I want to thank Robert Biro and his team at Kriete truck center in Mauston Wi. for getting me back on the road in a few hrs. I had the same problem in Texas a few years ago and it took them 2 days to fix it. Kriete got me into the shop with in 30 mins of my arrival just like they said. The best Volvo dealership ever!I called them at night to see if they can repair my truck next day.And they said that we are so busy but come in at noon and we will try to squeeze you in, I’m pretty sure we will get it done tomorrow, just come in.And they did it.It’s fixed, plus I’m able to make a delivery and pickup another load over the weekend since today is a Friday.I’m very surprised, cuz all other Volvo’s that I called on my way from IN to ND, all of them told me that they wont be able to do in the next 5,6 days.Also I have never seen this many mehanics at any dealership like at this Volvo.There is 10 guys working at the same time.Two beautiful young ladies work at the office as well.🤷🏻‍♂️😁

I had two u joints come loose and called to see if they could get me in at 830 p.m. I was 2 hours out and they said no problem come on in.They didnt have the special volvo tool to tighten u bolts but have been replacing them with regular threaded ubolts with 100% success.436 dollars later ....Immediate attentionHad the solutionfixed the problem2 hours back on the road and made my delivery on time in Indiana.HONESTY AND KNOWLEDGE MAKE THEM AWESOME!

Tried to get information for a Fire Department that Im on about a New Mack Truck Chassis. But the Salesmans mailbox was full and hung up on me. I hope this is not how you do things. Maybe another Mack Dealer would like a sale?

I read a few of the other lower star reviews and I cannot relate at all. I felt the prices were very fair and the timeline of work was well within normal expectations. Slow as usual. Went in for electric part to be checked on. I got there at 10:20am. Talked to the service office at 12:15pm,i was told still working on it. 2:15pm I leave. Always slow here.

For the past few years, my business has been sending our truck repairs to a local mechanic. However, theres somethings that are out of his league or he cant get out in a timely fashion. One of our newest employee, Brody, was a former employee at Kriete and recommended them for some work. Shelley, whose in charge of medium duty repair, has been outstanding and easy to work with. She goes above and beyond for us like picking up our trucks from our office. The techs get the job VERY quickly and do a great job at it. There was an incident that involved our truck getting some very mild damage from a tech; immediately Shelley notified me and repaired the damage at no cost. Accidents happen and I felt very pleased and comfortable being notified of that, often times mechanics sweep this kind of thing under the rug but not Kriete! Ill continue to send my vehicles to Kriete for repair for continuing the outstanding and honest work theyve done thus far!

The medium duty service team got our truck in for repair (minor) and got the truck back to us within a day. Just what we needed, quick turnaround.

Very busy i was there at 8 am and got bay @ 4 pm and they took 5 hours to fix crank pressure sensor and changed trans oil and diff oil also cleaned battery connectors. staff is very nice drivers lounge is small but ok. trailer parking plenty. easy access from hwy 51 & 30. TA is 5 miles.

Good people. Just watch your head in the drivers lounge if youre tall. Roof rafters a little low.

This is definitely the best Volvo truck repair service in North America, I was at many of them but not even one is like this one, the people in service from the front desk, office, floor mechanic, Forman and all employees is so friendly, it talk to you and doesnt ignoring you, they listening u and take your problem as a real.At other places it is not like that!!I will honestly suggest all Volvo truck drivers, specially owner operators to go to this place because it will take care of the u and your truck.

I am a small operation of independent owner operator with my own authority. I had a horrible breakdown where I needed to be towed off the highway. For someone that is a small trucking company and you are on your own with no one to call to save you this is devastating because you know you are at the mercy of people that will likely take advantage of you because there is literally no other way out. The situation sucked no doubt about it but now that I’m through it the team here did an amazing job. From the beginning when I called they did not pressure me into getting a tow but I needed it and they gave me a really good service to call, the service came within 1 hour and the tow to the dealer was very reasonably priced. As soon as I arrived someone was ready to look at my truck and see what was the problem. The problem was diagnosed fairly soon and work was able to be done a little while afterwords. The timeframe was overshot but the mechanics worked on my truck the evening, all night and until the afternoon of the next day. This was no easy job and my truck is an older truck so I’m sure that added onto the timeframe. One thing for sure is that they were working on getting me back on the road. I was not being screwed around and put aside for other possibly higher dollar jobs. When the work was finished the truck ran amazing and it still does. Everyone put in an amazing effort to get me going again and everyone did make me feel that they felt my pain and wanted to help me and I’m very grateful for that. We did have a small dispute over the total price of the repairs from what I was originally quoted. I’m sure it’s because usually their customers are bigger companies or warranty work that has large capital to spend on maintenance while I am a smaller owner that can spend only what’s in the bank at the time plus a credit card. They were able to knock off several hundred dollars off the price which was enough for me to charge it and keep moving. They could of told me tough luck were keeping the truck till the balance is paid but they didn’t do anything like that. This industry is dominated by mega fleets and I feel like I was treated equal even as a small one truck operation by everyone there. No one is happy about spending money at a doctor and no one wants to spend money on repairs, I definitely had to work almost 3 weeks for free to cover an expense like this but your team has earned my trust and I will go far out of my way to have you work on my truck if there is any other issues in the future. Thanks again, you will have my business again in the future.

So much for a two hour diagnosis on a truck. Just keep being told you didn’t have an appointment. How does a OTR driver that breaks down able to make an appointment. Worst Volvo shop I’ve been too.

Great local service! Bought my dump truck there.

Picked up a rental truck that was supposed to be ready. The IFTA and annual inspection stickers were both expired, a clearance light was bad, and the 5th wheel was rusty and had to be greased. Waited about an hour and a half before I would except it. Doesnt speak to well for their service and management. The truck was clean though. Should get a free day of rental, well see?

Total ripoff. They overcharge for parts and service. If they sense you are without options.They charged $2300 for incidental repairs, lost a day there, went on the road with the same major problems.Don’t be fooled by Volvo certified status.

Horrible service department. Bought a 2015 new truck and brought it here for an error communicating with vehicle ecu. They said that the problem should be fixed and 50 miles down the road same problem appears. They didnt fix it. I mean they are professionals and should know how to fix problems on their Volvo trucks. The service manager Jeff doesnt even return the emails or phone calls no matter how many voice mails or emails you drop him. I am deeply disappointed with their service and the service manager should be fired for not doing his job.

They get you into the shop quickly. But the mechanics tend to drag their feet And take their time getting work done.

Horrible place !!!! stay away from them. I took a truck for repair and was charged $1000 for diagnostics and was told that i need a new fuel pump which is going to cost me $3000. Fuel pump cost is $360 plus hrs of labor which total should not exceed a $1000 . Crooks !!!!!!!
