We wanted to buy a 2021 F150. I was able to handle almost all of the details virtually with Taylor. We drove 2 hours from Lebanon, Ohio to Madison and would do it again. Taylor was honest and fair about our 2018 that we had considered trading. The truck was exactly as it appeared online and was perfect. Taylor and Toby were friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. I would definitely return for another purchase.

The customer service was exceptional from the time I called to schedule this appointment, all the way through our vehicle repair.The staff was friendly, accommodating and transparent in the assessment of the issue (there were two issues it could have been and there was no way to know which was the issue without fixing issue #1 first, and then re-assessing to determine if that was the fix).I contacted 4 other Ford service centers trying to get scheduled for an appointment, and this was the only center that seemed to want our business. One actually told me that they couldn’t service our vehicle if we didn’t buy it at their dealership! I’m so happy I contacted the Madison dealership because they worked us in within 10 days, as compared to one month with two of the other centers.The great service at the Madison, IN dealership was outstanding.
Harding Ford is amazing. I walked in and didnt expect to have a positive response from them. But they worked hard at what they do best, selling cars. Within a day, maybe 2 tops I left the lot with a car in my name. Salesman constantly kept in contact with me. Even went in on his day off to check on something before I bought it. Purchased via phone/online and it was as nice as he said it was. Love my car. Dealership is 5* easyEDITMy wife and I went to a different auto group that is closer to us and they were way more professional and knowledgeable or at least took the time to explain it to us.Harding Ford has some work to do. If they want 5*. I almost knocked them down to 3 because of the complete difference between the two car lots.

So I purchased a vehicle from this place and one of the perks was that if anything went wrong with the engine that it would be fixed under warranty as long as I got my oil changed and tires rotated there only. Well, now there is a coolant leak coming from the intake gasket and they said it is not covered under warranty. I live 2 hours away from dealer and consistently went there to uphold my end of the bargain. Waste of my time and money going there all this time only for them to not hold up their end. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sold a car right out from underneath me after completing the purchase order. I even asked if anyone else would be able to purchase the vehicle at that point and was told, THE JEEP IS YOURS! I had been searching for that exact vehicle for WEEKS and finallyyy found it on their lot. Was fully motivated and ready to give them all my money. I was also told afterwards that they had an identical vehicle that they would sell me for the same price. That was a lie.Toby is shady. & I still dont have my dream car.

Changed oil - but immediately after leaving 2 tires had low air triggering warning signals. Also a headlight was out. Did go for oil change but other business have checked tires air, fluids and lights, etc as courtesy and I guess we were used to that full service.

They seem to do good work but lack in other areas. I called 3 times over a months span to get an appointment. All three times I was told we will look up parts and call back but never got a call. Finally I threw a fit and they got me in. While there I asked for an alignment. One person said no problem. Another said machine is down. While my truck was there the phone didnt work to see if my vehicle was ready or not. That was the 2nd time my truck has been in and the phone dont work.... customer service is not so good but the techs doing the work are great... three stars for them alone
I recently tried to work a deal over the phone. The salesman prioritized me as bottom of his list and would get back to me. He had no care to get back to me until the very end of the day. He stated he followed Kelly Blue Book and then severely under valued my trade. Never deal with these people.

Giving a 3 because I felt like the customer service was friendly however this is the 3rd time I have when here for an oil change, tire rotation etc. The 2nd time I knew I had a low tire, I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would check and fill the pressure when they rotate them. After getting my car back the same front tire had the same low pressure. I brought it back inside and was told it probably just didnt reset the pressure, but they did take it back inside and check/fill all 4 again. Because of this, I decided for my most recent visit I was going to mark all my tires to ensure they had been rotated and Im glad I did. I got my car back after about 45 minutes and immediately checked the tires. Each were still where they were to begin with FD, front driver; DB, driver back and the same with the passenger side. I went back inside and talked to the service desk man who seemed kind of confused, but also sort of shocked when I told him I marked them and why. He talked to the guy who assisted with the service and he said he forgot because he was helping someone else. I hope that is the case and as customers we arent just being told our tires are rotated when infact they are not. They apologized and took my car back in and rotated the tires. When I got back in my car my glove box where I had the key to the lugnut lock was a mess. Paper towels hanging out the door and the key on top. It was then that I realized that I dont believe my tires have been rotated ever all 3 times before I have been there because I had never thought about taking that key out for them to use and everything until this time had been exactly where I left it. I will go there again because I have to for my warranty to remain in good standing but hope this does not happen again.

Wonderful service! I was stranded away from home. They made all the arrangements to have my van towed, even had the tow truck stop by my hotel to pick up my key. The part we needed was out of stock, so they located one at another dealer. And they did the repair in less than an hour once they had it. Highly recommend!

Very personable & great people to work with. Jiah helped us make a satisfactory deal on a nice older truck they had taken as a trade in. We drove it home (about 3 miles). When we went to go back out in it, it wouldnt start! Called them right away! Jiah came right over with one of their service guys. It appears that the fuel pump went out. So they are taking care of it for us!

Worst repair shop ever. They destroyed my 2005 Escape Hybrid. First they screwed up my valve cover gasket to the point my car spewed oil everywhere into the engine compartment amd died 20 miles away from the shop after I picked it up. Had it towed back. They gave me a loaner car the next day swearing theyd fix my car to working order. 3 weeks go by. They tell me its fixed. It puffs black smoke, which it didnt do before they got ahold of it. They assure me oil just needs to work out of the system. My car dies 2 miles from the shop. At this point Im done and have it towed home. 3 mechanics have now evaluated my completly non running car. They fried all my hybrid componemts, throttle body, aternator, starter and a few other parts with their oil mistake. Im out a vehicle and they take no responsibility. They deny their mistake ruined my car that was running 100% before they screwed it up.

Experience 1:I did oil change for my 14 Mustang here one year ago when I newly moved to madison, they did not show any thing about inspection report excepting charging me around $50. A sticker was put on for next service 3000 miles. The handbook, and any mechanics i did before said i need service every 5000 miles . They just want to get more money from your pocket.Experience 2:My same mustang was here for alginment service last week, two new long obvious creases(not scratch) were noticed on my passenger door when i picked up my car. The technican said he did not notice any thing happen without much confidence(the advisor was not there for lunch). I insist to inspect by their bodyshop, the bodyshop manager came out to look at my car for less than one second and tell me he would ask the service department to call me without saying additinal word . I headed back for work, but never receive a call. I kept call and stop by, but they keep ignoring me and says that they will call me. Finnally i reach out to the service manager after 10 days on phone. He knew the case but never look at my car and picture and just said it is not their fault/responsibilty. He said it might some one in the parking lot hit me car. I asked for video. he said no camera for whole dealership anywhere as they could not afford vedio system in a small town(amazing!). He just suggested me to request my insurance company to pay what they did on my car! Worst experience for ever, worst service forever.I am planing to buy a new ford recently, they lost my trust and lost my all business officially.
