I believe the lady I spoke to was named Lorraine. We had requested a delivery for oil since we’ve been out of hot water for a couple weeks. We set a delivery for Monday and apparently the oil guy showed up and knocked on our neighbors downstairs door and then left. My neighbor didn’t see him or hear him knock. We called and Lorraine told us he wouldn’t be able to come back today and Thursday would be the next day. So we explained we didn’t want the fuel anymore as we are in need of it today. She setup a second delivery the next day for Tuesday.I spoke to her this morning to try and find a way for the driver to get ahold of us to secure payment when he showed up. Part of our payment was cash and part was liheap.Lorraine was extremely difficult telling me that she can’t have the driver knock, the driver doesn’t call a customer, and she has no clue when the driver will show up. I asked if she could have him come to the correct door and knock I could meet him outside. She explained the driver only comes to the door once.I asked to speak to a manager because she was just being curt with me and it didn’t seem as if it was something that difficult. I asked her multiple times what the easiest way was to get the oil delivered and it just kept going around in circles. She said she was the boss and that there was no one else. After I expressed that I know she’s not the owner and asking who she reports to she said a woman named Sara and said I have to call a 1800 number to speak with customer service.I gave up out of frustration and will just call Bobs next time because the customer service from Lorraine was unprofessional and inconsiderate. She told me that they have been trying to get this oil delivered (as if it was more than one time which it was not) and that after this time they wouldn’t do it again. I never have an issue like this with Bobs.
Great service!
