Patrick at the Service Desk was very helpful, courteous & patient. I had taken my SUV to two other Auto places & they couldnt figure the issue out. Hyundai mechanic was able to fix what was broken. Received my vehicle back sooner then I expected. β₯οΈπ
Iβm always happy with the actual service, but I wasnβt thrilled with how hard it was to contact them a couple times this time. I had a request for someone to let me know how long the service was going to take so I could determine if I needed someone to take me to work; however, no one called and I had to reach out to them. The main Google phone number gave me a random department and at one point, as I had to call them a couple times, the number had an automated voice message say that no one was available, even though it was in the middle of business hours. Finally, I had requested my car be done at 1:30 and was told that should be fine. At 1:30 I was on my way and called to make sure it was ready. Iβm glad I did, because the car wasnβt going to be ready for a couple more hours. I wish I would have been called to let know. Otherwise, the service was great and I was able to get a nice loaner so they could fix a part for me.
They were kind and quick. The associate made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He sparked conversation while he was checking me in. I received a shuttle ride and that gentleman was very nice. They were done in 35 minutes! I also received a free car wash. The whole process was quick and simple! Highly recommend!
Well I have to readily admit that my service got off to a bumpy start, but then I have to say that the dealer just like all Hyundai services that Iβve had in a couple of states was excellent. The department delivered and rectified an error that was made and then delivered excellent service on my car. Even got a car wash and interior cleaning that left my Tuscon looking better than it was when I dropped it off! Will be back!

Tire repair unexpectedly. I pulled in to get air in tire. Turns out there was a screw in the tire. They fit me in and made the repair necessary. Very thankful! Love this place!
We took our Palisade in for treatment of headrests, to get rid of the garlic smell. The service department personnel are friendly and efficient. We are always offered a loaner vehicle which we appreciate. The entire dealership is clean and seems to be very well run.

I purchased a car here about a month ago and they had to get me a second key FOB as part of my purchase. The earliest available appointment was for a month later. I book it with the receptionist that reached out to me. I drive 30 minutes to the dealership, then wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, just for them to tell me that they never ordered the part and I will have to come back and waste my time again. Awesome. Really great use of my time.
I knowingly scheduled an oil change and headlight replacements a few weeks in advance. I had requested high-intensity / high-performance bulbs for replacement at the time of original scheduling. The information was appropriately conveyed as this request appeared in my confirmation email. Upon arrival, I was informed that they didnβt have the bulbs that I had requested in stock, and all in the same sentence, stated that could get some from NAPA auto parts and would need them delivered this would take at least an additional hour to accomplish. I scheduled my appointment 2-3 weeks out, why wasnβt the part retrieved and made available for my appointment? Instead the options were to not provide the service originally requested, wait at least an additional hour to have the service preformed, or to use the bulbs that were currently in stock. A little bit of work on the front end goes a long way. Unfortunately, That didnβt happen.
Dana was my service advisor. I personally want to thank Dana for the excellent service she provided while I was there for routine maintenance. She went way up and beyond what normally a service advisor would do including some touch up paint she took care of for a minor chip on the Tucsonβs back bumper.Please pass on this note to either her supervisor or manager how pleased I am with her along with the overall service experience.John Hill

Went to Zimbrick West for scheduled maintenance. Ended up getting just an oil change as it was suggested to do any other items at my 60000 mile service (i had delayed maintenance) so i didnt have to do items twice. They still did an inspection and gave me a printout, so at least i know everything is good until then.The advisors at the service department were friendly, and got me in and out quick. They dont have a dealer shuttle however. They provided me with lyft rides to my work and a link which enabled me to request a pickup after work, which was appreciated!

I was having trouble with my trunk and a burnt out brake light. The trunk issue turned out to be my error. I was so grateful when they explained that the trunk had only limited damage and could still be opened with the key. This saved me money and time. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff. Very positive experience.

I asked before I left if my tire pressure was checked. I was assured of was. On my way home I checked my monitor and they all read 31 or 32. I called and the receotonist said it was maybe where they should be. I said that was incorrect and was connected to a voicemail. I left a message with my concern and never received a call back.
Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blades, fluid top off, multi-point inspection. Warranty items, basically. Was told it would be about an hour, & I waited. Car was also washed. Very happy with everything! Everyone was friendly & it was done in 1 hour. Wonβt have any problems with going back for next warranty work!

After being notified of a recall on my vehicle, I was able to easily schedule an appointment to get it fixed. It took almost exactly as long as they said and they had very nice customer service. They even gave me a complimentary car wash which was much needed. Good experience.

Being pregnant and very overwhelmed with my windshield wiper fluid not working after getting my windshield replaced at the Westside Zimbrick, I came to the east side location for help. (Not wanting to drive all the way back to the west side )They immediately fixed my problem and even put on my new license plates for me! and washed the outside :)After having my car stolen Iβve been stressed to the max. My experience with the service department is usually subpar at most. While I havenβt had any major issues, the customer service isnβt always the greatest. I bought my car brand new from this dealership and continued to get it regularly serviced for oil changes, etc.What irked me this last time was that I didnβt have the ability to use my gift card to pay for my services as the service consultant said he didnβt βknowβ how to run gift cards?! To me, if you know how to take a credit card payment, you should be able to run a gift card payment.The service consultants have usually been my point of contention as they seem to just either not care or donβt have the knowledge you are looking for and arenβt willing to go out of their way to find out.After I use my gift card for a next service, I probably will not be coming back.I did appreciate the complimentary detail that they did. Whoever cleaned my car and wiped everything down was awesome and saved me an afternoon.

They were great! Took it in for its oil change and a rust spot. They were able to get the rust spot taken care of and didnt charge for it. I dropped the car off early before work and they had it done within 45 minutes of the actual appointment time.

I had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change. I called at 9:00 to say that I was on my way from a meeting that finished early. I was hoping that the service department would be able to get me in a bit earlier than my appointed time. The person I spoke with was very polite explaining that today was a full schedule so probably not able to get me in early. I arrived at 9:45 and indeed the cars were backed up at service entrance. I got checked in and was told that noon still looked like the completion time. So, I was pleasantly stunned when the service person told me that my car was done at 10:45! They squeezed me in. Made my day!
Quickly diagnosed cause of vibration while braking and resolved issue by polishing front rotors. They were able to do this even though I had only scheduled a 6000 mile oil change.

Pretty good service. The only thing I didnβt like is that they only vacuumed the drivers side rug. The rest of the carpets throughout the car were left dirty. βΉοΈ Now Iβm reviewing the papers on the oil change Iβve noticed they put in semi synthetic oil instead of the full synthetic Iβve been using. On my way back to have it REDONE.βΉοΈβΉοΈ
My new Kona had the check engine light come on and off 4 times. They were professional. The only issue I have is that they didnt have an opening for service for more than 3 weeks. So, I had to wait to have the check engine light issue investigated.
Recall adjustment. Was told wait time would be am hour, it was two. Missed other appointments made based on this inaccurate estimate. Cursory apology.

I inadvertently forgot my wallet in the glove compartment of my vehicle yesterday when I had service done and needed a loaner. I was almost home when I realized I did not have my wallet. I called the dealership right away. The gentleman on the phone said he would make sure to put my wallet in the safe.The next day, I paid for the work done and asked for my wallet from the safe. I was told by Steve at the service desk no, your wallet is in your glove compartment, not the safe. I should of followed up on that. Oh my, no regard, I feel for the safety of all my personal credit cards, cash or personal information.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ed Pamperin has been our sales person for our last 3 cars and he is very good, always explains everything and does not rush us . The service desk people are also very helpful and get our car in promptly. We would only take our cars to Zimbrick Eastside for any service or to look at new cars.
