We used DL Anderson to sell our jet ski and boat lifts. They sold the jet ski lift and said they got significantly less than what we agreed upon. They never even notified us to give us our share, we contacted them to find out what happened. We inquired about the boat lift and they said for a year that they couldn’t sell it because no one wanted it. Then they changed their story and said it was broken (it wasn’t when we had it) and if we wanted it back we would have to pay them! They basically stole our lift and they still have it! Or they sold it and kept the money. The way they operate their business is shameful.

We bought our new pier and new lift from D.L. Anderson four years ago and have been very pleased. We have them store our lifts in the winter and have had great service. When we wanted to add an extra section, it was very simple. Great, friendly service from both Steve & Melissa!

I purchased my pier and lift from D.L. Anderson four years ago and I have continued to use them for removal and installation on Lake Wisconsin. The service is always fast and courteous. They respond promptly to email questions. Their people always neatly stack the pier out of sight for the winter. They provide all around great service!

Such an accommodating company! Contacted them about getting our lift in the water before the weekend...and the next day - it was in! Beyond impressed!!

We recently bought a lift from DL and had them install it. The lift went in 2 weeks later than Steve committed and he was 6+ weeks late on the solar panel (which meant carrying the battery back and forth a few times for charging). They installed our lift 3+ feet away from the pier and when we inquired, Steve said it would be an additional cost to move it closer. And the kicker - they charged $600 over the estimate. No communication as to why - just sent me a bill.________Update - Melissa reached out via phone to review our experience. She was attentive and apologetic. She adjusted our bill to something we both agreed was fair. We could have saved a lot of time/frustration had Steve/Melissa taken the time for a phone call before, but better late than never.

I made the switch to DL Anderson for hoist removal and maintenance this season. Ive been very pleased with my experience and the service they have provided.

Not even worth a star. Promises one thing and then when confronted on it just says well find someone else to do the work.

Have call them a couple times now over the last month. They say they are too busy and will get back to me but they never do. Not a good first impression.
