We stopped by without even calling first they welcomed us right in treated us like family. Offered us coffee, drinks whatever we needed. A couple of the guys gave us a tour very knowledgeable great guys. Every single person we talked to was fantastic. It’s now clear why we carry and shoot QAD.

A part on my drop away rest broke and they sent me 2 extras right away to resolve my concern. Superb customer service.

I had always heard about the good customer service, however if I could give them lower than a 1 I would. I had an awful experience all the way around with QAD. I use FOB (Fletching Only Better) and they require a drop away rest. QAD is listed as one that works. Unfortunately after 20 shots the QAD did not drop and it resulted in damaging the rest. Technical support could not tell me why this would happen and asked me to send it back. I lost the RA number and had to call back. I got a different tech so I asked the same question as to why it wouldnt have dropped. He said he didnt know either and told me that he didnt know why they would have me send it in. All they would do is check that it dropped and send it back. His suggestion was to take it to a dealer and ask if they would be willing to warranty it. I was pretty shocked at this new information and direction so I reached out to talk to a member of management. I have called and left messages and sent emails detailing that I need to talk with management and have yet to have contact from management. I dont even classify it as the worse customer service Ive gotten, but a complete absence of customer service.

After two solid successful hunting seasons, the QAD Exodus broadhead has become my standard kit. I have literally thrown all the others away. The accuracy performance is just like the website claims, the same as field points. The performance in hunting is beyond anything else I have ever experienced, and provided quick, humane harvests. I have harvested two bears with complete pass through shots, as has my father. The blades have been completely in tact on every arrow. They fly straight, hold together, dont bend, break, fail to deploy or send the arrow in divergent path upon hitting the target. Simply put - awesome product.

Good customer service and an excellent products

I am now up to 6 bears harvested, 5 with the QAD Exodus. Every broadhead was recovered with zero damage. The only shot that was not a pass through happened last year, and was a testament to QAD Exodus performance. I patiently lined up the shot released, the bear whirled to run and Thwack! It fell limp without another step. I was not proud of a spine shot, but glad that the animal was humanely harvested. The broadhead was so tightly buried in the C1 vertebrae I could not get it out; so, I spent an extra $100 to send the spine section to the beetle guy to see just how well the Exodus held up. Flawless. It was lodged immediately in the center of the vertebral foramen. No nicks, and the blades are still 100% in tact. Amazing performance. I have pictures, but cannot seem to get Google to upload them.

If you want to see dead animals on walls, this is a great place to do it.
