I have bought multiple RC airplanes and cars from The hobby shop. They have always offered the best customer service and continuing help to a new enthusiast in the RC world.

Terrible attitude over the phone for asking a simple question. I was attempting to spend more money with a local small business for a part I could easily get next day from Amazon. Hate to give a bad review but the level of disrespect was unreal.

This RC, helicopter, and airplane store is absolutely amazing! It is a pretty small store. He will probably pass it if youre going too fast on highway 168. The guy that assisted me there was very friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the information. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for parts or simply a new hobby.

I live in Ahwahnee so definitely no hobby shop here. I hate driving to Fresno so I would order all my hobby stuff online and have to wait forever to get it.My brother in law told me about this place, I had no idea it was there.So I went thinking it would just be a small hole in the wall place with very little inventory.But was I wrong. They had a ton of rc planes, cars, boats, parts etc!The prices were amazing. I went just to get a part and ended up buying a new rc car, battery charger, and lipo batteries for the lower price that would have been found online.They havent yet not had a part in stock that Ive needed.

Post-sale customer service has been disappointing. Unless you have a golf cart trailer to take your cart into them, plan on going somewhere else for service.

Great guy and awesome shop i came in with my two boys 5 and 6 years old lol who wanted to touch everything in the store he was very patient with me and them and helped me get the parts i needed !!! Evan when i asked about a couple parts he took the time to explain to me why i didn’t want to use a certain brand and helped me get ones that would be Evan better!!! I would recommend this place very much so !! Exceptional service and very knowledgeable!!!!

This is because far the best hobby shop in our area. The service is amazing and the prices are better! After multiple bad experiences with HobbyTown USA and Visalia Hobbies it is nice to have a great hobby shop to go to.

I received horrible service after the owner realized I was returning a non working battery charger he sold me. after walking into the shop together he completely ignored me for 10 minutes as I watched him walk around and stock shelves and such before even talking to me, (I was the only customer) when he finally found the time to help me I explained that the charger he sold me never worked, He got attitude in his voice and I was told to leave it and he would fix it, I told him if you cannot replace the charger I would like my money back, he then pointed at a small sign that said NO RETURNS...Considering the charger was faulty from the start I decided I was not going to be treated that way and that I was not leaving without my money or a replacement charger, finally after 5 more minutes of stocking and such he brought me another charger, which has worked fine ever since.I treated the guy behind the counter with much more respect than he decided to show me, that is my reason for writing this. I do not take pleasure in posting this negative review but there is no reason anyone should be treated like that, maybe he was having a bad day, I do not know... Save yourself the hassle and go to HobbyTown

Madera hobbies is great for a lot of my needs, a bit cheaper than the Fresno places and get great quality. I dealt with Nick he is very knowledgeable on planes and cars. Will be visiting again real soon, worth the drive 7 mins off Herndon down 41.

I went to madera firearms

We bought a golf cart from this company and the batteries died 6 months later. We had them come out and look at it and they said they replace one battery and in less than 2 months our cart was dead. We have been unable to drive our golf cart and have to spend over $800 on batteries. I would never buy a cart from this company.
