Amazing curbside service! Every retail store should be this good! Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for them to be out with my order. The rest of the store is just a typical Target but do yourself a favor and order curbside. You’ll be out faster.

Hard pass until you dust your shelves, re-inventory your stuff and retrain some employees.I was here a while back. I found a certain kitchen accessory priced lower than online. Though the product and its shelf were dusty, the price tag on the shelf matched the product on it, so I took a picture of it, just in case, and added it to my basket. At checkout, the senior cashier lady rang up a significantly larger price. When I showed her the picture of the price on the shelf with the name of the product on it, she told me that she doesnt own the store and Im asking for too big of a discount. At first I thought she was joking and laughed but she was dead serious and called her manager who was very young and seemed intimidated by her. Before she could escalate and further, I elected to walk out leaving all the merchandise and situation behind.The rest of my shopping at Walmart went without incident.

The store is always clean representative are very pleasant and friendly and helpful.

I really was trying to find headquarters email but couldn’t find anything to share my experience. I’m a shipt shopper and I just really wanted to give a shout out to this specific target. Every time I go there it’s so refreshing to do my job. The managers and employees there are phenomenal. The managers never hesitate to help their employees and the employees go above and beyond to help the customers. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell the teamwork there is relevant. Everything is always so clean, organized, and well stocked. I just wanted to give a shout out because this year sucks and it’s been hard on everyone and you guys are doing an awesome job and it isn’t going unnoticed.

Not the newest building but very nice inside . Great customer service makes all the difference and there’s no shortage of that here. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The team here is way better than the other Target locations in the area.Good products to choose from too.

When I was in Target today (Madison heights) I asked a young man for help in finding something, he went way above and beyond to help. Need more employees like him his name is Jack.

I could not find the product. I needed two of the product. when I asked an associate about that she said she can order one for me so that It will be delivered to home. Also at the checkout associate help me to download the coupons so that I get 10$ off .

Target is fine but download the app. Without fail, there is always something that is cheaper online than in the store. 4 of the 5 items that I purchased were cheaper in their app saving me over $20 when I presented the app to the cashier showing the online price.

So easy to shop online and even easier to drive up and pick it up without having to get out of my car within an hour of ordering it!!

Bought fresh produce. Was very fresh. Got it home, took off the mask, and realized the cauliflower and all the rest smelled like fragranced cleaning chemicals. Figured if we took off the plastic, the produce would be fine. Its not. We cooked it. It smells funny. It tastes worse. We have to throw it out, and return the rest. Im the pickiest - when my easy going family tosses food, its bad. Well... its bad because they threw theirs out too. Definitely not worth it to buy fresh produce here.

Amazing selection of green tissue paper had me straight wilin! Associates were helpful and knowledgeable. Overall flow of store and product placement had me trapped in a paradise of selections with barrels of bargains.

Carried items I was looking for as a special gift and item was ready for pick up very quickly about 15 minutes! Website noted 2 hours, so it was great to get it sooner.

Their customer service was the best, purchased something on line that was supposed to come with something free, we didnt receive the free item when we did pick up @ the store, went inside to customer service & they took care of us.

One of my favorite targets! Very friendly staff especially the girl at customer service, Shahla. She helps customers, and her co-workers. I have a kid whose autistic she always talks to him and he feels comfortable responding to her. Waiting in her line is our thing now! I’ve watched her trying to communicate with a mute gentleman and she was very polite and professional. We feel welcomed at this store. Thank you Shahla

The store is neat and clean, the cashier was very kind, she complimented me, and just put me in a much better mood with her great personality and positivity, and then I was able to get my pick up instantly. Sometimes when doing a pick-up, its tedious, reps dont know of the technology such as scanning a QR code to get the pick-up information, but the reps in the store were very knowledgeable, and I got my package within seconds! Made me feel great. Also, I got red card savings, and additional savings with Target circle.

Ordered online and curbside pick up was so easy and fast.

Friendliness of employees - especially Joseph and Mike at the registers. Mike is known for singing at request at the registers. He sets a happy mood at checkout. Joseph took the time to tell me the pluses of the two brands of clothing I was buying. Both of these employees made my shopping experience really positive!

Went clothes shopping for a first date. Mike D was an excellent cashier. Obviously very good at his job. Very friendly too!

The staff at the store arent very friendly and they dont ask rather I want to use my Red Card or if I have a circle number. I just dont feel very welcomed. I sometimes go with my son, who can be a handful due to him being autistic and he stems which makes the workers probably want to hurry us out of the store. I think the store could benefit from providing their workers with handling those with special needs because I dont think some of them even know and assume that I am just coming up to the register with my misbehaved child. There are a few associates who are okay and nice but a lot of the associates tend to be really rude and just trying to get you out of the store instead of providing good service. I still tell them to have a nice day and be safe even if theyre just rushing me out.

Just visited this target location along with my friend, generally there won’t be much to write review for target.. however today’s experience was very different and awesome, we met a very nice Target employee and her name is Benni, we asked her help to find an item for us in the store, her reaction and the way how she helped was very welcoming. From now on if I have to go to Target then that would this location.. To get succeeded in business you have to win your customers heart .. thank you Benni

It worked so well. It told me exactly which store the items were going to and what day. Also that i didnt have to pick it up that day . I had a couple of days to pick it up. When i went to the store i showed my id. They found my package quickly and i was on my way

Can’t say anything about staff because when we just ask a question, or checkout, they are your average person. They get it done quickly and efficiently. No bad experiences with staff here. Prices are pretty good, if not, average. The Starbucks at the front is good, as well! Variety of products is diverse and decent! Hygiene is satisfactory, both in the main supermarket and the restrooms. Overall experience: Excellent - Good.

Ive been shopping at Target since I was a young kid and have always had a pleasant experience. I love that Target trys to keep up with the times and evolving customers tastes.

I went to this target today and this is what I saw!

Checkout #10 just served a probably 40-50 year old woman and her child without a mask. What a horrible example to set on your child.

I love Target and I go there pretty much every time I get money. There is so much here for the best price. If you want it, its probably at Target. I have never not been able to find something I wanted. I love shopping here and I smile every time I walk in to a store because it just feels so welcoming.

Not as good as other targets. lacks the pizzazz of other targets in the area. im just not transported into another dimension like i am at other area targets. they cant help it and the selection is fine and the staff is fine but it is a disappointing experience and NOT my favourite target to loiter at.

My family and I came in to search 4 birthday present for a friend. My children were looking through the aisles and enjoying the many toys that were placed out to see. My daughter found a Frozen toy in the aisle and fell in love she wanted this toy so we grabbed it and brought it on up to purchase it. Upon scanning the item into the system they realize that it was not supposed to be placed out on the aisle and told us that they would not sell us the toy. Our daughter had to leave crying because they failed to pay attention to what theyre putting out on the shelves and I am appalled. This is unacceptable, we should have been allowed to purchase the toy because we did not make the mistake, Target did. If this is how they conduct themselves we will take our business elsewhere.

Always like Targets prices and service a 5% back to the community (hope you still do that)!

Its not that I wouldnt recommend Target in general but I surely wont recommend the Madison Heights, MI Target AT ALL! I will not be using that Target anymore. I tried for almost an hour to reach someone by phone at the service desk. Was given wrong information, hung up on after holding for 10 minutes, transferred to the service desk 3 times after telling the person no one was answering the phone there and just overall bad customer service all the way around.

I was there today and noticed a manager being really kind, warm, and encouraging to his employees. It was refreshing to see that they were being treated well. That made me happy. Then, when I was in the checkout line, I was offered a free mini frappuchino from one of the in store Starbucks employees! It was a very nice experience. Thank you!

Security is completely disrespectful, my boyfriend experienced racism. We spoke to management and didn’t seem to care. We will NEVER be back to this location let alone any other target. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! The managers name is Grace and the Security guards name is Harley.

Good Target location with a nice grocery selection and very clean store. My only reason for a 5 stars is that this location is so extremely busy, and I wish they had some self checkout lanes for the people who are just getting a couple of items. Its hard to want to go to Target to get a few things, and have to wait behind someone buying groceries for the week!

A smaller Target but gets the job done for me. Well stocked, neat and clean store. Always helpful if you need it. I miss the old cafeteria, where you can get scrambled eggs cooked for you. Back then.

Had an amazing shopping trip today at this Target location. Cortez was my cashier and I was extremely satisfied with his customer service skills. Thank you for being patient with me Cortez. The store was clean and organized. The staff was also super helpful and friendly. I will definitely return to this Target location for all my Target errands.

I like Target. They have some cool things but it is easy to go overboard when shopping here so I limit my visits to this store and I try to leave most of my money/credit cards at home when shopping here. I just bring a set amount of money $10 - $20 when I shop here or else it gets way out of control very fast during a trip to buy a bar of soap or toothpaste I can end up grazing the aisles and spending $1,200 if I have access to the funds. They have furniture, clothes, housewares (some really cute little stuff like cow shaped cream servers for your table), pillows, blankets that are so cute. I could go nuts in this store. Target is a cool neighborhood store for home essentials, personal care products and limited but also perishable groceries.

This place is alright. Checkout is slow, place feels very mellow, for the most part everything is clean but it just feels a little dated. Almost like when Kmart was still around. Is this really the place to shop? Im still trying to find the hype

No one will help you. I was told to go to Game Stop at Oakland Mall because they have a better selection. Online they showed 10 or more games available for the one we wanted to purchase but they would not go in the back to look just said we dont have it. I even asked if I bought it online to pick up free today they said they would cancel it. Poor service!!

Staff is slow compared to similar stores. Long checkout lines that take a long time. Store is fairly well taken care of and well stocked. Prices are very good, but some items break down quicker than you would expect.

When my item was located immediately and I had to wait a long time the associate gave me a $5.00 gift card to make things right.

This is by far the WORST Target I have ever been to in Michigan. The location is small, they dont have self-checkout and the employees are incredibly rude and dont enjoy their job or like helping their customers. First off, I asked an employee if I could get help with unlocking the flea medicine for my pet. She gives me a dirty look and goes Im off the clock. And immediately walks away and starts laughing and joking around with her coworkers. Then, getting a drink from Starbucks is a complete joke. If they make your drink correctly its a miracle. As Im handing the cashier my money, shes looking down at her phone and texting. Wouldnt even look up to take my money. I had to say something to her after 15 seconds because she just wasnt paying attention or doing her job. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time!!

Some reasonable prices. Only complaint is that they frequently rearrange the store. Learn where your regular items are and then they move it. But I prefer this one to all others in my area.

Im here a Lot and I save a Lot of money using my Target Red Card! The employees are friendly and most times you are waited on promptly. Its one of my favorite places to shop.

I like target while some things a priced a little high I like the store look and layout the people are always friendly.

Departments dont answer the phone. Its annoying. You call, press buttons, wait, get transferred, press more buttons, wait then when the dept rings, nobody answers. Need a voice mail or something. I dont bother calling back. I call another store.

The workers were very friendly and greeted me with smiling faces. Was having trouble finding some clothing items in my size and the lady who a assisted me was extremely helpful and found exactly what I was looking for and showed me an app that saved me 25% on the item!I will definitely make this my regular shopping destination, as long as they keep these friendly and knowledgeable staff!

It was easy to order online. My item was waiting for me at target and the employee was extremely courteous and prompt!

This was my last stop if the day and it was getting late. I still havent found a compatible stroller to go with my daughter s graco car seat. We went in, ask for the baby section, went over and told the sales person what we needed and that weve been having no luck that day. He showed us some styles and there were few, we found one we liked, he went to the back and found one in stock that she needed. The price was very affordable. I was really happy about that because some other Targets did not have what we needed. He was very helpful and rolled it to the front. I paid for the stroller and the warranty. We were out of the store I think it was no more than 20 or 25 mins. We were very happy and released. Ill be back. Just use this feedback as a way to keep things stocked in every area. Have your team leaders to assess the stocks regularly. It makes for more satisfied customers. Thank you again from me, my daughter and the new baby!
