The folks at Clem Tire impress me every time I have car issues. They have always done a fantastic job. And, they have always quoted better prices, than the other guys. Today, they got the job done two business days ahead of schedule. That was a true gift!!! My entire family uses Clem Tire Madison and we are all quite happy with them. We will never go elsewhere.

I usually bring my cars to these folks for oil changes and tires. Havent encountered any issues and they get done pretty quick. Prices are fair and location is good.

Clem Tire man was kind, polite, & he answered all my question about getting General Grabber HTS tires at his store. When I am ready, I will call Clem Tire & ask them to order 4 tires & they will mount, balance & install with new valve stems. Clems price per tire was comparable to TireRack prices. They can get them in about 2 days.

After fourteen years of using this place, we can no longer recommend this place as they no longer have the same quality of service as in the past. We will take our business elsewhere and would advise others to do the same.Update: We went to another business after this review to get a second opinion . This facility conducted more in depth tests and took a lot more time to evaluate our concerns and has since resolved all of our issues. They did not agree with Clem’s recommendations. I regret that the Madison Clem mechanics are not being honest in their response to my review but that is the purpose of a personal review- personal experience. Regardless, the car is now working well and their advice was not found to be substantiated. I just cannot recommend this location as I have in the past due to this experience.

Both workers behind the counter were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the best tires for my trailer and performing service on the axles. Work was performed within the stated time and the estimate was within just a few dollars of the actual cost. The interaction and experience was similiar to my previous visits there, great!

Always fast service and accommodating staff and a comfortable lobby. Also, Chick-fil-A is right there so its common for people to go there when their are having their car worked on.

Very rude staff & owner! They will charge you for stuff they don’t even do! My wife was Charged for tire rotation & tires were still labeled RF & LF (Right Front & Left front) from another tire shop She used before. Tires still labeled accordingly after I drove it home. Then I took my vehicle in. Said I had a bent rim on the back. They actually took the bent one & rotated it to the front. I couldn’t do over 50mph on the way home or it went into a violent shaking! Called & owner got rude on the phone & hung up! Told me to never bring him another vehicle. Happily going to abide!!!! Poor Business all the way around!

I usually go to another chain in the Huntsville area for my services; however I had heard good things about this company and gave them a shot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and their rates were very fair (oil change was significantly cheaper than what Im use to paying). I will surely return along with recommend to anyone.

Guy at the desk (Ryan) has a pretty poor attitude when answering simple customer questions, and seems biased against people who dont look or talk like him. The shop techs put the tires on the car quickly. Overall, my impression from the waiting area, staff, and signs is that customer service is not a priority. They simply rely on location and a supply of random customers needing tires. I dont plan on going back.

The most honest, competent fair group of mechanics Ive come in contact with in years. We will never use anyone else. These people have saved our family THOUSANDS over the years.

These guys are honest and do a great job. Im usually able to walk in and have tires rotated/balanced or alignment checked without much of a wait.

I just moved to Alabama a couple weeks ago from California and started having problems with my van. I took it here and they replaced the alternator and starter. They were all very nice, and explained everything they did. I couldnt use my Visa/Debit card for over $500 and I only had $12 cash on me. They charged $485 and I gave them the $12. They said they would call it square. I really appreciated that. Im disabled and it would have been hard to go to the bank to get the money and come back. I will definitely come back here if I have any more problems.

I came in to get service on my brakes and the man working the front desk was very rude. He didnt seem welcoming of my service and I felt as though he was being discriminatory by not providing me with good customer service because of what I looked like. I asked about discounts and he said we offer everyone a discount. We didnt see a discount applied at all to our bill. We are a military family, Arsenal employees, clergy and etc. He spoke in a rude tone and acted very standoffish. I called after I left the shop and told the man in the front also the manager, so he said, that I was dissatisfied with the customer service and he replied with a dry sorry. He wasnt sincere at all. I will never return to this location and I dont recommend anyone else to do so. Very rude, and discriminatory. I wish I could have my money back.

Brad took very careful care of my car and helped to diagnose a driveline issue. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful. They gave the option of receiving tires directly from online sites such as tirebuyer.I usually find myself frustrated with tire shops, but I was very pleased with the information shared and the work performed.

I was having transmission trouble and saw the good reviews and gave them a call to schedule service. The gentlemen i was talking to honestly said that they would not be able to do more than diagnosis the problem and not be able to fix and recommended me to go else where. I am very glad that they were honest and did not try to up-sell me on anything. If I need any services that they do provide I will absolutely use them because they are honest..

Laziest tire shop I’ve been to in my life. I brought my vehicle in to have a flat repaired, and the guy at the front desk tells me they can’t fix it, I need a new tire. But nobody knows why it was flat to begin with. They couldn’t even inspect the tire for any nails or leaks. All they’re concerned about is making a sale. And then say it’ll be two hours before they can look at it again. I’m furious at this point! And then have the nerve to tell me it’ll be a $25 charge to put my spare on. Customer service is nonexistent.

Very fair pricing and quick service. Its been the same guys running the place for years now. They dont do appointments, but I usually end up getting faster service there without an appointment than I do with an appointment at the dealership.

Took my car in because engine light came on. Got a message that my vehicle was ready but for some reason they had let down my drivers side window, that is broken, and couldnt get it back up. Dont understand why they needed to let down the window to work on the engine. So I asked the gentleman at the front desk if they were going to put it back up. He flat out told me NO. If they put it back up it would be a fee. REALLY!!! There was no need to roll the window down to begin with and now as a courtesy you wont put it back up. WOW!!! So I asked what the charge would be. Oh it will be $120. Are you kidding me. Im already giving a considerable amount of money for the problem that I actually brought the vehicle in for. The auto glass store only charges $20 to put the window back up. A complete rip off. Poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to this establishment.

The employees at this location look at you like a sucker. They have a guy working the front desk that tries to use his loud voice to intimidate you because he thinks your stupid. I went in for an alignment, he said they couldnt do it because my lower ball joints were broke. I had just installed inner and outer tie rods pitman arm and idler arm the day before. I knew they were loose, and not broken. He offered me an estimate, $700 to replace lower ball joints. I told him to take it off the lift, and he tells me THAT WILL BE $25 I asked for what, and he says in his loud obnoxious voice FOR LOOKING AT IT. My truck was on the lift for 5 minutes. He ended up doing the alignment anyway, $60.00. I wont go back to this location. They need a sign over the building that says Ignorance is Bliss

Im very disappointed with there advertising for $34.00 full synthetic oil change. And I got a bill for $65.00. I would not recommend doing business with them .

Honest people, good prices. They are rare in that they honor their tire warranty.
