I had just heard about Lucky 9 and decided to stop by yesterday. It was a bit out of the way but I am so glad I went. I appreciate that they only sell to licensed PROFESSIONALS and not the general public. I cannot even explain how many home botch jobs I fix on a weekly basis. Anyway, I walked in opened an account and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful. Se asked what texture I was looking for in acrylic powder and they pointed me to the products that would best suit my needs. The variety is amazing and no one follows you around like they do elsewhere, they simply let you wander and check stuff out. Prices are what you would expect, maybe slightly lower. You can only make a purchase here if you have a license. Even on regular nail polish or rhinestones. Nobody even greeted us.

I am a nail tech in training. i’ve learned to do nails through youtube videos and other things but i’m waiting until i graduate high school to go to nail tech school. i was so excited because i though i found a store that i could get good products for an inexpensive price because i can’t find any stores near me. i drove 2 and a half hours to get to this store thinking that i didn’t need a license to just purchase nail polish. it’s nail polish, you can get it anywhere. but when i went to check out they said i needed a license. nowhere online does it say this so not only did i waist my time i also waisted money driving out there. the staff was rude when i was asking questions and the one lady completely ignored me. just know if you want to go here you need to be licensed, even for nails polish

I usually order all my nail supplies online. I decided to check out lucky 9 today. I was extremely happy to see all the different popular brands they have and the staff was very friendly!

I will continue to shop at Lucky9 they are very helpful and polite. I wanted to buy a cat eye polish that had just come and I was told no because he needed to make sure how it worked. He explained that it was not easy as most that when he finished testing he would then sale it to me, if he could not make it work. he explained that he had to make sure it worked before saleing and Guarantee anything that he does not know how it works himself and I like that. I do not recommend them. It’s a slap in the face when you travel all the way to a location shopping for products for 20+ minutes and getting in line with your money out just to get turned down not to buy any products as a graduating student. Not to mention, My ID was with me. It might look good because of the products in display but they don’t really appreciate your service. It’s plenty nail supplies in the area that will not turn you away. Go to YB, AB, Media nail supply stores etc.. you’ll thank me later. No service from me ever again.

Lots of products and lots of knowledge .

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. I went to others stores and this by far was the best. This location prices are reasonable and affordable. I came here looking for Rhinestones (after not seeing anything at the others stores), the young lady who helped me was WONDERFUL. She took her time to help me retrieve the Rhinestones that I wanted (that was about 15 to 30 minutes 😊). I was pleased with the store, I will be coming back. Thanks again everyone
