Cashier was absolutely rude and disrespectful.

I’ve been a customer for the last 20 years. If you’re into working with beads this store has a great selection. Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never had anything short of a fantastic experience at tropic jewel. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions and design assistance. As an amateur in the bead world their knowledge and expertise is always appreciated. In addition, Im always drawn to the high quality jewelery theyve put together themselves. Ill definitely be making another trip soon!

Top notch bead store. Rather than having premeasured strings of beads and having to buy way more than you need, everything here is by weight or each, so you can mix and match more to get what you want. High quality stuff too.

They have everything you need to make jewelry, but they upcharge you too much. I used to like coming in here to get what I needed, but the ladies working here always have an attitude and are disrespectful. They dont want to answer your questions and treat you like youre stupid.

They have a great assortment of beads for all your beading projects. Great value in the beads by the lb.

This store is a hidden gem! I love the beautiful assortment of beads, charms, chains, tapastries, etc-such an inspiring place for the creative mind. Great deals and new unique pieces every time im there. The friendly women who own this shop are SO knowledgeable, helpful, talented, and fun! I admire their handcrafted jewelery and willingness to go above and beyond. Will definitely make this a regular stop!

I had my mothers pearls and the thread had broken. She had a smaller neck so they couldnt simply be restrung. Shelby came up with a great solution. I wanted the two strands to be suspended from a silver chain. She suggested one I wouldnt have thought of but which was a much better choice. She also suggested adding the original clasps (one with diamond chips) to the juncture of the pearls and chain--like little charms. A great job!

Wanted to support a small business, but I will never go back. Terrible customer service. Cheap products that break. Only redeeming quality is the selection.

Tropic Jewel has always been a great place to browse or find just what I went there looking for and the employee are courteous, helpful, and patient. Cant find a better place for your jewelry needs.

The staff arent incredibly friendly, but they have a good selection. The beads seem reasonably priced, but the findings (clasps, etc.) are a bit overpriced.
