Outstanding customer service. They showed up within 2 hours of my service call on the same day. They repaired the garage door and performed some routine maintenance on it (no charge for that). Came out promptly and replaced a broken spring on garage door. I mentioned the chain was making a noise and it was adjusted, the rollers and new flooring were lubricated and the door tested several times. Good company I highly recommend them!

Talk about customer service!!!! I was fortunate enough, based on the circumstances of my situation, to be able to repair an issue on my own ONLY after having a discussion with these guys. They were very willing to make every effort to come and repair the door, but due to circumstantial conflicts I was unable to wait more than a day to “close up my shop.” So he very kindly talked me through SAFE repair because the problem was an easy fix. After talking with him and watching a YouTube video to visualize what he had described, I made the repair on my own. This company was willing to do anything needed to get this job done, even if it turned out to be the customer making the repair😜. My fiancé highly recommended them to me...and I will gladly pass on this recommendation to others!! I promise any job in the future (that I can’t fix😂) goes to you!!! Thank you so much!

The owner and technician were very knowledgeable and professional. Went over and beyond their job by not only replacing the garage opener motor in a very timely manner but also programmed a “a handful” of remotes as well as several autos. Would highly recommend this company!

Very pleased with their professional and courteous service. They came out to replace a snapped garage door spring. The young man was prompt in replacing with a higher quality spring and suggested we replace the garage door rollers with nylon rollers kind instead of steel rollers because they last longer and are quieter in operation. They are very knowledgeable and charge a fair price for their services. They even came back several weeks later to fix an alignment issue and didn’t charge me for that service. They are very classy and I would highly recommend anyone to this family-owned company!

I called this afternoon after realizing yesterday that my garage door spring had snapped in half. They originally said theyd come tomorrow, but called back a few hours later saying they were in the area and had time. They were in and out in 40 minutes and my garage door is good as new! They even took care of an awful squeaking noise its been making since we moved in a year and a half ago. I called when they opened. Received an appt range for same day service. It was a welcomed surprise to get a call that my appt was able to be rescheduled earlier. Robby waited for me to arrive, was super courteous, and resolved my garage door issue and provided much needed maintenance.

I had an issue with my garage door binding up this morning and it got stuck about halfway down. Made one call and this company had a service rep at my house the same day. They told me someone will be there between 2-3pm. The rep showed up on time at 2 sharp, fixed the door, and triple checked the door operation. Door popped off track. I called about someone coming to look at it. He asked me a couple questions and it turned out that there was something simple I could do to connect it back and he told me over the phone without charging me a penny. Ive never seen anything like this as far as fair service.

Great service! John scheduled us in quickly after our garage door opener died. First of all, he tried to help my wife troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He then made several attempts to solve the problem in a more cost effective manner than replacing the entire unit - one of which he did not charge us for! Every visit he was kind, courteous and thorough. He explained everything he planned to do in a down to earth manner so we felt comfortable with his work. If we have any more problems, he assured us he will be there to help us out any time of the day. After working with him, I believe it and will only use 24 Hour Door Service for my garage door repair needs. Youve got a customer for life!

I called 24 Hour Door Service this morning and they came within 4 hours. Not only did they quickly and professionally diagnose and repair my garage door problems, they taught me how to maintain the door and how to install the battery so it can be operated without electricity in an outage situation.
