Came in to pick up prescriptions. Becky the pharmacist was not helpful at all as I was trying to use a good rx coupon for the first time. She had a bad attitude, not offering to help at all. Don’t waste your time here..
The worst pharmacy i have been in my life. The workers are rude, they dont care about your questions, they dont even look to you.
Awful place. Managers here are nasty, and the bottle return policy is stupid. They dont accept returnables that are gross, yet i know for a fact they dont touch any of them with their hands, and every bottle and can has had a mouth on it anyway. Hilariously poor management. Never coming to a Meijer again, support local.
This really is a terrible pharmacy. I relocated recently, and the Shelby Township meijer has an amazing pharmacy. This one here has terrible service (unbelievably) and feels like a run down K-Mart pharmacy in the 80s. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Rx was written for standing refills since it was an antibiotic for an ailing dog who could die tomorrow or in a month or two. Went to refill online and they stated no refills were available. Waited on hold for over 20 min with no answer. Will show physically in store to show them where the rx shows no limit on refills. Frustrating to say the least.
Tech guy was in such a hurry when I was picking up my Rx. I explicitly told him I wanted to enter my M perks. He goes okay. 10 seconds later checks out the Rx (it has no charge) and prints the receipt. I go.. you didn’t have me enter my m perks. He says “oh I forgot, you can enter it manually on the app”... Now it won’t enter manually and had to call it in and they are escalating it to higher ups cause it won’t work.
Absolutely worst pharmacy customer service anywhere. Extremely rude!
Its incredibly convenient that I can pick up my prescriptions on my grocery shopping trip. The staff are friendly, helpful, and answer my questions. My prescriptions are always ready on time.

I call the pharmacy at 13 mile b/w John R and Dequindre and whomever answered tonight was really fast to put me on hold, didn’t give me a chance to respond. Then I wait for over 15 mins and still nothing. WTH is wrong with this place! The one on 12 mile and mound is slower than molasses in the winter also. Time to make a pharmacy switch!
The worst pharmacy experience I had they have very bad attitude and very bad people working there they had my prescription by mistake and when I called to cancel it she was very rude and she close the phone before even I finish with her the worst worst Pharmacy ever
The store is generally okay, but the pharmacy here is awful. I have had many prescriptions go unfilled or only partially filled because they didnt have enough of the medicine on stock, and more recently, I had someone who wasnt me refill a sleep medication I had a prescription for (the pharmacist accused me of trying to purchase a prescription I had already refilled). Not only that, but the prescription was a class 4 controlled medicine which must be refilled only after 30 days from the date of the prescription, so whoever bought my sleep meds also bought them 4 days before they were legally supposed to be prescribed!
I was there today 3-19-18 around 230pm. I have had chronic pancreatitis and have had it for the last five years. It is a terrible condition and I struggle everyday. Long story short is they discriminate against ppl getting pain medicine. I filled there in January and I live in ohio but work in Michigan. Having this condition and the stress of supporting my family is overwhelming. If my fill date falls on a week day I am in a huge need to be able to fill at this location while today I was told I dont look like I need this medicine and it is her decision to fill or not. I am sooooo very tired of the treatment of these pharmacist! If they feel the need to treat sick ppl like this and discriminate I believe they are definitely in the wrong profession! I am so disgusted!
Been using this pharmacy for 2-3 years. Really upset with the recent situation I encountered. Went to get my scripts after my apt at urgent care. They wouldnt be ready for half hour. Understandable. Unfortunatley I couldnt wait I had to go to work 3pm to 10pm. Had to suffer all day at work with God awful lady symptoms. Went to go get the scripts the next day thinking okay well its been a day and a half.... they are out of stock and never ordered my medication and its going to be another day. Okay sir have you ever had a bladder infection and yeast infection at the same time!? Its horrible!! I cant wait that long. Why wasnt it ordered the other day when I originally came in? Got the over the counter meds and it literally burned my area. Now I have to go back to urgent care for that!! Will not be back. New pharmacy this time.
On two previous occasions in the last six months ive waited over TWENTY MINUTES in the drive thru just to pick up a script that was already filled. Tonight I drove away after waiting 12 minutes having never been acknowledged! They somehow put me on an auto refill that has messed up the timing and twice the rude pharmacists told me it wasnt on auto fill. It clearly is according the app and the fact i never ask to get it filled. App has no way to cancel auto fill. Now my two scripts get filled at different times! When these run out next month, YOURE FIRED MEIJER!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!! Find someplace else!!!!!!!Holy cow! I had to go back tonight to get my script. I ended up getting yelled at by the pharmacist and the employee who ignored me last night.UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!
Worst pharmacey in the area as far as customer service and speed on which your prescription is filled. Just a bunch of idiots here spinning their wheels and going no where. Stay out of the drive thru lane that is even worst.
CAUTION!!! Every month they make billing mistakes and try to charge me for prescriptions that are covered by insurance. Even if it is a refill that I didnt pay for the previous month!!! Then get a very rude attitude if you ask them to re-bill your insurance. Now mysteriously, the second time, my script is covered. Switching to another pharmacy.

Very careless attitude from Liz almost every time I come to get my prescription filled she has complained about me being there too late or she wants to go in lunch very unhappy attitude, not very pleasant person to talk to or ask for help.
