I went to get my 50s Castiglione accordion (which I didnt know much about) repaired and the owner and his wife were very helpful, kind, and insanely knowledgable about the accordions. I learned a hell of a lot talking with him, he gave me tips on getting started with the accordion, and when it came to repairs he told me everything it needed and showed me what he did too. Overall, they were of great help and they do high quality work. Will definitely be my go to place for accordion work.

I have been a customer of Venturi for over 15 years. They have always provided me with excellent service and they are my go to place for accordion repairs and services.

I just spent almost 2 hours at the house of music with Andrea and Brad and had a great time. I was a little concerned after reading some reviews but I have learned with time to be cautious. I was interested in a Roland digital accordion and after I decided to buy it Brad was very helpful in preparing me to play properly with my new baby :). Andrea was very welcoming, and by the way what a extensive choice of excellent quality accordions...If you are looking for an accordion there are not so many places in California where you can try so many before you make your choice....Ill be back :)

Ive been coming to this store since I was 12 (about 21 years ago) and they have a nice selection of accordions and accordion straps. They also have a huge selection of musical instruments - guitars, violins, drums, etc. - basically every instrument. They have multiple models, styles, sizes, and price ranges. Ive gotten several accordions here over the years. They also carry Roland digital accordions. Very nice selection of sheet music, books, and other accessories. They also do instrument repairs. Nice to have a store that isnt too far away from Fresno.

It was great, the variety of knowledge the worker there had over instruments was astonishing. I did find everything a music store should offer at this location. Im Just curious, because I purchased the exact guitar of my type but there was a small problem on the 13th note of my guitar. Im a go back to see what can be done. Besides that everything went great.

Discrimination? Me and my brother went there to buy a new guitar, two Mexican boys, the owner was nice to us and tuned the guitar for us! Other people on here saying You cant touch the instruments, when me and my bro were paying there was another Mexican couple literally testing out the guitars and the owner didnt say anything to them.Definitely going back in a couple months to get me another guitar(:

Good place for music shop Olso class one to one music nice people used for shop,repairs,consulting, orders music related yif they dont have they help to finded or place order.

Was not going to go into this music store because of the bad reviews but when I went in they had some customers as soon as they were done with them they attended to me they very nice helpful and fix my guitar been in there about 3 times now great place good customer service.

That place is awful. It is crowded. The u cant touch the instruments and the owner is racist. I would never go there. It was my first time going there and I didnt stay there 4 2 mins

It was good and all but it was really messy there were things everywhere it looked old but it had what I need

Honestly, they are some of the rudest people I have ever met, on the phone and in person. Your best bet is to go to somewhere in Fresno where they have friendlier staff that dont make rude comments towards you.

I left my accordion there last March for some repairs they said check back in two week. A year later the owner was still trying to put me off. Long story short will never go back there again

Bad experience that I had in the House of music, I had heard by some of my fellow Hispanic musicians here in wood. there in this store had a man who discriminated against the Mexican musicians but had not had the opportunity to test it until todayIt is an unpleasant man that I were not wanted to come back to buy from this store and I would like all my countrymen Latino musicians not buy in this storeI met the former owner of that shop the sr jerry venturi was a friendly man besides being also musician but since the is died seems to his widow got to such unpleasant and is no longer the same.
