of the school. We pre-order and they are always ready to go with a smile. My students love his donuts and are excited when they see the boxes on my desk for them.
The owner has always and will always be one of the nicest person I’ve have ever met. Always friendly to talk to and engage with a great welcome. His donuts isn’t just good, there great as well. It just my opinion, try one and find out for yourself if it’s good or not. But please be respectful. I rated him a 5 star ⭐️ not just for the donuts 🍩 but for how he treated me and my family. Thank you 🙏🏼
Always great quality and the owner is always polite and remembers me.
2398 cents For a dozen donuts that makes no sense is place isnt that good they just overpriced us
The donuts are delicious
This guy is so cheap. I bought a dozen donuts and half of them weren’t even glazed. Worst place in town. Recommend going to any other donut shop.
Hands down the best Twist donuts in town. The owner has served my daughter and myself as family for over 15 years.
Delicious donuts. Very welcoming atmosphere. Very cozy :) Their apple cluster is the best. They also make sandwiches, smoothies, coffee not just donuts.
By far the best customer service in Madera. The owner treats you like part of the family. Not to mention they have the best donuts I have ever had!
Actually heard this guy tell someone we dont want your kind here. Despicable people.
The man is so sweet and he gave us extra donut holes and 2 extra donuts he makes the donuts himself he learned to make the long donuts first time going and I’m definitely going back
Just happened to catch this place at the butte crack of dawn and let me tell you, it is so worth it. I purchased a lottle of tgis n a little of that. Then he brought out the warm, gewey apple clusters. Holly cow! I found my new donut place. Fantastic!
Very good customer service.. Ill definitely go back.
Great place to meet people in the early morning;,fresh donuts and hot coffee, read the newspaper, get focused for the day.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! BEWARE EXTREMELY DISGUSTING...WEEK OLD DONUTS . I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND HE TOLD ME NO. VERY HARD SOUR TASTING DONUTS. NOT FRESH AT ALL . PLACE LOOKS VERY DIRTY AND HE OVERCHARGED US..
Never been here, however my wife and kids and family go to Taco Bell, which is right across the way, frequently. We play Pokemon, and this is a prime spot for catching, so sometimes we will park in the larger lot away from this business and sit there for 10 minutes and play the game before leaving. The guy that is always here is an absolute loon. Just earlier this morning, around 9am, he came out pointing and screaming obscenities at me as I was sitting in the parking lot after making a purchase at another nearby store. Mind you, he was yelling Mfer in front his own customers, children included, as they walked into HIS business, at ME, while I was politely sitting in my vehicle. A few minutes later the police showed up. This has happened to other people we know as well, and in a town of 65k+ people, who knows how many other passersby hes done this to. I dont care about their service or quality of product; frankly he should be ashamed of how he conducts himself as a business owner. We will no longer shop in this area thanks to him, and thats a burden because we live so close, but I will be very vocal about our experiences with this location, and I hope others are as well. Thank you for ruining my Saturday morning when I made a brief stop before getting breakfast for my family.
Im using my Girlfriends account because I dont have one but DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I was there at 645am on August 19 2018. I was with 2 other coworkers and we couldnt decide on donuts or McDonalds. So I pulled up to store front parking and the owner was outfront. I asked are you open?? He replied with a swift No. No problem, I ask when do you open? So he looks around and mumbles then replies, not now. Now being a donut shop and not being open before 6am sounds weird, so I look at the buisiness hours and knew right away what was going on. I concluded that he was refusing service to me because of my and my coworkers race. So as I pulled off i flipped him off for giving me the dead eye, and he proceeds to tell obscenities and tells me to go back to my country. I park get out and asks him what he says, mind you I never stepped foot into his establishment as he tries to egg me on to enter just so he can phone the police. Sad that this happened because I just wanted a dozen glazed and a half dozen assorted but no. I got profiled and turned away. Sad world we live in that people with treat each other this way. Enter at your own risk.
Not fine with a few things
