I absolutely love this store! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly hello and smile. The clothing and hoops are 100% quality... And are even made right in the shop. You can tell the owner as well as the workers are passionate about what they do. The prices are very reasonable also. I will definitely be back again soon. :} Thanks for the great service!

Absolutely phenomenal place! I was shopping for my girlfriends birthday recently, and they were quickly able to help determine what size would work best for her. Very friendly, very helpful, having clothing made in house means you get oodles of information and service that you cant get anywhere else. Im extra excited for their mens line which is releasing soon!P. S. Apparently they have 10% off on Tuesdays!

I am an online customer from the East coast. This was the very first place I ordered a Polypro hoop from. I am extremely happy with the purchase. The hoop I bought was a great price and it arrived earlier then I expected. The hoop came collapsed down, in a first class mail bag, with free samples of the coolest tape ever, and a coupon! Great hoop and clothing shop. Very impressed with the quality of the handmade goods, I had several balaclavas made for snowboarding and they worked out wonderfully. Highly impressed that the business is no waste and green powered as well as an entrepreneur myself I know this is no easy task. Kudos.

What a great shop! Breezi made us a custom baby wrap from one of the awesome Nepalese woven cottons they get straight from the weavers. I brought her one as a pattern and picked out the fabric, she made it, and I picked it up THE SAME DAY. It looks beautiful and works great, and the price was very reasonable (especially for a bespoke piece). Awesome!

The hoops and clothes were super cute but walked around the store for a long time w/ 3 or 4 workers there and me being the only customer- no one offered any help or guidance as to which hoops to buy or even the process of getting a hoop. It was a big let down because I had heard good things about this places hoops. Other shops of state street were incredibly friendly and helpful even though they were swamped. Id rather buy my hoops from a motivated seller on etsy than go back here again.

The hoop I ordered was not the same color in the picture, and they did a bad job making the connector. Its not tight and you can easily pull it in and out

Went down to this little shop yesterday so that my son could get a new hoop for his birthday. We were cheerfully greeted by a woman sitting behind a sewing machine creating away. Never having been here we took our time looking around. They do have beautiful creations and a neat section of tape and bare hoops to create and customize to your needs. We new what size we needed thankfully because there was no hoop smith in that day which led us to the rest of our experience....my son picked the size he needed and after much deliberation found a tape he loved. Along with this we wanted to purchase glowing poi for my youngest son. Upon coming to check out the woman at the sewing machine looked at me like i had 3 heads and said there is no hoop smith here and i cant help you with that. I said, um ok. And kinda of just stood there, she finally said if you really want it you can pick it up in 4 days. I looked at my son who looked really disappointed, mind you know where is there information of whether there is some one there that can help with hoops. when she said I could pick it up in four days I said ok, can I pay for it now and she said yes, and proceeded to look around like she had no idea what she was doing, asked me how much tape I wanted to pay for, asked me twice to read the front of the counter where tape prices are listed by kind and length, after much confusion, and her looking in multiple binders she said oh I think there is a form, by now I am very nervous about paying for something, that in my mind will now not be done right. Int he mean time while this 10 minute confusion was ensuing my son found a pretaped hoop and decided he wanted that one which was a good thing, becasue once she found this form she still seemed confused on how much to charge me even though the information was right on the form and she wasnt quite sure what style of tape we had handed her for the hoop. Now I realize she wasnt a hoop smith, however, some basic knowledge on how to check someone out with solid information and knowledge of the types of tapes and how much they are or at least how to fill out the form and charge me appropriately is the least on can ask. When I handed her the hoop my son picked out that was pretaped, she said oh that,s much easier and a much better deal. It wasnt about a deal, it was for my son and it was about what ever he wanted. We have several hoops from 3 different online places and will just return to them. I like the idea of supporting local but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. All she had to say was there is no hoop smith in today if you would like, we can have it ready for you in 4 days for pick up and fill out the form and let me happily pay. Having never been there it left me feeling like maybe they just didnt know what they were doing, every person in a shop is the face of a business. Even a little bit of knowledge helps a long way to a better experience. On a higher note, he loves the hoop he picked out although not what he really wanted originally. Same quality as the other hoop shops we have used online int he past. Cute little shop, clean and creative, just a little rough around the edges.
