Have to give it a 5 star, besides some of the idiots they had working there through out the years. But again get that in every kind of business. But most of them are really good and knowledgeable. Been going there since mid or late 1980s. Great gun Smith, its the place to shoot if its a rainy day, if you dontwant to shoot on a outdoor range. But dont go there a few weeks before rifle deer hunting season. They get so packed might not be able to shoot.

Just purchased a 12 gauge on there 90 day layaway program, staff was very down to earth and helpful. I also signed up for there CPL class and look forward to flinging business with them again. The convenience of the layaway is awesome and helps get something I wanted, without dooming me on any bills the following weeks.

Great indoor range, plenty of lanes and fair prices. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable. If youre new to shooting its a great place to learn and try out new guns. Wide selection to rent from handguns and rifles. Also because its in Michigan they dont have dumb magazines limits, so you can use proper mags... so if youre the area be sure to stop by.

This place is so rude! I came into the store fully intending to buy a gun. The rude red headed guy was the most condescending human being I have spoken to in my entire life. So stuck up and literally talked me out of the purchase just because of the poor service he gave. I asked him to tell me a little about the gun I was holding and his response was Ill tell you about it AFTER you buy it, I dont give free education and you dont need to know how to use it until you own it. Ya that makes me want to open my wallet and give you $1000 of my hard earned money. No thanks! I would give this place negative stars of possible. Im actually shocked people gave a positive review, maybe they were paid to review the dump. Also the other reviews are correct that they mark up all the guns... about 25% above MSRP.

My first impression of this place was good, run by people who know what theyre doing & dont mind teaching a total noob like myself what I need to know about having & maintaining a firearm.But not when Ive dealt with the owners son. He was very condescending while dealing with me, kept trying to change my mind to something hed rather sell me & put in no effort to understand why I was choosing what I did. He was so insulting that I got angry, told him off & informed a manager of what happened so hed know why they lost my sale.I only found out today that the rude guy is the owners son while at a shop in Mt. Clemens. I was describing how hed treated me without knowing even his name when the men in that shop described him physically & told me hes known for talking down to women. So if you go in, avoid the condescending red-head if you want to actually come away with a positive experience.

Shot 30 min on the rifle range. $14 seems reasonable. One of the employees, Nate, helped me get my rifle scope dialed in. He even pulled out a spotting scope to help me. Good place to chuck some lead.

Ive been to a few spots from east to west & north but these dudes were sooo informative & enthusiastic & helpful it made it fun to go over all the legalities!🤣 Nothing like great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Ive been coming to this place on and off for about 7 years. Every time I come here, without a doubt, the red head employee is always rude. Hes been rude to me, Ive seen him talk down to other people. I have family and friends come here and they always see this man act out. Today, I saw him be little a 60-70 year old man. I had to walk out after seeing that and calm down. If I acted like that to customers at my job, my employer would have yanked me by my ear and booted me out! It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but I had let the inner Karen/Kyle out and I had to reach deep for that lol. You have to do something about this employee. Im not saying termination, but he needs to be disciplined!

Cant say enough about this place. Very friendly to beginners and knowledgeable to experiences shooters. Good selection and fair prices even with current demand. Mike and the rest of the team worked well together to accommodate my needs. When something didnt go as planned, they went above and beyond to make sure I had confidence in what I bought.

Good people. I called with a question and got a wealth of knowledge. Was even told how to get parts the quickest. I very much appreciate the customer service and common decency. I look forward to bringing all my builds to this shop for work. One last thing.... I called Target indoors in Royal oak with the same question..... Guy told me to just come in and hung up... No lie. Good price, only about $15 for 30 minutes of range time w/ a half a dozen targets. Had a front post on my pistol come lose, staff came out and not only tightened it up for me but threw on some loctite as well. I appreciate that level of customer service. Will be back as soon as ammo stocks allow.

Asked about getting some gunsmithing work done, guy seemed like I was intruding on his time. Thats fine, I will take my money elsewhere. I cannot stand gun shop staff that come across as condescending, and youll get a heaping helping of that at this shop.

I will not be visiting this gun range! Based on the majority of the reviews, they are described as extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful and their facility is described as outdated and in poor repair, plus it is stated that their gun prices are drastically inflated. The audacity that customers are treated so badly by what is described as some trashy,arrogant store staff, please prospective customers go where your business is earned by good,decent and polite human beings.

Good gun shop. My friend and I went looking around several shops in the area window shopping for a new gun. It was his first and he didnt have much knowledge about guns and what he was looking for. Employees were able to guide him and show him several different guns in his criteria without him needing much knowledge. Came back a few times to see stock, and there was no pressure to buy anything just willing to show what they have and talk about plus and minuses of the guns.Overall good experience and we will definitely be coming back.

Equipment is dated, the only thing holding the booths together is duct tape and a prayer. Service was....how do I say this politely....not good.

I had my first shooting experience here and purchased my first handgun here, overall I hadnt had a bad experience, every once in a while there would be a staff member who was less than helpful or polite, but nothing I really gave a fuss about. I came in there one day with my brother and father to get some range time and while were waiting for some lanes to open up, I walked up to an older gentleman behind the counter to see if they had any additional targets for purchase. A simple yes or no would have been fine, but instead this guy snapped back at me because I had the audacity to ask him a simple question while he literally was staring at the ceiling. He says We give you targets when you go in, what else do you want!? I told him I just wanted a few extra and maybe something larger and this guy threw his hands in the air and said Well I dont know! Mind you this guy was yelling at me. I simply walked back to my brother and father and we took our range time and left. I havent been back since and Im not sure I will. I get having a bad day, but this guy lashed out at me for no reason. If you cant go to work and do your job, dont work in a customer service position, simple as that. Like I said, not my first time dealing with rude employees and guys flexing their gun knowledge like a group of elitist nerds working in a comic book shop.

Called to see if they had Ammo for my gun, and they said they did. Made the 30 minute drive out there, only for them to tell me in store that they are only selling it for people renting a range.Said it would had been nice if they would of mentioned that when we called. Their response was Oh well. Pretty poor customer service, and lost any potential sales to us. Oh well ;)

Arrived at the store to purchase a firearm - clerk let me know that the firearm I intended to purchase was “out of stock” even though the website said otherwise. I made the 25 min trip because of the stock levels on the website and he didn’t even offer to order the gun, but instead recommended that I look on the website to get a transfer. I arrived home to follow his instructions and all of the handguns were out of stock. I will not return and waste my time.

I almost didnt go here based off of the reviews but my experience was great from the beginning to the end. I purchased a handgun online and had it shipped here and Nick provided absolutely exceptional customer service. I will be a returning customer.

Not really worth it. Prices are way higher than others around with in stock hand guns. To the tune of $200 mark upsUpdate since you responded. Your statement is false, I saw a particular firearm at your location as well as two others day. All three were the exact same gun but yours was $200 more expensive, but whatever. Been here to shoot a few times. I do not own any guns, so I have only rented.I have found the staff to be nice. The owners mood can vary from accommodating to cantankerous. I intend no offence by saying this, I just wish to help everyone via communication.I have found this place to be accommodating to new shooters, and I have gained practical firearms experience here.

Nice long range for the area. Prices are usually reasonable. Despite people’s complaints this is a business that needs to make some dollars. I’ve seen a lot of untrained unsafe people go through here as I shoot there pretty regular. The staff is as tolerant as they can be. Let’s bare in mind they deal with this all day. If you’ve had a questionable experience with them give them a break. Especially whoever is running the range side. They’ve got to deal with some knuckle heads. They’ve always been fair to us. Typical gun store gents. All have they’re opinions, as we all do. But all solid dudes. Would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to shoot some targets. Just listen to the guys and you won’t have a problem. It’s there house after all.

Called to ask some questions. Asked if CPL holders are allowed to carry into the building or would they prefer it to be in a case. Was told You can carry it in but if I see your firearm, youll be met with a firearm. Really? Im calling as a potential customer and youre going to make a threat like that?

Bought from them an ammunition packs,one of them was defective, back to store to return or exchange but they were extremely rude and disrespectful.I spent around $600.00. Within 2 months but they never appreciate the customers business.

Having just moved to Royal Oak, I needed a “home base” shop...THIS is the place to go. The other places in Detroit don’t even come close to the selection and service. They have everything you’d need for builds, and the staff was extremely friendly. I’ll be purchasing a yearly membership ASAP and would encourage you to do the same. Joe is the man!

My husband and I have recently started going here. For me, as a first time shooter, the staff has put me at ease. They take the time to explain things and show how to load and use different guns. Nick and Mike, have been very nice and helpful. I am impressed how professional they can be when asking about different guns and ammo. Yet, how friendly they are and how they will take the time to just hold a conversation with you. I am very pleased with the people here and glad that this is where we decided for me to learn about guns and shooting.

They are arrogant and condescending when dealing with customers. They make it seem like you have to have Marine Scout Sniper level of experience to understand what they are saying. I came in to look at, fire, and buy a gun simple as that. I did not come to receive mediocre customer service.

EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE STAFF MEMBER!!!Almost had my first shooting experience here. Almost. Despite my intense fear of guns, I decided to surprise my husband with a day date. The young man who was responsible for acclimating us did an amazing job with putting my fears at ease and teaching me how to use the gun.Heart still pounding, but now mostly because of the excitement, we approached the lane check in where we were assisted by a man who we thought to be the twin of another employee. I made the mistake of asking if they were twins. He was either having a bad day or we were the wrong people to ask that question because he immediately went into a verbally aggressive tirade which reset my previously decreasing anxiety. Needless to say, we left and I was in tears quietly convincing my husband to avoid escalation.I didn’t give them 1 star because the rest of the staff was amazing and I think I would’ve had a great experience if it weren’t for that man at the end of the counter. The owner might want to consider allowing him to work in the back. He’s definitely got some issues that should be addressed if he’s gonna continue working with the public.

The staff member working the counter was very rude and condescending. Otherwise it was a gun range. A little outdated and lacking in supervision but you can fire a weapon there. Id come back even with the outdated range because it doesnt really matter too much to me but the staff member today was shockingly rude and Im going to probably go somewhere else in the future.

This story happened 8 months ago but didnt show, likely due to using v10l3nt language.This store has a variety of firearms and two ranges. I arrived with multiple firearms, properly packaged and made safe, intending to shoot the assortment; however, I was not aware of the different types of ranges at this location.There was an old, hunchback man, perhaps the owner, made bold likely from being a gun shop owner, frustratingly explained that I am not to shoot pistols at the rifle range, and to go towards the big sign that said GL0CK. Fair enough, he pointed me towards the other range, and I asked before moving, Can I sh0ot all my firearms in the other range? He replied, You betcha. Great, I thought. Note that I had told him about the types / calibers of every firearm I had brought with me when I was near the first range.As I made my way over to the other range, he then said that I couldnt practice with my rifle or shotgun and frustratingly said, verbatim, if you sh0ot a rifle in that range, I will sh0ot you. (Have to use numbers to actually get the review to appear)Let me repeat that last part, [...] I will sho0t you.Then he wanted to take my range-inappropriate firearms if I were to go in and utilize my pistols. This makes sense, as he clearly wants to ensure that no firearms of the wrong caliber are utilized at the wrong range. Beyond this interaction, this man was relatively courteous.I like to pick my words carefully, particularly in an environment where safety and precaution are paramount, and where (safe) beginners are likely going to come in to develop their experience with firearms. His choice of words did not reflect such an environment. I spent over $1500 at this shop prior to this incident, and I will not be returning.

Been coming here for about a year. Stopped in to look at a 1937 model 94 Winchester a year ago and was pleased with the service and purchased the carbine. Competitive prices on fire arms and range time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff.. As good or better than any other fire arms range/retailer. The 50yard rifle range is nice and hard to find at many other locations.

My partner and I are both relitivly new to guns. I have gone to 3 other gun shops and the staff talked down to me and were super rude that I didnt alredy know a tun about guns. The staff at Double Action were super helpful and did not talk down to us at all. We had a lot of fun getting to try diffrent guns on the range. Would recomend.

Dont get the groupon for 2 people its a rip off. You get one gun between two people and one box of rounds. Supposed to be an hour on the range, it takes around 20-30 mins. They wont let you buy another box of rounds so youve wasted 30 min. Some of the staff are rude and think they are dirty Harry. Customer service is terrible unless your buying a gun. Oh and btw I can reply to your reply below, but your wrong, it states on groupon 1 gun and 1 box of ammo. It doesnt say between two people. So read the groupon before commenting.

Went here with my girlfriend who is new to guns and is trying to get more familiar with hers because she got a CPL. We go to the range and she has her pistol unloaded in her purse because she hasnt bought a holster or case. The guy behind the counter asks what were shooting and she was under the impression they wanted to inspect the gun so she lifts it halfway out of her purse to show him. We both immediately told her to put it away and he gave her some stern words about it, which was fine. She was wrong and apologized up and down out of embarrassment. Everything was fine until he goes to ring us up for our range time and asks us to buy a box of ammo for his trouble. I politely refused because we had our own until he says well your girlfriend did just assault me, do you want me to call the cops? I am a police officer. He was not assaulted. He then refused to ring us up until we bought the ammo. Never coming back. The redhead behind the counter just lost you two customers.

This place isnt huge, Or Flashy with a massive inventory like other stores. What they do have are passionate and knowledgable gun owners.The customer services is amazing. Sure theres that random employee that seems so-so. But almost every I meet will smile and have a conversation. They will be very honest with you also. If you seem inexperience they will strongly recommend lessons if it is your first purchase. They want you to be safe and responsible owner will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase, know how to disassemble, and know to properly handle it.On my first purchased from them, I was offered a walkthrough on how to disassemple, and what each tool is for in the box, they went into nuances of the brand I had and warned me of some features that be a challenge in the beginning. Since I owned a pistol before a majority I didnt need a lesson on but the questions I did have they were happy to spend the extra time to make sure I am happy and knowledgable on how to manage and handle this brand. The will spend what time is necessary that makes you 100% certain about your purchase. If you are unsure they are happy tell you to do research and find what you want. They never rush you to make a purchase.They also gave me a 6 month range member ship and gave me 1 free range hour to use the new purchase.Thank you for making me glad in choosing you over the other rude gun shops.

Ive been to DA many times over the years. Not much has changed. The place is outdated, as are most of the employees. If you want an old-school gun shop/range where the owners and employees talk down to you, and daily attitudes toward customers range from indifference to total disrespect....this is the place for you. Me, Ill go elsewhere and get better facilities and customer service.

Owners son is very enthusiastic and friendly. Other staff is friendly as well. They won’t mind showing you the price tags. Good (sometimes great) selection but a bit pricey for me. Nice range and nice simulator. They’d get 5 stars if the shop was updated and not so pricey on arms.

Went into this shop expecting it to be like most others where they care more about making a profit than genuinely helping the customer. John and Al helped me out, they both provided excellent customer service. With their help I was able to trade in my barely used gun (that another store sold me), try out a couple of their rentals, and purchase something that I was comfortable with. They showed me everything I needed to know about the gun before leaving their facility, and everything was priced fairly. I definitely plan on returning, and would highly recommend checking this place out if youre looking for a firearm, wanting to go to a shooting range, or need to take a self-defense class.

Went in today with a Large Group to practice on the Gun Range. The Owner WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO US-! HE DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR US RECEIVING THE WRONG INFORMATION FROM 1 OF HIS EMPLOYEES ON LAST THURSDAY WHO TOLD US AS LONG AS WE MADE IT TO THE RANGE BY 3 PM WE WOULD BE ABLE TO PRACTICE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS A -10. MY INSTRUCTOR COMES HERE OFTEN. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! WE WERE NOT WELCOMED AT ALL TO THIS OWNERS BUSINESS!! HE MADE THAT VERY CLEAR!!! OLD & MEAN SMH!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

This was our first time firing a gun and the experience was totally worth it. They have very good guns to rent and a well equipped shooting range. We used a Groupon code and the gentleman was kind enough to accommodate more then 2 people for the coupon ( originally intended for 2 people). The training was quick and precise and will prepare you for the first shooting experience. I totally recommend this place to first timers.

First time to this range due to convenience and I must say I will not be returning. No license check or waiver prior to shooting where rules are typically read and signed. I was never given a warning for double tapping but was kicked out immediately by the discretion of the owner. I will not be returning and will not refer any others to this range. If you are a beginner to shooting then this range might be for you. However, if you actually are trying to train or practice a skill set stay away.

I was pretty happy with my first visit to this range. Service was good, and I was in and out of the range in fairly quick fashion. Store has a good selection of items, range fee was reasonable, and the range itself was clean and safe.I would rate this as one of the better ranges in the area. As far as retail presence and product inventory I would say decent. I am more of a range user than a regular retail shopper.

Ive been visiting Double Action for years and always had a great experience. Just on great example was related to a scope I purchased. I was having a challenging time getting it properly sighted in. I mentioned it to them while in for an unrelated purchase and they told me to bring it in with the rifle.They took the rifle and scope out on the range and even brought out a box of ammo. After working with me for 30 minutes the rifle was dead on.

I went in today to get the sites mounted back on a 45 of mine - called first and was told they have a gunsmith there all day so i popped in. Smith was super busy with calls and other work in back but still took a look at what I had and stopped what he was doing to help me out. Mounted my sites and assembled my upper slide complete- when I asked how much he said call it 20- I was more than happy to give 25 for him taking care of it right away- great selection of guns also if you’re in the market for a new piece! Thanks for the help, I’ll keep coming back!

Only 50 yard indoor range around. I know this place has seen some poor reviews for.. lets just say ..grouchy customer service reps behind the counter. But I think they have corrected that problem ..so there ya go.

All the guys here are very knowledgeable about their weapons, and will help you even if youre unsure or just looking. They dont pressure you to purchase and let you take your time. That range is great and the rules are strictly enforced. Great place for an experienced shooter or first timer.

Al and his sons are really great guys. I came in here after numerous visits to others in the metro Detroit area. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and didnt try to rip me off like all the other places I went to, and they took their time answering all of my questions.In the several times that Ive since gone in, I never felt rushed, looked down on, or mislead by our conversations. Theyve earned my business and loyalty by being knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.

No rapid fire! Why bother? There are plenty of other ranges that allow it. This has to be the dirtiest place Ive ever seen! The staff could use a little politeness training, but why bother? Guns should be fun to shoot for a hobbyist like me. Theres no fun at this place. Maybe its only a place for serious gun owners! Good Luck....Note: gun owners should always take safety seriously and I was not implying recklessness with a firearm.

One of the best ranges I have ever been too. Great staff, clean area, huge selection. I really liked the distance for an indoor range. I had trouble with my AR15, and the staff fixed my trigger not resetting for no charge, I literally had no idea as it was new. Will definitely visit again.

Don’t bother with this place. We had to deal with “Ken” in shipping......saying he’s worthless is being very kind. They sat on a firearm for over 2.5 weeks ....since they only ship 2 days a week. What business only ships 2 days a week. To top it all off they didn’t even get the transfer paperwork right.....the Serial number of the gun doesn’t match the paperwork.....good job guys. One job to do.....couldn’t even get that right. If you have 1 person “dedicated” to only shipping stuff....you would THINK that they would be good at their job.....sorry guys.....not the case.

I wouldnt recommend that place.I would recommend CLOSE QUARTERS in Shelby township, they are more friendly and respectful, they only charge $10 an hour no matter what ammo youre using, Close Quarters also allows rapid fire within 15 feet or less and you can use self defense Ammunition if you want to test your firearm performance, also the shooting distance can be accurately measured by the automatic machine plus they are friendly and respectful.Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit to see for yourself!

Typically the employees are quite nice. This place is affordable, convenient, and a good time. I wish theyd paint lines on the ground on the ranges for distance. Selection to rent isnt very robust so trying a gun there can have hurdles. They let you bring your own ammo so you can save some bucks that way 4/5.

I have used this store for years and have always gotten great service from the owner and his employees. Products are great and they order if they do not have something you want in stock. The ranges are great. Gets busy because so many people are happy with this gun store.

These guys REALLY know what they’re doing. Expert advice, expert training, expert gunsmithing, excellent pistol and rifle range, large product selection. They tend to carry mostly the good stuff. Especially if you are new to firearms, this is THE place to start if you’re in SE MI.

I went here for a guys night with a bunch of co-workers. We had a great time. The range was clean and well ventilated. The prices were reasonable. The staff was super knowledgable and down to earth. They also have an impressive stock on guns and accessories. The gun prices were reasonable as well! I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a blast and I will be returning.

Went for range time to practice with my handgun. I hadn’t been to the range before so I was unsure of the policy. My gun was unloaded with nothing in it and the guy asked what type of gun I was bringing in. I went to pull the gun out of my purse to show him (I thought we had to prove our firearm) and the guy started scolding me and telling me it was his “teaching moment” I profusely apologized and was very sincere on the verge of tears. He kept going for about 5 minutes yelling at me. I understood why he was upset and knew I was in the wrong. That was until he decided to threaten me for assault and forced my boyfriend and I to buy a box of ammo because “it was the least we could do” and we said no three times. He forced us into it and charged us $18 for a bottom of the barrel box of ammo that would normally cost $8-$10. Hope threatening someone for a $18 box of ammo was worth losing 2 lifetime customers and every person we know in the area.

A great place to practice our gun skills and shooting styles... there is no other place like this place. i love the way the staff treats you... you wont feel intimidated and there is no pressure in renting guns and rifles if you want to experience shooting one. you just have to practice safe gun/rifle/pistol handling all the time

Ive been a lifetime member here since 2010. The staff is very knowledgeable. The prices are slightly high but I dont mind supporting a local business . Ive recommended several people to the business and will continue to do so in the future.

I will never shop here. Simply calling to ask a few questions about purchasing a new firearm and couldn’t believe the rude and disrespectful person working there. All I asked was if they price matched(like many places do) he said they don’t. I replied just wondering because they are about $35 more then other places, and the guy states “well whatever dude”, “we had ten last week and now we are down to one so whatever they are selling.” Ok guy...keep up the good work. I never do reviews either so that might say something too.

Adequate facility, expensive range time versus comparable or nicer facilities in the area. Limited hours (closes much too early on weekends). Unsupervised ranges are worry some, if you are unlucky enough to share the range with dangerous beginners. Most of the staff is considerate & helpful.

Poor customer service. Rude and arrogant behavior. They prioritize you based on where you from.

I walked in today looking for a 380 .. fyi never shot a gun never held a gun!! He found the best gun for me showed me how to use it !!! Just one of the greatest experiences I have had ..also I am a female and not only that I am a lefty.. also I did not buy a gun but 100% I will be returning to get that gun!!! Such a amazing place

Great place to go shooting! Very professional when it comes to providing safety instruction and explaining rules. When I was there, a man drew his gun in order to have it looked at. He didnt seem to understand what he did was wrong, but its no excuse since this store has safety rules posted everywhere. The staff put the man in his place, and explained you never draw a gun in a gun store unless you plan to get shot. It sounded harsh, but it was a very serious matter. One of the staff members apologized for the yelling and language, but I felt it was necessary and justified for the situation. I actually felt safer after that, knowing that the staff takes the safety rules so seriously.

First time going and had a really great experience. The staff was really helpful and made me feel alot more confident about handling a firearm for the first time. Will definitely go back.

I will not be going here again. The employees are extremely rude. I was there today and I paid for an hour. After 30 minutes they insisted I had been there for 1.5 hours and told me I had to leave. Today is the first day of daylight savings, so I suggested that may be where the mix up was and they said even if they put the wrong time down I still had to leave. The employee told me he had seen me there for 1.5 hours which was a flat out lie. I have never experienced such poor customer service and I will be driving further to go somewhere better from now on.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I’m here from Florida visiting my family. My dad takes me and my wife to this range expecting to shoot some of guns. Now we bring multiple guns, we don’t just bring one or two. Their range rules require that you keep all guns up at the range... really stupid if you tell that to someone who has 5 guns. So I’m suppose to stock pile my guns at the range table? Me and my wife are both active duty military, we have years of experience with handling weapons properly. So this ass hat yells at us to get out because I transferred my AR to my gun case. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this range. I don’t argue with idiots and so called tough guys. I’m done with that. I’ll just stick to my florida ranges that at least give you warnings when they want you to do something a certain way. At least they let you put your guns back in the case when you’re done using them.Another thing is they don’t teach people who tell them it’s their first time. They’re was foreigners who never shot before shooting a AR. Whenever they stepped one inch out side the booth they came out with two guys yelling at them like they were 2 years old acting like they didn’t understand English.Good luck with your business.

My wife and I went there to purchase my first handgun on what was probably one of busiest days I have ever seen there. Once I made my choice the young gentleman (wish I had asked his name) showed me the basic functions and how to field strip it etc. While doing the paper work he got called to fix a issue in one of the ranges. Another gentleman (again didnt ask his name) stepped up and helped to finish the sale, despite having printer issues. He repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience. Hey, stuff happens. He also took the time to go over firearm with me. Weve been going there for about 6 years, but only rented. The staff has always been courteous and knowledgeable to any questions I had. Thank you for the great service.

It was a very good experience specially meeting shery she was amazing and very patient.. she gave us the customer service that could make any client come back ..thank you very much to that cool lady

It’s alright.

Drove all the way from Canada, wasnt told I couldnt rent as a single party even though I called to get all the info I needed to shoot and they were aware I was coming on my own and needed to rent. 2 hours of driving, currency exchange and having to cross the border for nothing. Staff should know their own policies and should inform people before they arrive. Staff were nice however and apologetic but still not impressed.

Staff is very friendly and approachable. None of the black ops attitude you get at other places.Knowledgeable and patience. Great selection, nice range for shooting and competitive prices.

Bought a IO AK 47 from them. A Staff, member who was in the reserves was very helpful and was quick to see us standing around and asked us if we needed anything. After going through the necessary legal work and payment, the man who was helping us showed us how to disassemble the AK. Definitely coming back!

Guns are overpriced better off buying online and you dont need to deal with rude and useless people of this establishment.
