From the time I brought my car for service till pick up, the customer care exceeded my expectations. The short video clip I received from Audi explained how the work was completed. This is pretty cool. This is the first time I own an Audi. Im pleased. Ill not hesitate to recommend buying or servicing at this Zimbrick Audi of Madison.
Often times dealers get really bad reputations from people who like to work on their own cars. I like to do a lot of my own little maintenance from oil changes to brakes. I recently had my Audi in for an alignment to be serviced at Zimbrick Audi. Every time I take it in I am greeted with a smile and honest information about my car. I normally come in knowing what the problem is I need addressed but they are courteous enough to do an inspection and let me know if there is anything else that needs attention. They even include pictures of anything they see wrong. They are very genuine about it, and not just trying to rip you off. Yes, their prices are a little bit more than smaller shops but these guys know what they are doing and are great at it. They even wash and clean the interior of the car when they are done. I would definitely recommend them for any Audi services you need.
Incredibly hard to work with. If you are able to buy somewhere else, dont contact them. Made an appointment to test drive a car and when I arrived it was not available to drive.
Zimbrick Audi is incredible! Great service, detailed work and attention to my inputs, great loaner car. Will, the service consultant, was polite, efficient and helpful. I’m very satisfied with my visit to Zimbrick, considering the long drive I have - they really made it easy. Plus - my car runs great!
I always have some kind of problem at this place. When I was going through the purchasing process a few years ago, they didnt have the exact model I wanted in their store but said they were willing to ship it in from a dealership across the state so I could look at it. I would just require an intent to purchase and would have to pay a small sum of money to do that. If I were to buy the car then that money would just go toward the purchase, and if if not then that money would be refunded. Fair enough. But during negotiations I made my offer, they countered, and when I mentioned that I had hoped for a better deal the salesman acted all put out and tried to guilt me into buying by saying that they had already jumped through hoops to get the car shipped in, and that if I backed out I would not be a man of my word. Now of course that was a pretty transparent sales tactic, but its the kind of thing Id expect from a shady used car dealership, not Audi.Once purchased my car, the seat memory wasnt working properly and I brought it in to have their technologist look at it. He couldnt figure it out and though it should have been something under warranty it seemed like they wrote it off as nothing they could do about it.Shortly thereafter, I got a coupon in my email that could be applied to service, parts, or accessories. So I scheduled and completed a window tinting, and only after the fact did they let me know that the coupon was invalid for that particular service -- and it was because of the department that did the work, not the nature of the work itself. Basically they tried to get off on a technicality due to their business structure, which no customer should be expected to understand. To their credit, I raised this concern and after writing a negative review they did refund me the coupon amount +5%.Most recently, I purchased an aftermarket grille and scheduled service with them to install it. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the European license plate frame which was included with the materials had been installed as well. Now I hadnt realized the frame was included with the parts and didnt warn the technicians not to install it, so maybe this problem is on me. But I dont know why anyone with a car in Wisconsin would want a frame installed that doesnt fit a US plate. If I were the technician performing this job I would have at least called the customer to confirm. They called me multiple times before the work was done to give updates so its not like they didnt have my number. In the end, the customer service guy wouldnt let me talk to the technician to ask any follow-up questions that could help determine whether I could reasonably attempt to remove the frame myself. Now as it stands, I have to decide whether to pay them an extra full hour of labor just to determine whether that frame can be removed without removing the entire grille. If it does, they have to perform the whole operation again, doubling the cost of the work.So 2/5 stars for me. The things theyve done well have effectively met expectations Id have for any dealership. The problems Ive had were either not resolved or were avoidable in the first place. I do expect better from a top class manufacturer like Audi, and probably wouldnt recommend this dealership to friends.
Buying My Vehicle was the most painless, pleasant experience I have ever experienced in purchasing an Auto!Reliable, polite, prompt service andMost unusual, months after the purchase They were available to answer any ensuing Questions!
I had an excellent experience with Dave K. and the entire team at the dealership. I was treated with a huge amount of respect (but not groveling), and the order process for my 2021 RS6 was as seamless as it could be. Dave hooked me up with someone in service to order some winter wheels and tires since Id be taking delivery in February, and that went really smoothly too. Id highly recommend Audi Madison. The cars are second to none and the service I experienced was excellent.
My wife and I were searching for an S3/RS3 for a few months. My previous neighbor happens to work for VW Credit and suggested we expand our search out of state. Let me say we are so happy we did and everything happened for a reason. Our Salesperson, Ryan McCrumb, was awesome. The entire Team was great to work with! Erin Mach was very helpful with our paperwork and explained how she would handle registration & taxes, since we resided outside of WI. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, quick to get us information, and answer questions. Ive owned one too many cars over the years and I must say this has set the bar moving forward. Well done TEAM! Stay safe and we appreciate all your work!
I didn’t have a great experience. The service consultant was uneducated and didn’t seem to have an understanding of automotive services. I raised this to the manager level and he helped by having me return for another visit and actually talk with the mechanic. Honestly, I will not return. As a note, a friend of mine had a very, very bad experience with zimbrick auto body too.
Shelbi S. was excellent, she was very personable and explained everything in great detail about the service on my S7. In previous interactions at the dealership I have not felt great customer attention or service. This would be a 5 star rating, however, the tech rated all 4 of my tires at 2/32 or below. I took my vehicle to a local tire store for new tires and they rated all my tires between 6/32 to 8/32. This seems like it should be pretty standardized.Otherwise, great service and will return in the future.
Dave Kummer was beyond helpful and generous throughout my first Audi purchase. He made multiple trips outside during a cold, winter day, to bring up cars for me to test drive and made the financing part of things stress free. I never felt pressured or talked down to, like previous car buying experiences as a woman, and was appreciative of his insight and time spent with me during the process.Sam was patient and knowledgeable when teaching me how to use everything in my new car.
Extremely professional and attentive staff. I’ve been going here since I bought an Audi and it’s the best car dealership I’ve worked with in my life. They are great about working to get you in and out quickly with all of your questions answered.
Manger looked me in the eyes and guaranteed me a loaner vehicle if anything happened to my 2021 lease, even said they would drop a vehicle off for us and everything. Someone backed into it and its in the shop for atleast 2-3 weeks and they REFUSE to give a loaner or courtesy vehicle claiming theres no lt enough mechanical damage for them to loan me a vehicle. Just seems like sloppy management. If you dont needanything from then its fine but God forvid you ever need something from them id go elsewhere for a vehicle.
Called the dealer to get a key fob programmed $174 per key not cool
Service (Will) has been outstanding to work with. Very punctual, communicative, and honest. A truly professional organization. Please keep up the good work in these difficult times of 2020 - it is greatly appreciated.
Highly recommended. Dave made the process go very smooth and is a great guy. I would definitely buy from them again.
Awesome experience, and customer service with Will Wentze at Zimbrick. Im in Madison on business for awhile longer, but If Im needing any work done on my Q7 this is where Im taking my vehicle. Thank you for making it painless!
I was kind of surprised that an Audi Inspection is $130, terrific service/professional staff /answered my questions timely - yet I chose not to purchase used Audi (from elsewhere) due to steep Inspection price quoted. I own a late model Acura, and can get tires rotated / oil change / inspection for less than $100 at Acura dealer -
Great service and great personal attention. would recommend.
Zimbrick European/Audi is quite amazing. They serviced a previous Audi A8-L I owned and after an experience with BMW 535 Xi Im back in the Audi fold with a 20106 RS7 Quattro. Couldnt ne happier.
As always, my service experience at Zimbrick Audi was excellent!
The best customer service Ive ever experienced. Cannot wait to buy with them again!
I found the perfect car, (I purchased a used Mercedes Benz on the Audi Lot) and I had the best sales person, Ryan McCrumb. I was referred by Patrick Muranyi/Mercedes Benz Sales Manager. Professional and Complete Customer Satisfaction is my Review of Zimbrick European. I received undivided attention to any and all my needs and requests during the purchase process from start to finish. All involved including Julie/finance, Debbie/service, Jody Nelson/service and Patrick/sales manager at the Mercedes Benz dealership were exceptionally receptive and made sure I was treated special. Tony LaBerge/Audi Sales Manager, went beyond expectations to take care of every detail making sure I was completely satisfied. Tony provided me with all the necessary information regarding the car history to put my mind at ease that the vehicle met quality and standards expected from Zimbrick European. My vehicle was ready and waiting for me in the show room upon completion of the sale and pick up of my vehicle, in perfect condition. Receiving a box of chocolates as an appreciation and thank you for my business was the very best final touch from Ryan. With Gratitude, I now have a wonderful vehicle to enjoy the best driving experience, with a purchasing experience that is top notch 100%. Thank you to all........Molly Q.
With nearly 100,000 miles on my Audi A6, everything works just like it did the day I got it. Zimbrick Service has kept me on the road with reasonably priced routine maintenance. The ease of scheduling, the excellent communication, the facility...the entire service experience has been top-notch.
I recently bought a car May 2020 from out of state and had a great experience. The sales and financial teams are both excellent. Would do business again with dealership.
Highly recommend. Great prices, easy negotiation with no hustle or pressure. Took care of us and our selected vehicle from start to finish. Our salesperson was Dave Ness and he was very great to work with.
Knowledgeable staff, quality products, quality service!
Was traveling and experienced an oil leak onmy s5. Called first thing Monday morning. I did have the issue diagnosed myself. But no tools or jack. Will the service agent got me on schedule and in on time and out the door in under 2 hours from the time I arrived. Kent the service technician allowed me into the service bay to confirm my diagnosis. Overall as good as an experience as one could have after having car problems while traveling. Thanks again gentlemen n would highly recommend to anyone in the Madison area
Dont do it. This place is a Tire Scam. We got new tires less than 6 months ago. Got a nail in 1 tire, that they wont repair. They recommended we get all new tires because of wear! We have been in quarantine for 6 months. No More Zimbrick for us. And to think I was about to get a new AMG from them. Whew! Close call.
Good service and very customer friendly. Everyone there is wearing a mask. Cleaning agents in all locations. Fit me in their repair schedule with little lead time.
Took great care of us. Everyone in the service department was awesome. Thanks again!
We had a really great experience at Zimbrick Audi. Very much a service oriented rather than sales approach to their customers. Super professional and friendly staff and we could not be happier with our new Audi.
The best service I have ever received. Thank you Will and Audi dealer for your superior customer service! This was my second visit and I dont plan to go anywhere else in future :)
Quality experience and service, our salesman was cordial and relatable along with the excellent service of the repair crew. Will definitely be back.
Stephen made our purchase process painless and helped me get an excellent vehicle for a fair price. Will be shopping with him when it’s time to replace this one.
We will never buy a car there. We drove in from Sparta. (2 hours each way). We arrived at 3:30 and were aware they closed at 4:00 but we had called before we left Sparta so the dealership was aware. Anyway really liked the car asked if I could test drive it again. The employee states oh no we close I would have to get special permission for that. Wait what? Guess I will take my already approved loan of $52,000 somewhere else!
I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership. It was my first time buying a car and my salesperson, Dave Ness, helped me through the entire process. Any questions I had I was given a prompt response. I drove two hours to pick up the car that I purchased practically sight unseen. When I got there I was able to test the car and the financing office got me in and out within 15 minutes. Dave took me through the features of my new car and I was good to go! I was there for less than an hour in total. He followed up a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was going well and today I received a box of chocolates from them that contained a little thank you note! Above and beyond for customer service. I thought that was a really lovely surprise. Thanks to Dave Ness and Zimbrick Audi for making purchasing my first car such a great experience! 😀
Very pleased with our experience at Zimbrick Audi Service Center. My Audi was in need of a routine oil change and a diagnostic check. They took care of everything in a timely fashion, their prices were more than reasonable and they provided us with a rental vehicle for the duration of our cars stay in-shop. I highly recommend Zimbrick Audi Service.
Let me set the background – I moved to Madison in 2017 and I have taken my car in at least 3 times prior to my most recent appointment. The first appointment was an oil change and the second was for a headlight replacement. I had the same service advisor during both visits – and he was condescending and unfriendly during our brief discussions. After my second time, I actually decided to start taking it to Audi North Shore in Milwaukee (over 60 miles away). Then, this past spring, I needed an oil change badly and I decided to try Zimbrick Audi again. Service (with a different service advisor) was better, but still average. I waited around during the oil change and it took about 2 hours. Nothing special. Now as for my most recent encounter: I was taking a road trip for work and my Q5 started hesitating during acceleration and I had to fill up the oil after only 1200 miles of driving. I was alarmed and called Zimbrick Audi to get my car in ASAP once I returned. I was greeted by service advisor David who took my car and got me a loan car (super nice, new Q5 – no complaints there). Then, they proceeded to do an MPI and run diagnostics. I took my car in on Monday, and David called me every day to provide updates. He explained everything in a knowledgeable, respectful, and non-condescending way. He was friendly, personable, and professional. I really appreciated the fact that they took a couple days to thoroughly assess the problem before trying to sell solutions. David was fully transparent about the cost, benefits, and disadvantages of moving forward with each option. Throughout the week, I was starting to think that my initial impression of Zimbrick Audi was wrong!Come Friday, my car was ready. I pulled up into the service drive with the loan car. A service advisor was standing there – I said hi first. Then there was a pause – still nothing from the service advisor. No “Hi, welcome. How can I help you today?”. I said I was there to get my car and drop off the loan car. She took me to the cashier, where I paid. Thanked me half-heartedly. Then she asked if I had seen my car on the way in, which I said I hadn’t. She said she would walk me out to my car… so we walked out and she pointed at a black Q5 (not my car) and said “look familiar?”. She has been my service advisor previously. I mean, how hard is it to ask me again – “what color is your Q5?” Or to check a computer to see what color my car is? It was unprofessional behavior. Then, I get in my Q5 and my gas tank is on E. My range is 10 miles (picture included). What a joke. When I pay over $500 dollars for a service, is it acceptable to not inform me that they used a lot of gas? What if I had a tight schedule and didn’t have time to stop for gas on my way to work/home/etc? Not that I am expecting Audi to pay for it, but they absolutely should have let me know that because they drove it around 60 miles to assess the engine misfiring, the gas tank is almost entirely empty. Is it really that hard? There is no excuse, especially for a high-end dealership.Bottom line is: Zimbrick Audi has terrible service. David is the exception, and the dealership is lucky to have him. When you consider the expense of the cars and the service, there is no excuse to not have at least average customer service. It is unacceptable to not be greeted when you walk-in. I have experienced WAY more professional customer service at Firestone and other dealerships. Disappointing.
Worked with Stephen W as sales person. Overall the experience was pretty good. He was not the most informative salesperson I had worked with, I knew more about the vehicle than he did. Also he was not the best at communication- there were various things he said he would follow up on and get back to me about which he did not. I had to call multiple times to get the answers and get him to follow up. I think he did not feel much obligation to treat this sale as a normal sale since it was a BMW and Zimbrick Audi is not a certified BMW dealership. This means they have no obligation to any follow up once they make the sale, so dont expect the same treatment as if you were buying a Mercedes or an Audi.
I cannot be more happy about the service from Zimbrick Audi. Staff are extremely considerate, professional and patient. For each service, the center offers loan car or rides to make things easier for me. My Audi could not start one time due to some battery issues and advisor John was super helpful in providing solutions and made sure my car would be safe for me to drive. They checked and replaced with a new battery under warranty without any extra charge!
I have been purchasing luxury vehicles for over 15 years. My recent experience with Zimbrick Audi was definitely superior to all dealerships I previously purchased from. Dave K. made the deal over the phone prior to us driving 3 hours to pick up our certified A4. There were no surprises. The car was as impeccable as Dave described it over the phone. Erin M. prepared the paperwork prior to our arrival making the process quick and easy. She was very thorough explaining the additional Audi care/warranty options with no pressure to purchase. Last but not least, Sam L., the Audi technologist, spent over an hour past closing time to explain to us all of the features and packages on the car and how to operate them. Furthermore, Dave, Sam and Erin all called the next day to be sure we were happy with our purchase and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Zimbrick Audi without reservation. The coffee was great too.
Zimbrick was a great place to work with, Jason Campbell helped me out and did a great job, being 23 i understand that a salesperson at Audi might not look at me with great excitement but he didn’t treat me any different and even was there for me months later for ticky tack things. My new A5 has been great would recommend to anyone looking for your luxury needs!
Recall issue on my A3. The dates were mixed up for the work/getting a loaner. They were amazing and worked everything out so we didnt have to make another trip. They didnt have to do that; very much appreciated.
Wow! We can’t believe the amazing service we received when we drove in frantic on a Saturday on our way to Chicago. A bunch of lights came on our Audi out of the blue. They got us in ASAP, ran diagnostics and fixed us up in under an hour! Thank you and we highly recommend this Audi Service Center!
Always professional and prompt service. May be a little more expensive than other places but the quality of service is totally worth it. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. Always leave with a smile on my face and cleaner car. Would recommend to family and friends. A+++
They went above & beyond when it came to my Audi, & I really appreciated it. If I ever decide to own a German car again, I will surely be going to these guys; what an incredible & helpful team!
Sam L. from Zimbrick Audi helped my mom buy a car that was perfect for her and even went to her house to help program the car to her specifications. He is very polite and made sure all her concerns were addressed.
Fast, friendly and honest. Ask for Dave Kummer!
Outstanding in every aspect, from sales to service! Buying a new car should be fun, not worrisome, and at Zimbrick its a magical experience. Never disappointed. Trustworthy, class act all around! Audi and Zimbrick team loyal for life!
We had an excellent experience with Zimbrick Audi when we leased a 2018 A6 last week. Our salesman, Mike Tolleson, was the absolute best. He accommodated us in every way, was knowledgeable, pleasant and did not pressure us at all. He was extremely helpful and we are completely satisfied.
Purchased a 7 y.o. used Audi last year and the classy staff and accommodations at Zimbrick have convinced me to remain an Audi owner forever. Such a great example of customer service at its best.
We went to test drive a used vehicle. We found the car on the lot and headed in to talk with someone as no one had come out while we were searching through the cars (20-30 minutes). We got in and everyone was on the phone and not one of them looked up to acknowledge us. We walked around the showroom cars, waiting. When I would glance at one of the sales people, they quickly lowered their heads or looked away, obviously having been watching us. We waited for roughly 30 minutes and were never acknowledged. I will never go there again.
Gary Swenson is your guy for all makes on the property if Im not mistaken. Very knowledgeable about what hes selling and hes owned a few (just as him how many) as well.
Very unethical dealership. They cater toward Audis under factory warranty. Took my late model Audi there for an oil change. JUST AN OIL CHANGE. When I arrived to the dealership my car was in perfect working condition. No clunks, smells or inoperable electronics. When I left, my exhaust bracket (in rear of car) was broken and my headlight needed to be replaced. They wanted $2,000 to replace the exhaust and $30 to replace the headlight!!!! Every driveway I go up my exhaust clunks against my car and it did not do that prior to going to Zimbrick. Also, I got home and checked the headlight and it was unplugged!!!This dealership will try to create work by breaking your car! Beware!!!
Had a mostly pleasant experience trading in my wives A5 for a newer S5. The only problem I had was the push for audi finance, I almost walked out because of this. But, since then everything has been great.
I had my blower motor burn out so i drop off my car to fix it. This happed end of last year. They fix my Audi Q7. This summer i went to use my air compressor to float my 4 years swimming pool. What i see is some one at Zimbrick swap my black air compressor with brown and broken air compressor. I am very disappointed. I called them and ask them about it and only thing they told me that we did not do it. Who did it, i am the only one who drive this car and zimbrick was the only place where i drop off my car during this time line.
We have purchased a number of vehicles from Zimbrick European over the years. Every brand as a matter of fact. Audi, Mercedes, Porsche and I cant say enough about the friendly sales staff and service. We drive out of our way to visit Zimbrick when looking for a new or used car. The friendly staff treats you the same no matter what your budget is. We live in Illinois and drive 60 miles for this level of service. Thanks Zimbrick
Dave Kummer was a pleasure to work with when we purchased a vehicle recently from Zimbrick Audi. Dave ensured that we were satisfied with all the details of our purchase and responded to our questions and concerns promptly. Thanks for your help Dave!
Purchasing a vehicle thru Zimbrick was easy, fair and fast. The team really gets customer service! I called and asked questions on the phone and they had immediate answers that were helpful. My trade in value was good and so were their prices. They treated me with respect and they didnt play games. It was totally worth the time to drive down from the Fox Valley area. I came in late on a Friday and they still finished all the paperwork that night for me. If you want a great experience this is where you need to shop.
You wont find better customer service in the car world, than at Zimbrick European. Bert and his team are top notch, the waiting area is relaxing, and they get the job done. See you next time.
Really great experience. Very happy with service.
Exceptional service and care for your Audi regardless of model/year. Theyre always willing to go above your expectations in taking care of you as well be it with their lounge or ride services.
Great service with reasonable prices!
Great selection of vehicles, salesmen very knowledgeable and friendly, smooth transaction, entire staff helpful, will definitely be my dealership from now on and would highly recommend to others.
Great customer service
Friendly staff, good service, and they always find time for us when we need them.
Over the past few years my wife and i have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from Gary Swenson (we are car nuts).Gary is hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with - he is never pushy, he understands your needs, and he always helps out even after the sale (any time a vehicle has issues or needs maintenance, Gary is the first one I call and he gives me good advice and puts me in touch with the right people).I have referred countless friends to Gary. I always let them know that Gary is personable, respectful, and just fun to work with!We trust Gary so much that we often drive the extra half hour (we live closer to MKE) - we know hell address all of our concerns while providing excellent customer service.
If I could rate this at 0 starts I would absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. While on vacation in Wisconsin Dells I lost my Audi car fob so I called the closet Audi dealership which was this one in Madison about 50 miles away from the resort where my car is at since i will be getting the car towed.Whoever I spoke with took down all my information along with my credit card number and said they order the key and it should be there with in 3-5 days and that it was okay for us to have the car towed there until they key arrives. This was all done Monday...come Thursday morning which was the day we were leaving the dells I get a phone call from the tow truck company telling me that the dealership has contacted them and told them they are no longer accepting cars due to a flooding so I call them and as the tow truck is waiting i call them about 10 times and no one is answering finally they pick up the phone just so they can transfer me to a voice mail!!!the whole time the tow truck guy is waiting in front of me...finally about a half hour later someone calls me back and proceed to tell me that they have no record of me ordering this key!!!!No one knows who I spoke with who I gave my credit card number to nothing!!!!!Let me remind you the town truck guy is still waiting while all of this is going on...I lost the keys Monday that’s when I called and “ordered” them and all my info was taken down including my credit card number and was told 3-5 days and come Thursday morning that’s 3 days later they tell me that they have no record of my order and no one seem to know who I gave my credit card number to!!!!Are you kidding me!?!?!?Who runs a business like this?!?!?Absolutley the worst dealership I have ever delt with!!!
Excellent service
This review is for two members representing their service department, specifically Shelbi Schwandt and Will Wentzel. One week ago on Tuesday morning, I dropped my S4 off as a walk-in due to damage from the Madison flooding. On Thursday morning, my claims adjuster called me informing me that 1) he had been looking across their multiple lots for 90 mins without finding my S4, and without anyones help, and that 2) apparently, Shelbi had some choice words about my intillegence, character, and demeanor when he first introduced himself and that he was looking for my car. During all of this, I was unable to speak to anyone from both the service or sales departments for 20 minutes until explaining my situation to the receptionist. Will eventually called me back and told me their side of the story about how rude my insurance adjuster was. And while I was not there (and thats why Im giving benefit of the doubt and 2 stars instead of 1), the claims adjuster had such little faith in Zimbrick Audi that he offered to have it towed (at entirely Allstates cost) to a different Audi dealer of my choice, including any in Illinois. I have previously had nothing but positive interactions with the Audi Exchange of Highland Park, IL and I fear they set the bar too high for Zimbrick Audi to reach. If anything like this happened at the Audi Exchange, I can guarantee you that I wouldve heard from the dealer first, assuring me that any personal interactions between outside parties would not jeopardize the quality of service received, and not from my insurance adjuster 90 minutes later. As it stands, however, Allstate was willing to pay to ensure that my car was inspected and repaired by literally anyone other than Zimbrick Audi. Additionally, I have still not heard back from anyone at Zimbrick Audi other than the standard we will be following up with you for more details after informing the general manager Aaron Perkins about this situation. It is incredibly hard to consider both sides of a story and find the truth when youve only heard actively from one side and had to push and pull to even get any sort of communication from the other. Perhaps their customer service is acceptable during normal days, but I believe that during times of stress (like that brought by the Madison and Dane County flooding of 2018) is when individuals and organizations show their true colors. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any of my future Audi needs, as they have managed to completely shatter my faith in their adherence to Audis standards of customer service without even so much as touching my vehicle. I hope they can move forward from this experience and use it as a learning lesson for customer service.
Buying my new Q5 could not have been more enjoyable. Dave was great and I love my new car!
Great service, professional staff. Pricey.
The staff is helpful and very nice.
My experience with the Zimbrick Audi service department was fabulous!
Very pleased with the whole process.
Best day ever!!!
Fantastic place to do business!
The best total customer care, period!!!!
Theyre condescending. Theyre over priced. They lack communication skills to their employees and customers and any outside warranty places they need to work with. They also try to get you to purchase everything and anything that is still in working condition, when no other mechanic recommended anything additional.
Nice guy, great driver
Easy to work with and helpful
Great Service.
Great! Friendly staff!
Shelbi took good care of our problem
Great service
Rude
Nice Care!
Fast and efficient.
Love the car
Super...
They fixed the navigation system on my 2016 Audi convertible. Also car washed too. Great job. Very happy with them.
