I have inadvertently triggered my alarm two times in the last few months. I am still waiting for the monitoring station to call and make sure I am OK.Each time this company is purchased the services gets worse. It took me months to have my outside cameras replaced because they kept dropping the ball. I had to call and call before they were taken care of. Now I am having trouble getting service out to clean the fingerprints the installing tech left all over the lens.Still having problems with the cameras. Took four attempts to get a ticket number. Dont try setting up an appointment through the website. I dont think anyone reads it.

Its been a month and they still havent repaired my alarm! Tech came out due the 4th time, without the replacement part!

Jeffrey O Connor, was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous while conducting a walk through of my home to create positioning of cameras and explaining my options. The Tech team that came out I would consider to be the Dynamic Duo: Tom and Rob. They purchased a company that originally installed the alarm at a home I later purchased. Without me entering into a contract for monitoring they wont even provide me the installer codes used by the prior company they purchased. I cant even make sure my system is operational. Obviously, their focus is purely profit, and when I am ready to pay someone for monitoring, it sure wont be them.

Fe Moran called yesterday at 7 am. I asked if this was an emergency? no. It was battery issue in a motion sensor. When I have called in to their automated switchboard-press 1 to cancel an alarm condition. then I get put on hold for 5 minutes or more. So- call at 7 am for a non emergency, and put me on hold for an alarm condition.

Im scoring a three because it took 3 technicians to correctly install my system. So far, everything is working properly.

I had a new panel installed replacing my old DSC panel. The work was completed quickly and completely. Im glad that all my home security devices directly tied to the new panel and I can control my panel from my phone. Great security and great service.

This alarm system is way cool I can do everything from my phone and its easy well worth it trust me you wont be disappointed 👍👍👍👍
