Drove all the way from Ohio to get my Stealth Gray Indian Chieftain! Not only did the bike make it worth it but all the staff were over the top friendly! They went out of their way to explain everything. No pushy salesman here, just helpful and friendly staff. No only complaint is I wish they werent a 8 hour drive Away from me!!
I stopped in about a month ago, Ive been looking at purchasing a new Indian for a short amount of time now but didnt know a whole lot about them or what it was I really wanted since Im coming from more of the sport bike world. Upon entry I met John Yerke, he introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. I explained to him that I didnt know much about the bikes and wasnt sure what I would find comfortable. He explained and showed me my options and what things could be upgraded to be more comfortable for me. We spoke about the history of Indians and how they compare in todays industry and let me just say, this man was very knowledgeable on these bikes. Most people just work in sales, but John went above and beyond. He is passionate. From what it seemed to me. He enjoys being apart of not only Indian Motorcycles, but apart of Engelhardt. After I had sat on a few motorcycles and got a feel for the many bikes I had looked at online. It has helped me pinpoint the approximate bike I want. Ive narrowed it down to the Scout bobber series. Now I just need to decide on which one is exactly what I want. Though I wasnt there to buy that day, John was not pushy, he wasnt insistent that I needed to buy right now or the next day before it sells, he was helpful. Gave me the facts and his personal opinions on each bike and accessories/options that could help benefit me on them. Hes not only a great member of that dealership, hes a great respectable influence to the motorcycle community. John, if you get to see this, Ill see you within the next few months to make a purchase or order and I appreciate all of the help and information you gave me that day.
This motorcycle shop does not do business with vintage Indians. Just recent models. Just thought you may want to know to save yourself a trip.
I had a great experience with Brady as a salesman. I came in with my mind open and Brady did a great job finding the best bike for me without pressuring me into anything. Easy to work with and friendly staff all the way around. I will be coming back for any servicing that needs to be done in the future.
Great service. Check out the Sling Shots!
Brady was very helpful with all of my questions and changes when I was looking at a new bike. I would not hesitate working with them again in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you for your help!
I stop by this dealer on my way home to Michigan. I was in need of a oil change for my Roadmaster. They were busy and I didnt have a appointment, they worked me in anyway and did my service. I appreciate this kind of treatment and feel this what Indian dealers need to do to keep a strong costumer base. This was three years ago, I should have commented earlier, but thanks for the great treatment!
The staff, service, and people are amazing.
Not good very pricey and no Christmas itemsHad a stuck up attitude also
Lots of bikes. The salesman was very friendly. Huge selection of very nice apparel. This store has what it takes to compete with Harley on accessories.
That salesman was very nice. John Yerke chatted with my boyfriend for a bit about bikes. My boyfriend told him that when he wins the lottery he would be back to buy some bikes from him.
Fantastic store and service, ended up buying the chief Dark Horse and absolutely love it. This place treats you like a valued customer.
Welcomed right when I came in the door! People talked with me and made me feel really welcome. Started to down pour when I was in the store and they let me wait the storm out, with my bike, inside their garage!
The people there were really nice and very helpful. Answered all my questions Im looking for a bike.
Stopped in for a tshirt and look at all the beautiful bikes. Were from Minnesota on an Indian dealership destination run. Friendly staff and did I mention beautiful bikes?
Im redoing this review. The entire team that works in Indian are absolutely awesome. The sales rep and finance really went to bat for me to get me on the bike I wanted. Theyre warm and friendly every time you walk in, offer you something to drink and hang out.Its extremely unfortunate theyre attached to Engelharts greedy business though. Theyre dragging the Indian name through the mud with their price gouging on service. 400 bucks to get a 500 mile service done when Racines Indian did it for me for 220.
Stopped in the check out the place . Really nice showroom. Nice bikes and very friendly staff.
Great service and staff. Awesome products
