I recently installed a brand new graphics card in my custom PC, but was experiencing very poor gaming performance. I took it to PC Fix It to have them take a look at my PC. Dropping off the PC at the store took no time at all, and within 2 hours they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong. The best thing is, diagnostics are absolutely free. They didn’t charge me a dime to figure out what was wrong. They also told me exactly which parts I could buy to resolve the issue, how much they would cost, and the fee to install them. They did an excellent job helping me resolve my issue. I highly recommend this store for all your PC needs.

I had a laptop with a cracked screen. PC Fixit had my screen delivered in 3 business days. The owner himself came to my place of business to pick up my laptop, fixed it within two hours of pickup and I was able to retrieve my now fixed laptop after I got off work.All in all my computer was fixed in 3 Business days, the same day the parts were delivered. Cost was reasonable ($30-40 cheaper than another quote I received from a local computer repair store) and the staff was professional and friendly.

Theyve had my pc for a week telling me to replace parts to fix the issue. I replaced/upgraded the Ram the cpu and the ssd. I take it to a micro center and they fix it within a hour it was simply a bios update I missed. Thanks.

In switching phone companies, my phone was unlocked by the former company and I had no service. I have never opened the phone up in the 3 years Ive owned it and the instructions indicated it had to be done. I took my phone here because when I had problems with my PC they fixed it. I took my new sim card with me and their technician took out the old one and put in the new one. Turned the phone off and back on and voila I had service. They even called my phone to make certain. They wouldnt take anything for helping me. So if you need PC or cell phone repair, see these folks.
