Weve had a great experience at this location. The service department started by being respectful and listening well to a problem we were having with the taillights. They took time to correctly diagnose it and saved us hundreds in repair costs over the quotes we had received from other shops. While there, the service department noted an outstanding recall item. They followed that through to completion, faithfully communicating with us throughout the process. We also then had a faulty door lock repaired. The service dept did their research and were able to have this pricey service covered under an extended warranty. I couldnt be more thrilled. 10/10. I took my car in on Friday at 730am to have my brakes checked. I was hearing a weird noise. About 8 am ( I think his name was Rob ) came out to tell me that they found nothing wrong. I asked him did they drive the car and if not could they test drive it. He came back and said the car was driven and the noise is from a warped rear rotor. I agreed to buy rear rotors. He also stated that I needed a brake flush kit and a fuel air kit. I got the brake flush. About 230pm someone left a voicemail for me to call them. I called back and was told tthat I desperately needed wheel bearings 682.00 and also front brakes and rotors. At that point I felt deceived because my front brakes and rotors had just been replaced in September . I refused any other service and I went to get my car 506.00 You want to trust your mechanic but if the cant trust the dealerships service department, then who can you trust? And also those wheel bearings that I desperately needed were NEVER mentioned on my service receipt under recommended service.

Recently I bought a 2022 Kia Stinger from here and it was one of the best experiences Ive had purchasing a car. The associates, there were 2 who helped me, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They didnt try rush me through the paperwork, allowing me figure out the numbers that worked best for me with no pressure. I wouldnt say They sold me the car, because I already knew what I wanted, but they definitely sold me on the experience of buying a car from their Kia dealership.

Came in earlier this week for an oil change. Customer service was good, the employee who helped me was nice. Service end was horrible. Got my tires rotated and came home to find small scratches by each lug nut. My car is also leaking oil now. I have a 2020 lease and now I’m concerned these scratches they caused will fall on me when I turn my car in. Not impressed

I was 75% convinced that we would end up settling for the cheaper vehicle. Not only did Steve get us into the better model, he did it for less than I was expecting to pay. I called early in the morning with desperate need of an oil change and to have my tire pressure monitoring system evaluated. Rob was able to get me in the same afternoon which was impressive. My appointment was quick, roughly 1.5hrs and they resolved the issue with my tire pressure monitoring system. I am beyond thankful for rob and his team and will be coming back to this dealership for all of my future car needs.
