Called the number given after submitting my vehicle information with the reference number the website had supplied. They sent me to 2 different representatives who had no idea what reference number I was giving them. In the end the last representative told me he would give me a return call right away and I never received that call.Ended up going with PEDDLER.COM and the transaction was super easy and done around my schedule.

Called them to see if I could sell my car, guy on the phone asked me for my personal information. I recieved a call from a personal phone number almost immediately after putting mine number into there system. He asked for personal info and vin number and typical information. But the red flag that made me hang up was when he asked for pictures of my title. I immediately blocked the number that called me and a voicemail came through where the guy was asking me to call back a DIFFERENT phone number than the one that called me to begin with. I dont know if this is actually them, but if not their system is unsecure.

Never got to make a deal.

Went online and filled out the form with my vehicle details. Received an online quote for $350.00. Hit the submit button to accept the offer but it stayed on that page. So I called instead and spoke to a representative about the car, gave him the exact same information I gave online and was only offered $300.00. I asked why there was a discrepancy and he could not give me a valid reason, only stating take it or leave it.
