I had an excellent experience with their services. Glen was excellent in helping me with my issue with my 02 Chevy Avalanche. I had an old alarm system that throwed my entire electrical system out of whack. Glen knew exactly what was going on and even did me a great service and handled my vehicle the next day. The cost was very affordable for a new alarm system and I got a great warranty. I love the 2 new key fobs. Thank you very much Glen for your excellent customer service. If I have any other issues you are the man that I trust with my truck.

This place is fantastic. We purchased a used 2017 vehicle that had an aftermarket code alarm remote start and alarm installed by the previous owner. We had multiple issues of the alarm going off while the engine was running and the remote start not working consistently. The dealer wanted to charge us 4-5 hours of labor to solve the electrical issue. Glen quickly and at a very reasonable price solved the issue. Thanks Glen for identifying that the original install was incorrect and reprogramming the key fobs.

They did a good job on a remote starter . But I was quoted a price in person and on the phone. When I picked up the car I paid a higher price... Didnt look at the receipt (my fault) til later... Called back on Monday because theyre closed Saturday and Sunday, to let them know, I was told the owner would call me back but never did

Glenn was able to completely rework the flawed old wiring of after market Prius fog lights and get the lights working again.

I give two and one half stars for the work. I had some aftermarket DVD players installed. They are designed to play the same movie on both screens at the same time or individual movies on both screens . When I picked up the vehicle, I notice a few days later that they were not working as designed. I went back the the shop and the technician stated that those could not be installed that way and if I had a schematics of the wiring, he would rewire for me. I then asked the tech if he saw the RF connectors included in the package and he said he did not see them.I contacted the vendor and he confirmed as I already knew, that the RF converters are part of the wiring harness used to install the units. The next day I was able to trace the wires and behold I see the connectors. I connect them together and guess what? The DVD players are working as I expected. I went to show this to the business owner and he simply said nice, its was not part of the install instructions. I was told the technician has been doing installs for a long time. I gave two and half stars because Car Tunes was a two weeks minimum wait and this dealer was same day service.Ive read the responses from the owner and he really doesnt care as the number of positive feed backs tremendously outweighs the negative ones. But lessons were learned from this entire experience. I should have waited the two weeks for Car Tunes, because I still had the deal with the issue for over two weeks, or I should have followed my own instincts and installed them myself. Basically wasted $189 dollars

Nice enough guys but their work wasnt worth what it cost. Speakers out of phase, didnt test to make sure everything worked, found wire clippings all on the floor, and didnt even do a post install overview or speak about any issues they found during the install. Definitely look a few other places before here.

Wanted to give a shout out to Glen. My factory installed Bose system in my 2014 Audi A6 left a lot to be desired. I l bought the car used, and discovered that the sound system was hollow and flat. Rather than replace the whole system, Glen recommended an added subwoofer. It made all of the difference. The sound is fantastic and full. And he did it for less than 25% of what other car audio places recommended for replacing the whole system. I could not be happier. He was professional. We set up an appointment. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up on the way home. He communicated with me regularly. I will recommend Glen to my friends and will be taking all my cars here in the future.

Had what I thought was an issue and they took their time troubleshooting and explaining how the system works. I had it put in a couple years ago and they treated me like my first time there. Would refer them to anybody. Even washed my car (I didnt recognize it when I came out) for me while I waited.Thanks guys.

Unfortunately I finally am going to write this review after some time of hearing nothing from the owner/employee with whom I made contact.I came into the shop about 3 months ago (could be 2), waited about 20 minutes to speak to someone, no worries there, I was okay with the wait and patiently did so.I had four door speakers, an aftermarket dash kit, head unit, a steering wheel control unit and an amp to have installed. Essentially an easy job for a professional. I spoke to the gentleman finally regarding the install and he went over everything I had and told me hed give me a call back.I never received a call back and after about 3 weeks I decided to give him a call. He said hed been busy and had yet to look into my installation request. I graciously accepted the answer and he told me hed call me back after he was done to see if we could get this going for me. I agreed.To this day, about 2-3 months after initial contact, I have yet to hear back from him. I believed this to be a car audio and alarm installation business but I am now forced to believe that some jobs are swept under the rug to make way for more conventional and faster installs. Maybe Im wrong, but it makes ` from a business standpoint.Now the ONLY reason I gave this shop a second star is because over-all the man and his daughter or wife (not sure who she was) were very friendly and he seemed knowledgeable.I have since had the equipment installed into the car and it took the installer 4 hours with very little issue.

Fast and professional subwoofer install. Very clean installation, looks like nothing was done until the bass is turned up. Didnt try to get me to bu y anything more than what I already had, and finished in 2/3 the estimated time. Will definitely be coming back for any more additions to my car.

My first experience with the owner Mr. Collins goes way back to 1981 when he installed a sunroof in my 1981 Jetta-perfect-never leaked and looked great. I had a complete Alpine system installed by him in my 1984 Daytona Turbo Z-sounded fantastic. He reinstalled the Alpine system in my 1986 Jetta-perfect.Fast forward and I still use them for all my needs. Sure I could install myself but if you want a professional job you need to hire professionals. Remote starter and keyless entry for my daughters car -flawless. Adapter so I dont have to use a cassette to stream -worked great. Mountings for cell phones and GPS-look like they came from the factory. I have sent friends and relatives here with no reservations about the value or quality of work.I know they do work for a number of new car dealerships and the last thing a dealer wants is a call back-they trust CS & A.If you want quality work done right for a fair price, this is the place to go. With many years of experience, Car Sounds and Alarms knows how to take care of their customers. Oh sure you may be able to have your brother-in-law do an install for free beer, but in the long run, CS & A will stand behind their work with a lifetime labor and workmanship warranty-long after your brother-in-law is cut out of the wedding pictures.
