First experience selling a phone to a place like this. Went as expected.Word around town is they give you the most for your phones, and sell them cheaper than other places as well.The guys were honest and real.From the guy taking a picture of me with an iPhone for legal purposes, to the dialog about how much they could take for my phone, it was a unique experience.

My first experience with this place and it was great! They had the exact phone I was looking for at a very fair price. They guy took the time to make sure that everything was set up from my old phone to the new one and that everything worked perfect before I left. I have had no problems with my new phone since buying it from here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to up-grade their phone. Ive purchased a few times from these guys. Never had a problem with any of the devices. Highly recommended if you want to upgrade, replace or buy for a teen even. Literally sold me an iphone at almost full price. Said iphone had scratches all along the corners, but worse the GPS doesn’t work, the microphone doesn’t work and generally the iphone is just slower than it should be. By the time I realized the phone I was sold (and was promised would work fine) was dysfunctional it had been 2 days past the return time. THEY SOLD ME AN OVERPRICED BROKEN PHONE, and the only thing they offered was that I could pay fully for a new one 😐

The owner had me drive all the way across town for the wrong product. I confirmed with them over the phone AND via text that they were selling the series 5 cellular 44mm Apple Watch. When I arrived and inspected the product, it was the 40mm series 5. How do you manage to list AND confirm the WRONG product over the phone and text? This whole charade cost me an hour of my time resetting my watch, driving halfway across town, gas, and the sellers attitude was “Sue me” as you’ll see in the screen shots below. Buyer beware.

Great experience at Banana Buybacks! Went here for a new iPhone and was able to walk away with a perfect iPhone 6s 64GB (paid around $250) and with the ability to know I have a 30 day guarantee. I had to go back a total of 4 times to get a phone that worked correctly. One phone calls kept dropping, the other phones wifi calling wouldnt work and the third phones phone volume was too low that I couldnt hear whom ever I was talking too on the other end. So I went back for the 4th time to try another phone and I just ended up taking my money back and going elsewhere. The man that helped me was also very rude towards me as if it wasnt my 4th time having to come all the way to their store from sun prairie once again, it was a complete waste of my time and gas. I will not ever do business with them again.

They sold me a Galaxy S8 in basically perfect condition for a really decent price, however I realized about 3 days after purchase there was a very minor defect with the selfie lens. I texted them and after sending them a picture they told me to come in and exchange it. They exchanged it no questions asked for another galaxy S8 in even brand new condition. Ive spent my whole career doing IT retail and Its absolutely outstanding to see a company stand by their product like this. Service like this is few and far between in the industry.

The Guy is super unprofessional and rude and a jerk off he didnt take anytime to help me recover my old apple ID and rushed me out the old dirty and broke down roach invested place he sat in a chair with over 100 gadgets and its a super mess all over his work area he was scared he was gone get shot by a black dude and brought all his stolen waches the dude made him put the money on cards I went to tech Heros and they helped me way more then the owner who just was lazy and didnt know what he was taking about excepthe wanted to buy more stolen items the guy told him he can get him more and he looked scared and was like okay The guy wasted my time and I called before and had me come in and wait while he brought stolen iPhone watches they are on south park at for a reason I would not go there to sell nothing unless its stolen because this guy wants to low ball budget to get his rachett business off the ground.

The store is very small with a limited selection, but the prices on what is available are very fair compared to ebay, craigslist, etc. The Samsung s6 was about half the price with only minor cosmetic damage.
